Ive been a Kays customer since 2008 and let me tell you something, this has been the best Kay jewelers Ive been at. Mariah has taken care of me since day one and she is amazing, super friendly but very professional at the same time she always has the right attitude and knowledge for me. I love surprising my wife with gifts but Im a guy so Ill buy something she hates but then Mariah to the rescue bails me out and helps me get something that she loves. Im not sure how she knows but she does I will be coming here even if I move away everyone here always has a smile and I always feel welcome not like other places Ive been

We bought a ring from this place and the girl that helped us was really nice. Great customer service. Then I hear that she saved 2 little kids from being locked inside a car in the heat. Her name is Mariah.

Over the past year and a half, I got an engagement ring and two wedding rings here. Dustin is very friendly and helpful, and everyone else was very accommodating and helped me understand the different options available to me. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time when you order pieces, as turnaround can take time.

Went to get my beautiful fiancés wedding set I spent a lot of money on to not be let in because of there “summer hours” which is 8 pm instead of 9pm which is post clearly on their glass door. This was an outrage, waited a month for this set to be made just to be rejected from being let in. I drove 45mins, wasted gas and my time. Bear in mind I got there at 8:02pm too

Horrible service stood there for 20 minutes no acknowledgement. Fat white guy had no decent customer service. And the big Hispanic girl way too busy looking at her own rings instead of being of service.

I will NEVER shop here again,bought a ring for my girlfriend very expensive,got it sized and the ring turned black on the bottom? took it back,went to pick it up it was missing the diamond in the band?

The representative there was super unprofessional, older heavy man, assumed we couldn’t afford anything there. Did not want to help us out. I felt so uncomfortable there, all we wanted was to exchange our bracelets because they were broken & we had the warranty. Do no go here.

Tell me why Mariah the girl who helped me at kay jewlers was on the news she helped saved 2 kids. Never a dull moment at mountain grove plaza I love this kay Mariah was so sweet and informative and now shes saving kids hahha Ill be a customer for life. Keep it up kay

I went to Kay Jewlers in Redlands for warranty work on my wedding ring bought in 1980. It has a life time warranty on the setting that they are to repair or replace if the setting fails. I was treated as if I was trying to defraud them. There was three employees there who kept saying that they can not repair it because Kay was bought out by Sterling Jewlery. They kept calling people. Lousy customer service! I ended up walking out with my broken ring, worthless lifetime guarantee paperwork and a profound dislike for Kay Jewlers. You do not treat a past customer like they are trying to defraud you! Shame on Kay Jewlers Redlands!

Went into Kay yesterday wanting to purchase a nice mens watch for special occasions or just for every day wearing and I came out with a very nice Citizen Eco Drive Watch. The watch looks amazing and best of all, Ill never have to replace the battery since it can recharge itself by any light source. The staff there are very friendly. Xochitl was the person who helped me and she was great! I received a lot of information and product knowledge, which I felt was enough to persuade my purchase. Also, I got approved for credit (which Im trying to build up) so I didnt have to pay anything in store as well. The only downside for me was the lack of parking...But anyways, if youre looking for a place to buy nice jewelry at great prices, give this place a try. Thanks Kay, and thanks Xochitl!
