I had went and one of the workers there was the sweetest and was just above and beyond in everything. Her name is Emily and I saw her on August 3rd, 2021. I would really recommend giving her a raise!

They deserve more than 5 stars. Excellent and fast service. Very kind staff and beautiful atmosphere inside and out.

Some of the tables werent clean, otherwise it was fine. The pumpkin scone was still available, which is a good thing.

Friendly staff and the shop is clean as well as the surroundings.

A hit or miss, last time I got an expresso Frappuccino and they didn’t blend it so it was nasty

Beverages are always good here. Food not so much -- everything seems to be recently defrosted or reheated from the previous day. Friendly staff, even in the early morning hours.

Always a bad experience for some reason they somehow lose my order everytime.Then when I get my drink its usually made wrong then I have to wait another 10 minutes to get it remade with thenm giving me attitude about having to remake it. Amd always being rude

Service was not okay I had waited for my drink an the person the took my order forgot to put my name on my coffee cup an whip cream got flat .😔I should got it replaced or got credit😔 But cashier seems clueless to know what to do😰Starbucks is expensive an At least they should do things right😔An look down to see the rest of the people because Starbucks needs bucks toshine an everyone should be treated equal.

Drive thru is awkward .can not see around hedges block cross traffic .need to be trimmed lower so can see.over in a car. I have a SUV and am up tall but I could not see over or around too bushy.. I ask Starbucks to speak to landscapers for strip mall.and told they have no control. ??

Due to not feeling well, I ordered a Venti Honey Citrus Ming Tea through my app. As soon as I went to pick up, the barista asked for my Mobil order. When she gave my order, she knew exactly what I wanted by saying, “Medicine Ball season!” I had to chuckle and said THANK YOU!!!So glad that there are baristas that can make you smile when your not feeling 100%Thank you again for my order. I know it will help me feel better! ;)

This Starbucks location is okay, nothing special. Although there are seating outside and you can still access the wifi. But no power charging. As for indoors, there are seats but dont go during lunch time or else all the seats will be taken.

The Ice Oatmilk Honey Latte is deliciously sweet. I also got the blueberry oatmeal, but because they were out of blueberries they gave me dried blackberries instead and it tasted great! It also came with 2 packets of organic agave syrup, which is my preferred sweetener if not raw honey. I prefer that over getting the Classic Oatmeal. I have them a 4 star because the wait time was too long. 15 minutes to get everything and because they messed up the order. So originally the barista made my drink hot and then poured it out to redo it with ice. But the second time it was made with another milk rather than Oatmilk. So finally, the third time worked out. But the staff was very friendly.Plenty of outdoor seating which is wonderful on a beautiful day like today. Plenty of parking and everything tasted great!

The majority of the staff that works at this Starbucks is really great! They strive to remember your name and to remember your drink as well!! They are quick, efficient and always get my drink right. I have to spend several hours at a time here, several times a month, and the staff is always very sweet and engaging and the store is always very clean and inviting.

Prefer this location to the other one down the street on Alabama. Staff is much friendlier and makes better drinks. Set up is also better. My only complaint is inside is a bit small. Sometimes its hard to find a table to work at. When weather is nice outside sitting area is great.

The design of this Starbucks drive thru is horrible. Cars are often lined up and holding up traffic in the parking lot. Other than that the drinks are great and employees are nice.

I stay here for hours at a time studying, when I can get a table. I like the area and the vibe here is pretty chill. However, it seems like the staff always have friends over and they hog up some of the prime seating areas. Every time I’ve been here there is always the same group of people who the staff members are off and on hanging out with. It just doesn’t seem professional.

Only complaint is sometimes its gets a little messy in the cafe with its high visitation.

I come almost every weekend, Taelor, Leah and the rest are always in an upbeat and positive vibes. They are super fast and accurate when making your coffee.I have seen other Starbucks with twice the workers literally run into each other and Make the same drink twice and skip drinks.Love coming here

Very friendly even though I messed up my order they were more then willing to replace, had to insist to pay. Clean and nice atmosphere. But no ones awake went too early.

As always, customer service was awesome. Very busy since it was lunch time. The line was 6-7 people long but there were 2 registers open so my wait wasnt quite 2 minutes, in & out the door. I bought a deli Turkey sandwich, came w/vegies & fruit, I didnt order a drink. The sandwich was labeled NEW PRODUCT, at 1st I was hesitant. I tried it, everything was fresh and actually tasted very good! Try one. The store was clean and condiments were well stocked.I give them a PERCECT score of 5 STARS.

Ive gone to this location in the past but have never ordered the pastries. I did tonight. The register employee was irritated the way I wanted my order rang up by separating items. Why is this an issue? I got the petite vanilla bean scone which I have had in the past. These were rock hard. Very over baked. You could break a window with them :( if I had eaten them there I would have taken them back. I also got an oatmeal raisin cookie. Im not sure if the petite scone already left me bitter but the cookie also was hard. I even tried heating my items up. Ive never had such a bad experience at a Starbucks.

Typical Starbucks with long lines however the drinks are worth the wait. For some reason the coffee here tastes better than any other Starbucks Ive been to. A new friend took me here (even though I already knew the place) and commented about how the taste is different and tastes exceptionally better than other shops without me mentioning it. If only it had a drive thru it would be perfect.

Who ever was making the coffee this mornin needs to go back to cleaning up instead... Obviously cant read or follow directions.. Asked for jus a lil ice, got a whole cup of ice instead, asked for caramel...ended up with what was basically a cup of iced water...horrible and a waste of money...please get that incompetent chick away from the coffee and put a broom and table cloth in her hands instead...she wasnt ready!

Need more large tables only have one and one guy set up his office on it we could hardly fit our food on the small table. Come on Starbucks get your act together. Oh the food was good.

On May 27th, a member of the staff working the cash register and making coffee, was overtly flirtatious with my date suggesting and questioning several times whether she should “put it in, “ referring to placing sugar into coffee before delivery. In addition, she failed to ask my name to add to my green tea cup for pick up. I called and complained stating to train staff to use words i.e., “include, add, combine or place.” Verbal sexual innuendos are inappropriate to provide a product.

We live in SB but come out just for the joke of the day with Mark.. Everyone go buy his book on amazon.. Punting A Round 😂😂 Coffee is great too 🙌

This starbucks is close to home. It is a hit and a miss on how friendly the staff is. But our recent visit, the one barista was so great with my son. Super Friendly and she was happy he loved his hot cocoa. So just our interaction with her will make us come back.

It Starbucks what can I say the place is bomb the coffee was made right and the people are friendly. Caffeine is not an addiction its a choice.

I mean, what can I review about Starbucks that you already know! This location is koo and the people are great! Super busy sometimes which is to be expected... but when that is, I just go to the one in target or barnes and noble both which are across the parking lot. I work at cafe rio so I usually go here on break or before work.

I have been to several starbucks location but the starbucks here in citrus plaza is one of my favorites. The baristas all show kindness and smile which makes my day. My favorite Starbucks in Redlands. It’s always clean, I can always find seating (with outlets nearby!), and the baristas are super nice and greet me by name :) There’s tons of places to sit outside as well, with umbrellas for shade.
