Walmart takes loss prevention to the next level. You have to find an associate to obtain products locked behind glass, then they take the item to a register for the item to be purchased. I tend to purchase more online, shopping has become such a chore.

Quick trip to pick up items that I forgot on my trip. An old store that is very busy and well stocked.

I love shopping at Wal-Mart they always have what Im looking for. Shopping there for the holidays is even more awesome BEST DEALS EVER!!!

Very under experienced workers for sure. No manners. Rude. Slow cashiers. Very slow at that. When asked for help they cant because its not there department. Unbelievable. 😡👎😠👎👎

I went to get my oil changed. I actually showed up Saturday at 10 am, but they told me it was a 3 hr wait. So I showed up this morning 15 mins before opening and was the second vehicle. I shopped for about 30 mins and then returned to wait for my car. I watched employees walk around while only one employee was completing the oil changes. It took more than 2 hrs to get my car done. The price is good and the intake lady was great. But I think Ill go somewhere else from now on

This location could use a little organization. It is cluttered and hard to navigate through the aisles. Self-check out was okay, no long lines. Hard to find merchandise. :/

Visit the store... Good store specials.... check out is slow not enough cashiers only one regular check out cashier.. It look like this store wants everyone to be doing a self checkout...

Ordered online for in store pickup at 9am. Arrived at the store 230pm. I see the product I paid for sitting on the counter with my name on it. They wouldnt give me the vacuum I paid for. Apparently it was sitting on the counter for 3 hours( I never got notice it was ready) they could cancel the order and it would refund my money in 5 days! The manager was completely useless. They wouldnt do anything to try and help me even though I live an hour + drive away from the store. I will never again order anything online for store pickup. Its supisted to make the process easier not harder. I mean the product literally had a sticker with my name on it and they wouldnt give it to me even with proof of purchase and ID. What a disappointment. I had to cancel all charges with my bank and purchase the product again in store. Picture of the product within arms reach but no one to help.

Did the drive up pick up and was very pleased with the convenience of it. I would recommend it

Found this Walmart tucked away in the back of the shopping center. Very nice store, very well stocked, very nice, helpful employees, and clean restrooms too. Not too crowded when I went around 10:30 ish am. Its perfect location for me. So glad I found this location. See you soon.

Afternoon. One of the things that I went into my Walmart for was T-shirts, short sleeved, a pocket and Stand out Colors, from the money saving up front displays. They Always seem to be picked over.I thought if they were two rows back, giving others More choices as they move among choices that Compliment each other, then there might be Colored,Short sleeved,with A Pocket T-shirts Left for Me.

It was the store on Redlands avenue and new Jersey sts.it was very busy and I only went for a money order. But they are always polite and helpful and I have grandkids who work in the Portland store my experiences have almost always been positive.

Wal-Mart prices are reasonable on many items.

It was very good. Had good fried chicken 🍗 the day I was there. Got good service.

I bought two tires. They said come back tomorrow and get them put on. Ok no problem then the guy says we cant put those on your car. I bought them yesterday sir. He says I know but youll have to take it somewhere else. So I did.

Food section is a plus, but when not well monitored its really hard to compete with fast food industrial methods. Improvement on entrance greeting, and have each customer smile as the employee. Voice tone better.

I went to the eye ware dept. They know their job well. The selection of frames is fine and the price isnt raking us over the coals.

I shop at this Walmart at least once a week for usual items and on occasion I find something that I didnt intend on buying but bring home with me anyway so very well stocked Walmart and the employees are always very helpful very nice my highest recommendation

California Street Wal-Mart has always been one of my favorites, 24/7 is a plus for sure. I was surprised to see an electric car charging station !

I hate Walmart, every time I go, I can never find what Im looking for, the associates are so rude and act like you are bothering them . The managers are never available or just dont want to deal with customers at all. I really need to stop shopping at all Walmarts spend a little more and go to Target where you get better service and products.

Its Walmart, feels like an abandoned Kmart inside. If you tolerate Walmart this one is slightly worse than the average Walmart

If I could give this Walmart a negative number of stars I would. I will never set foot in this Walmart again. Several employees were wearing completely inappropriate attire (including a t- shirt featuring Chucky holding his own head).I waited several minutes for an employee to come to the LOCKED cosmetic case after hitting the “need assistance” button and still had to go track her down, only to be ignored when she stopped to help another customer with no explanation. No self-respecting person would shop here. This part of Redlands has really gone downhill.

The visit was great Im in a wheelchair and the assistant Brittany was so helpful not only did she push me but she assisted me in shopping I havent been shopping in about 1yr so this experience was great

Walmarts always great! I go in even though theres plenty of people shopping its not overcrowded theres always people to attend to you on the checkouts pharmacies fast and sturdy overall great job!

I found what I wanted but they need more cashiers and have all of the self check outs working. Wait time to check out is too long. Fortunately a lane opened up so I was able to get out relatively fast.

The guy that helped me in the sports department was great, the checkout was a nightmare.. cant stand the self checkout area that takes away jobs from people...

Used to be a nice place to shop. Now a lot of trash low life customers shop there. Plus the employees dont seem to wana help you. Merchandise is always locked and you need to call someone over. They take forever.

It was an ok experience. Store is always dirty or maybe just because its an old place. Clerks tend to their own jobs, not too interactive with customers. I did get some very quick and friendly service in cosmetics which is very rare.

What can I say...Walmart is Walmart. Not my favorite place to go, but needed one thing and was in and out ASAP. Christmas items are up in the garden area and very pretty.

This is a very crowded Walmart, but the staff in the technology section managed to be very helpful and courteous when helping us buy a printer.

Kathleen was so helpful. I noticed she had a 10 year badge. She was the most helpful person I have ever came across working in a Walmart. I was looking for propane and she looked an her app and noticed they said they had 70 in stock but none were on the shelves. She went to the back and got us some. She could have said,oh they will be on the shelf tomorrow morning but she took the extra step. It was so helpful.

Friendly & helpful employees stock is a little low on some items

I love Walmart but for truckers it can be a problem!! Its not a problem with how long we stay in our personal cars. But when we come shop there in our eighteen wheelers we got security coming an harrasing us weve been there to long. You know I think they should give us the same treatment in our cars or trucks. We still customers!! Thats my only problem an hopefully Im not almost run over by security again..

Upon entering the store @ 10:45 pm I received a greeting which consisted of this statement; we will be closing in 5 minutes. Wow, is this the type of customer service that is being taught by Walmart? I felt as I was being kicked out of the store before entering. So I proceeded to shop. Completely unaided, I quickly found the 4 items I came for. I then headed towards the front to check out. As I was walking I was finally approached by an employee, and to my dismay, his comment to me, we are closed and the cashiers are closing the registers, you need to get to the front right away.. I was never asked if I needed any assistance, but was once again reminded and rushed to leave the store.Whatever happened to customer service?

The workers on the floor seemed to be slacking on their customer service manners... because I had difficulty getting help...four times they had me wait for someone else, other than helping. The clerks were very helpful and nice even the security... But waiting if waiting for Lyft and past a certain time, make sure to be close to the entrance doors and not around the small wall from... because I was harassed by 5 different randoms walking around. So I think they need more security outside as well.

Walmart is a blessing. I thank God for Walmart.

I dont understand why they dont just hire more people. In stores this big they should have more employees to help with things. Its always some grand adventure trying to find a single person who works there and they are never from the department I need help from. It takes ages for anyone to ever show up with keys to unlock things if youre even lucky enough for them to appear. Target has some of the same issues but at least they are more organized and look nicer overall.

I only shop here because its close to my job; sure it has the essentials, im used to super center. Maybe its too late to make these stores bigger, but im glad to have access to super center. Employees are mostly friendly and helpful; they have the self check outs open all the time.

Staff seemed friendly enough. Parking was pretty good. The other day I parked out of the way and the sprinkler near me was busted. Water was every where 🙁. Thankfully all my windows were up.

Busy but moves fast better than most

Store was clean, Products were well stocked and most importantly the staff wasnt blocking every aisle with pallets of merchandise. I was surprised to see that the McDonalds located inside was completely gone.

No body has keys to spray paint case. Employees are very rude at Redlands Wal Mart. You ask them where something is they just point and say over there and walk away. So very rude.

Im just sayin, for all of us, I think the red buttons you push for an employee to come open a locked cabinet for you....I think its more like an alarm for them to stay away. And when you find an employee they never have a key for the department. Frustrating. And if your lucky enough to get someone who has the key they act like your bothering them. Wth!? Rude.
