Clothing, jewelry, watches, little home appliances, toys, shoes, this store has a wide selection, big parking lot and easy access, they follow health regulations, you have to visit.

I needed work clothes for a new job and the workers told everyone who asked that the dressing rooms were closed in order to sanitize them for the day when there was still over an hour before the store closed. Very inconvenient and other customers and myself were not able to try on our clothes- why wouldn’t you sanitize after closing the store? Definitely lost business from this.

I always enjoy shopping @jcp. However, I was not able to find two unopened undershirt packages only (1) and no customer representative to assist. I brought it up @cashier and no attempt to assist with an unopened package.

I was not pleased with my experience. The photographer told me to choose two back rounds then when he took the pictures he forgot about the second back round. He didn’t have much style for the positions, didn’t focus on the details and then I was told I would be sent my pictures to my email never got them and I had to call to be able to get them. These pictures are expensive already I think they should be a little more professional 🤷🏻‍♀️

Bad experience with customer service. Employees were rude to me when I asked for help. Maybe they were having a bad day, but it made me think negatively about the store.

Very clean store good environment to shop at JCPenneys

Terrible experience with the photo department. They were overbooked and rushed my appointment. I was taking newborn photos and my infant was fussy. The girl taking the photos was terrible at her job and impatient with my infant. She was also answering the phone every 2 minutes. No surprise that the photos were terrible. My daughter was crying or had her hands in her face in almost all of them. When I told here I didnt want the photos because they were terrible. She only gave me the option to reschedule. Basically I had to pay the sitting fee. I was so mad I just bought a print of the best one just to leave. There were suppose to be following Covid precautions but there were tons of people waiting in close proximity to me. I just wanted to leave. Never again.

The store had some great deals on casual dress shirts after the Holidays. I picked out two nice ones. However, the old lady at the checkout nearest the front door would not let me pay unless I could prove up or sign up for rewards program, even after I told her “I’ll pay without any rewards”. Her response was “it’s free”. I walked out without the shirts.

They need carts for elderly people to ride on. Large store and my 93 year old mom loves to shop here. No handicap carts makes it hard for us.

I usually go in there for Jeans but today I went for the shoes(attending upcoming wedding) they had really great choices! Walked out with shoes that Im gonna look amazing in! ❤❤❤

This location is actually better than the one thats closer to me. This Redlands location is actually out of the way for me. The store is maintained, you can actually (find employees) on the sales floor and helping customers. One male employee helped us, just by paying attention to the conversation about location of items in the store. He took it upon himself to point us in the right direction. Unfortunately I missed the employees name 🙁.

I love shopping at Jcpenney stores.

Their workers in Sephora are helpful. Unfortunately I had to show them 5 forms of proof that I bought the makeup I wanted to exchange because I bought it online. I refuse to shop at that location and no longer want to shop online if I get so hassled to make an exchange. I spent more than I was trying to exchange and didnt appreciate the service I received right after hearing the cashier tell the lady right in front of me that online returns only need the packing slip.

The store in general has a big selection.... this review is for there photography studio... High prices for very low quality photos I could print out at Walgreens. Never received my digital album.... was told my photos were going to be ready in a week right before my daughters 1st bday. Her party is tomorrow && it’s been a week in a half still haven’t got her photos. The session was only 3 min long about 6 shots only 3 were usable. I do understand she’s a baby so it’s going to be a lot harder to get “the perfect shot” but I would’ve loved a little more shots and a little more time to enjoy the moment since I did wait 30 min after my appointment time before they were ready for me. Called in and they still couldn’t get my digital album sent to me.... just a over all horrible experience.

Picked up some nice dress shirts for $10.00

I went here with my neighbor recently and she had a lot of returns and zero organization.We had to wait a while at the returns desk but another employee showed up and helped us right away when she saw the line.My neighbor, like I said was unorganized and the woman helping us was extremely patient with her. They had a small hunt going as they rifled through clothes, shoes and receipts. It was all sorted pretty quickly and left us feeling satisfied when we finished.Thank you for your patience employee.

As usual could not get any help. I have walked at numerous times, because no checkers at register, with long lines. Forget that, I dont need anything that badly to wait 30 minutes to check out. Theres too many other stores, that are glad to take my money.

Worse costumer service. Call the department store to check the status of my order. Lady who I spoke to and was checking my order told me I needed to go to the store because she had a big line. Just because Im on the phone and not in the store I was rejected to be helped. Wow !!! I guess Ill just take my business somewhere else.

This used to be a 5 star quality Retailer .. It was clean & well appointed, with quick service ..The fitting rooms were clean & staffed, now the two dressing rooms that are open are filled with clothes .. the wall paper is peeling off .. some locks are broken & some hooks missing .. if theres a chair or bench theyre dirty.. The main fitting room is closed .. the store is jammed with merchandise..the only general ck-out is in front where it used to be all the registers in each department were open .. You can check out shoes in the shoe department If its staffed, which is not always the case .. The merchandise is still decent quality.. prices fair but sales are misleading where they used to be clear.. The staff is friendly, helpful & professional.. Too much merchandise too many staff cuts!

Great deals on the holidays! And home goods are as good of a selection as any large dept store. One issue is its hard to reach any dept via phone for questions, good luck with that one.

Gloria helped me on my last visit a couple of weeks ago! .She was so helpful in finding my sister an outfit for an event she was going to. She showed me several options and gave me excellent Input on each one!

There is a very helpful employee in the home section. She was a big help.

I went in there to look for some jeans. The jeans that were against the wall were all thrown in there. It took me Two hours going through them to try to find a size and style that I liked!

Took our yearly holiday pictures at this location. We arrived 20 minutes early and they were able to squeeze us in ealy. The staff was fun and friendly and had great ideas for different poses. Overall all it was just inder an hour.After our shoot was done, they edited the pictures and created samples for us to choose from as well as allowed us the opportunity to make our own customizations.Prices are very reasonable reasonable with an overall great experience. $70 -$80 well spent. We will be returning again :)

Although it was very busy it was great they had a fabulous sale going on that definitely was worth it and those employees Donna,Josh and Cassandra are great team players and workers if you are in need look for them if you need drapes for your home come see Donna at Jcpenney custom made to perfection and your like if you need electronics they got you as well honestly great choice of hiring for these 3 management!!
