Great π store and location π awesome staff very polite with great customer service π
Had a great experience. Found everything I wanted. I was a little confused about sizing. It looked like they were doing by color and then size, however sizes were very mixed up. There were lots of smaller sizes in with the big sizes. If they are trying to keep sizes together, maybe get some numbers on the racks???? Other than that, store was clean, employees were knowledgeable and very helpful.
Excellent customer service, unfortunately the prices have gone up so much I dont think Ill b back. $6.99 for a used book? $5.99 for a used, soiled shirt? U can get a brand new book for a dollar at Dollar Tree, and a new shirt at Kohls for less (using coupons of course).
I used to love Goodwill because you could always find good deals. Now its very pricey which defeats the purpose of a thrift store. I found a purse that shamelessly had the original store tag at $18.99 and Goodwill wanted $29.99. As a reminder the company makes 100% profit and only worries about paying employees. Remember when it justified paying people 22 cents an hour? I think Ill be shopping at Angel View from now on. A local non profit that houses disabled children and adults
My brother walked into this store on his way home from work. He works construction and carpentry and was dressed in work clothes. He was working around the area and decided to stop by here because we are going to do an 80s theme photo for our parents. The last thing on his mind was that he would be stopped because he was profiled by the workers at the store, including the customers. He was at the cashiers desk ready to pay and he was left alone while the cashier got the manager. When the manager approach my brother, he told my brother he needed to leave immediately and that he was going to call the police. My brother was confused and did not understand why he was being asked to leave, he thought it was a joke. But the manager insisted that he needed to leave, when my brother tried explaining he was there to buy something the manager stopped him and said that he has stolen multiple times and that he is not allowed in the store. My brother explained to him that he has never been inside that store. The manager walked away to talk to an employee and a customer and came back to apologize that there was a misunderstanding. The problem here was that it was the managers job to pull someone aside to have this conversation versus having this embarrassing conversation in-front of other customers. We live in 2021 and employees and managers need address issues correctly to avoid unfavorable events. Do not profile someone based on what they look like, including the color of their skin. He is a hard working person who happened to be getting off his shift and wanted to buy something. I hope this serves as a lesson to pull someone aside in the correct manner to avoid embarrassing moments for people like us. My brother managed to stay calm and still make the purchase. However, if you are not dressed correctly and are colored be careful when walking in here, you might get profiled too.
I never really complain or leave negative comments on here but today was shocker at this goodwill. I found an item (childs toy doll) today and I went to check out and I was blown away by what happened. The item I found didnt have a price tag and I thought to myself no big deal Ive never had a problem with a price check before so I didnt think nothing of it. So, after waiting a few I jokingly thought to myself theyre probably looking it up on Ebay.. Then the most disappointing thing happened to my suprise (being sarcastic) the cashier told me this is the price and showed me a sticker of 69.99. He then had the nerve to ask me if I was still interested, lol! I then told him no and told him I dont pay ebay prices at the goodwill. Then he gave it to the price/Ebay checker and told her to send it in. Im assuming meaning thier own auction site they have. After this incident I will never shop or donate to any goodwill ever again. Very dissapointed cause I thought my donations were for a good cause and not greed.
While I was at the checkout my son had wanted a stuffed animal toy it was a minion toy it didnt have a price tag on it and so when they brought price tag over it said $3.99 and I was like are you serious the lady behind the register told me that they were jacking up all their prices per corporate but $3.99 for a stuffed animal toy is outrageous!! It was smaller than a water bottle for crying out loud!! Bringing up your prices at a time when people are still trying to recover from how far covid set us all back just seems wrong to me...
Today I went to the goodwill, because on Thursday they have their sale....what ever color of the week is, they sell for a dollar! Well, I found a George Forman grill with a green tag, and the manager said that, that item couldnt be sold at the sale price! My 13 year old son & I are currently homeless and living in a motel, since March! I cant afford to keep eating out & need something portable I can use to cook with & cant believe they wouldnt honor their sale!
Goodwill in Redlands were clean, had a lots of interesting needs and wants, and had very very bathrooms for their customers,,,go Goodwill of Redlands, Ca.ππ₯π₯π―π―πππππ
Good prices on Thursday deal 1 dollar on a certain color and on the 2nd color 25% off sale tags...
Love this place, The workers are always so nice, I always find some there π
This goodwill is more expensive than the others. Ppl should go to Burlington instead...
They have gotten rid of their dressing rooms and do not offer returns. Prices on some items also seemed a bit high. Ill have to go back because a few clothing items didnt fit, hopefully I can find something to exchange them for in the next 7 days.
Cant donate til the truck gets here. Truck is here but its too late to donate The prices are ridiculous. You might as well go to Wal-Mart. I guess I will start going elswhere to donate. πΆ
Nice enough. Limited selection but okay spot
Really gone to Pot...I will not ever donate or shop there again.
Good service I found what I needled
Good location, lazy organization. So, its not organized by size. Maybe, that would be very helpful to customers. Not sure if Id come back.
Donated all things left from estate sale.
Very great, god fablious deals, had a ball today. Got coffee pot exactly what i wanted.
Exceptional service with Miss Danni around.
Always a great place e to find unique and necessary items at a low price.
Love it great deals just have to look at the color tags to see what deals they are having for that week and employees are friendly
Donation center staffing are just great
Sizes are too small
Friendly, helpful staff. Clean. Good selection
Its a good thrift store. People complain about prices, but honestly Ive found so many beautiful brand-name pieces here. Its definitely the best Good Will Ive been to, and theyve got a huge selection. The prices range from 1$ to 9$
Very organized thrift store! Its majority clothes...very organized by style and color. Theres also a good selection of shoes and purses. In the back of the store, theres home decor, dishes, kitchen appliances, and furniture. Its good stuff, not junk, so the prices arent suuuper cheap - theyre simply a good, decent deal. So I recommend the store for clothes - not really for stuff. For example, I was looking for board games and only saw one.
I went there today after I was done shopping at a local store, looking for a metal bowl for the dog that I spoil at the company where I work. His younger puppy sisters decided to use his large plastic water dish as a toy before I got off work & punctured a hole in it. So, I found a 3-qt metal mixing bowl that will do just fine! And the price was perfect! This doggy will be a happy camper now! See the photo below!
This place was a disaster, nothing was separated by size or anything. It wasnt a mess like they had been busy, it was a mess as in the employees dont organize it into amy sort of system. If you want jeans, you will have to peel through every single size just to try and find your size. Every section was the same. Wow.
Good verity of stock, friendly staff
Ive been to a few and they all sell garbage but some have some treasure hidden if you look. This one only had garbage the couple times I checked. I walked out both times with nothing. One time I did buy something but only because I was in need and later, threw it in the garbage. If you find a store with nothing but garbage, its not because they never get anything good. They sort the good stuff out and sell through a sister company or something. There are awesome Good Wills but this hasnt been one of them.If youre hoping to find something besides homeless garb, sorry, thats all it is. I wouldnt wear the stuff it was free and its not! Junk!
They have a pretty good selection of clothes. Some are reasonable prices some arent but I still like this thrift store.
The whole idea behind the good will is that people donate for free And should be sold at a reasonable price to make a nice little profit To help the community.... What I find that a lot of times at this store prices are higher than even retail sometimes And in general are pretty high.... Remember people you got it for free pass along the savings
Clean store with a good selection of things.
4 star because the prices are kind of high for a second hand store, and whoever does the pricing must not shop at the 99Β’ & $1 store because I see a lot of things from there that are over priced. Otherwise the daily sales and mark downs kind of make up for prices and the salespeople are friendly, hospitable, accommodating, and informative about the sales.
Wonβt be donating here again. Maybe some people bring in junk, but we actually took the time to bring in some fairly valuable baby items that I could have sold. Person taking donations proceeded to dump out our bag onto concrete, break the baby mobile, and didnβt even try and keep the (name brand/designer) maternity clothes from being drug through whatever black nastiness was all over the floor. Wow. I will go to the trouble to donating directly to a person or try and make some of my $ back next time.
I have been here a few times and its usually pretty busy and its sloppy near the toys and electronics because children are usually playing with everything. I mostly look for books and videogames and this place is mostly clothes. 90% clothing 5% furniture 3% books and 2% media/electronics. People complain in the reviews of an odor in the store and this is true. Its not bad but if youre sensitive to smells then you might want to wear a mask.
Most of the workers are nice, the whole place is generally clean. My main issue is with the dressing room policy. I thought it was to deal with the long lines at the dressing rooms, however they allow you to to switch 3 items out continuously so you never have to leave the room while still following the 3 items per room rule.Whats the point of that? The lines are longer because of it and unless someone has the care to take turns with you instead of sitting in there all day then you better be ready to wait easily 15-30min to get in a room. They also tend to overprice items they deem good qualityGenerally speaking theres no rhyme or reason to their pricing methods when it comes to home goods.Otherwise this place is great for clothing, very organized, and my go to Goodwill in the area.
Nice, clean store. Usually find a great brand name clothing item w/ a little looking. Great house wares too, no junky stuff.
Great place to get you we get cheap when you cant afford the brand new one and the deals they give you some of the things Id never be able to own because of them I miss them so cool
Everything clean and excellent service
3 pairs of pajama bottoms for $10.00. You cannot beat that price. I went to Ross and Marshalls cost and couldnt find pajama bottoms for less than $9.99 each even on the sale racks.
I know youre shocked folks.. This place is so expensive. $8 for USED/WORN/PROBABLY BEEN PEED ON/SWEATY items that have been hopefully washed. Clearance items at Macys are cheaper than this. And jacking up the prices on name brand items in your glass case?!Try Mega Thrift. π
Really good deals and they have reopened
I have found nice things here clean organized helpful staff too I am only giving it a 4 because clothing racks were so full today you couldnt see the forest for the trees
Its a good place to get used and some new items. Sometimes they price things way to hi. Why pay $2.99 for a used coffee cup when I can purchase a whole new set for less.
Pretty well organizedFriendly cashier. Stockers a little oblivious to good customer service to the point of rude. Good values with weekly specials.
Good selection, ok prices. Would be nice if they opened second cash register when the line to checkout is more than 3 people.
The people that were working there were very very helpful very nice I will go back againπ€
I have found some really cool plates and everyone is doing so well for a great cause we donate Everytime we go there God bless All who works there.
This place is so well kept and the manager( I believe his name is Don?) is absolutely wonderful!!!
Clean facility & helpful employees. Great prices & the neighborhood isnt to bad so the enclosed parking lot seems pretty safe.
Great stuff! Lots of clothes. Good drop off.
This place has gorgeous furniture at prices so low its almost like getting it for free
This is the best Goodwill store in southern California! They have the best selection and the staff is friendly and courteous!
The thursday $1 sale is gone. Found out after shopping for 2 hours. Really appreciated this sale, since on a fixed income. So disappointing!!!
Place is ok but everything was really dusty and dirty. Bad organization too.
It was clean and seemed fairly priced...not much for customer service
I always find great things there!
Smaller than average sized Goodwill. Inventory is fairly used.
I really like this place it has a lot of different things to offer
Nice staff. Clean store..great place for a deal.
New and used stuff looking for another good home.
Great store that helps the community. On the higher $$ amount but they do have 50 percent off blowout items.
I love Goodwill! And sometimes they have new shoes for a dollar on Thursdays!
I love the people that work there good store!
On the large size of these stores. Clean and well organized.
Huge inventory, great staff and prices.
Great!
Could find good things there.
Love to shop here but sometimes your price is outrageous
They charge too much. And it doesnt smell so good
Friendly staff and fun place to shop! Could use a bit of organizing tho.
I can always find something nice in this store
Great nice store lots of good stuff cheap prices
Color of the week bargains. Senior Day is Tuesday, 15% off extra. Thursdays are dollar day for the color of the week.
The people who work here are great, the prices are a little ridiculous, literally prices are almost FULL PRICE!! Does this store remember that they were given this stuff free, and the CEO makes MILLIONS a year?!
Walkers in the very back of the store - seriously? And clothes sorted by color, not size. I dont want to sort through several rainbow racks to find something to fit me. I never, never shop here for clothes.
Found some really good props, for a haunted house.
Good deals if you can find them
A lot of new items for a decent price
Its okay but the prices are a little high almost when you go to Walmart Walmart prices are about the same price so whats the use of going to a second hand store if youre going to pay the same price
Great stuff at good prices. New inventory daily.
It is very nice and organised, and always clean, but it is more hit and miss in terms of electronics and games than other locations nearby.
Maclamor has ruined Goodwill. Everyone in there is popping tags, and prices have gone up.
Decent store with alright selection. Kinda messy tho
Lots of vintage garb, some cool retro items.
Good place to shop for new and used
It was good, people are very nice..
I was at the right place at the right time in Redlands, at Goodwill, I was looking for a really old lampshade for a 60 year old Lamp so I bought it for $1.99 best buy ever.
Not bad but mostly clothes
Great selection of name brand clothing
Horrid. Absolutely horrid. Not only are their retail policies batsh!t crazy, they are an inept and corrupt employer.Do not shop, do not donate, do not support.
An nice clean place good bargains
Decent store, friendly staff. Cant complain!
A large well stocked Goodwill.
Super affordable and great selection of clothing
One of the better goodwill in the area.
