She really listened to my interests, needs and worked within my price points to get my husband’s titanium wedding ring, a lovely cross necklace with diamonds and a absolutely stunning wedding ring with emerald cut diamonds. Kim knows her stuff and even negotiated an incredible price for me because I went in during a special grand re-opening event. I love her! I also went in during a super elegant event looking a mess (for my standards) in just sweats and a tshirt but Kim and even the other girls were incredibly friendly. We were dressed super casually, with paint splattered all over us from a paint job we were doing earlier, really rolled into this place looking like we didn’t have a dime to our name based on our appearance. My watch stopped and I replaced the battery but was unable to get the back of the case back in place. They were glad to help me, but found the watch still stopped. After much effort on their part, even replacing the battery again, they realized that the watch was the problem. They did not charge me for more than 20 minutes of effort. I forgot to give a review from 2 months ago. I walked in super casual in sweats and a T shirt. I was looking for a pendant necklace for my 5ct gray spinel gemstone. And luckily one of the staff members was taking good care of me and gave many compliments about my gray spinel. After picking out my pendant necklace. I waited a week to be able to pick it up. We have been traveling from Laguna Beach to Emerson Jewelry. I had my 25th anniversary wedding ring made by hand 9 years ago and it is still just as beautiful as the day I bought it. Ive also purchased rings and necklaces. All unique and perfect.

Staff was fantastic, watch battery was changed very quickly when we explained we had a tight timeframe. We were offered cold water while we waited as well. With all of the covid precautions right now, they were very careful not to touch, explained need for procedures, etc. well done!

My wife and I stopped by one day on a whim. We were both comfortably dressed, as we did not anticipate walking into jewelry store. I had the most amazing experience! I went in looking to sell an outdated pair of gold (1980s) earrings and came out wanting to buy everything in the store! Weve used Emerson a few times over the past two years for cleaning rings, re-sizing rings and fusing an engagement and wedding band together. The last project was resizing to a larger size a wide gold wedding band with a continuous pattern on it, a family heirloom. You cannot see where the cut/insertion was made and the ring was cleaned/buffed to new condition. Were recognized by name when we go in, and Cheri gave us a wonderful recommendation for an auto body shop to handle a recent mishap. Wonderful customer service, like going to Cheers where everybody knows your name.

I got a call just a few days after dropping it off saying that my ring was ready to be picked up. It is always a pleasure to walk through the Emerson and Farrar doors. The staff members are very professional (even though I show up in a teeshirt and jeans every time!) and always take the time to answer questions to help you find exactly what you want. I purchased my fiancees ring from them. As most young men probably know, purchasing the perfect engagement ring to fit your budget and her wishes is daunting task. Emerson and Farrar made is very easy! We found the 3 rings she liked best and E&F was able to customize her own ring showing characteristics of all three of her favorite rings.
