Great place to workout. Even when its full you can find a good workout. People are respectful and employees provide good customer service. The Highland site closed during the pandemic and this was the closest spot. It is a drive by we will continue to go because we purchased the lifetime membership. Hoping they open another site near Highland, CA.

Best years of exercise Ive had for a long time. From my first trainer to my last, Ive had good experiences from all but by far my last trainer, Kevin, who has shown the most exercise wisdom and technique in all. Ill be back, just dont know when yet.

Not too crowded for a small place. Just needs a little upgrade to go with it. Like a sauna.

Great quality of gym equipment and professional staff who help keep the facility clean and sanitized. I only wish there was a day care center for the little ones. I understand it is difficult to operate such a responsibility with the COVID pandemic going on, but I think it would be a great addition to our facility in Redlands. It’s very hard to fit in a good workout with a busy work schedule and having a very important responsibility of tending to our kids who need us so much!

Great equipment (cardio, free weights, and machines) and covid19 safety in mind. staff and members friendly and polite. it is crowded at times but i can vary my routine while i wait for a station to become available. the ceiling lights are glaring to look at, so avoid looking up!

This gym is very clean, very nice and mostly very professional.

Very affordable memberships and very nice employees! Plenty of treadmills and other cardio machines, all of which I see are wiped down and cleaned regularly. They employees are very friendly, I dont feel like I am being judged when I go in like other gyms. They are very encouraging! I love this facility!

Honestly the quality of this gym and customer service surpasses any other gym I’ve been to. I am freaking happy I signed up.

I love fitness 19. I was attending a local large gym that recently opened up but I kept running in to issues as no parking, no available equipment, and kept finding gum and trash left behind on the equipment. I then made the decision to return to fitness 19. I love that I can easily find parking, the staff is very friendly, equipment is frequently being cleaned by staff and I never have problems finding equipment to use. I highly recommend fitness 19.

Fantastic gym with a great staff. The general managers name is Issac he’s a young cat but knows exactly what he wants to do and super attentive helpful with all the members smile on his face 24 /7 and knows everybody. Trainers are great hands on experience with clients, the front door Staff brings a welcome every morning, best gym for the price. Also kept super clean!

The workers do not clean their equipment after their personal use.

Rating 4.5Love this place! I go to this gym since its one of the cheaper ones around. It has all the basic beginner, intermediate and advanced workout equipments and most of it (if not all) are new! The equipments seem to be well taken care of too; shoutout to the staff! The staff here are very nice people! So helpful when you have questions with really positive attitude always (And I dont feel harassed with questions regarding my membership or getting a personal trainer like some other gyms do). When you go there often enough, they really become your friend so its a really cool environment.I really was not the type to go to the gym because everyone seemed to know what they were doing and I was definitely the odd one out whenever I went, but I didnt feel it at this gym. Its not intimidating or anything.Only con I have is that there isnt other facilities such as a pool or court. But in reality, when youre paying such a good price for the nice equipment and friendly environment, it really doesnt matter. But I really do hope fitness19 expands to at least courts and pools!!!

Most employees are really nice but some of the females are more into flirting with and taking to guys to notice your existence. But the ones that are professional are great. The equipment is always working well and the place is clean. Its a good place to workout, overall

I love this gym. The trainers are all so nice and knowledgeable. Its super clean, they have a great variety of classes, and they have day care! My only complaint is that I wish there were more machines. Perhaps they can buy the empty space next to the facility and expand? ( Hint, hint 😀)

I am a disabled veteran. I purchased personal training in full in January. I am physically unable to participate due to worsening of my injuries and they said no refunds! I only attended one session. On top of that, I they said I was checking in to all of my sessions. How is that possible if I was never physically there, and I called to explain why I can no longer attend personal training. This has never happened to me at any gym. No customer service number. Rude manager that hung up in my face. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. They’re nice until they get you into a membership. I should’ve read the complaints on BBB and their recent law suits. They’re bad with money. Seems like the only way to get your money back is to file a lawsuit...

My experience is with the gym in Redlands location on east Lugonia Ave. I signed up for a membership with Isaac, who is both personable and professional. All of the equipment appears to be kept clean and well maintained. All of the staff Ive spoken with are friendly and helpful. I would have given this review 5 stars except for the financial company, ABC financial WILL BE charging me an annual renewal fee of $39.99 even though I am terminating the membership before this charge is applied to my credit card. *BE SURE TO TERMINATE CONTRACT 30 DAYS PRIOR TO AVOID BEING CHARGED ANY FEES* such as this.Regarding the Owners Response:I dont have a problem paying an ANNUAL fee if I have an account for 1 YEAR. I have literally been a member for THREE MONTHS! I have spoken to both an employee and the financial company regarding freezing my account, I would STILL have to pay an annual fee for an account Ive only had for 90 DAYS.

Way better than the one in Higbland. It looks like a 24 hour fitness due to the size of the gym. The purpose for this review is to recognize my personal trainer Lauren. She is great! If anyone is looking for a positive personal trainer, Lauren it is. Not every personal trainer has the ability to make the way she makes you feel and determined to push yourself to the fullest. She doesn’t push yourself where you wouldn’t want to come back the next day or at all. It the feeling of wanting to push yourself better the next day. I have had personal trainers and never had this connection or COMFORTABILITY. Thanks Lauren just just being you and loving what you do!

Good gym for cheap. Theres only 3 squat racks (one of them can barely be called that), no fractional plates, and no safety bars or pins in the racks or the benches, but overall for the price this place is good. If you go after 5pm, it will be crowded. Everyone who works here is pleasant. Its not a scary, intimidating gym. Lots of machines, cardio stuff, and 2 classrooms for various classes.

Really disappointed I’m making this review for a company my family and friends have supported for years, but attention needs to be brought on this business. On July 10th I went Into the gym wanting to add the kids club onto my existing membership. The untrained staff member Sarah assisting me was incredibly rude when trying to sign up my kids club membership. She grew frustrated in the midst of attempting to explain how my 14.99 sign up rate skyrocketed to $82.00 and still had no clue what even she was attempting to explain. After the 45 minutes of her typing the same information in 3 times over I declined and ended up just paying for the day of kids club due to my frustration of such poor customer service. A few days later I was Charged $82, $29.99, and $19.99 within a 2 day time span. Sarah has actually signed me up for an entire NEW gym membership, added a kids club and I was Charged sign up fees as well as monthly fees. I have Had to go in numerous times in order to have this issue corrected, and management as well as staff Have told me conflicting information each and every time that I have Followed up on this issue. The manager, David lied stating that the 19.99 annual kids club fee was correct. David went on vacation for 2 weeks and my refund never got issued until I sought To contact the district manager. Shortly after contacting the district manager I received my $82 and $29.99, but never received the 19.99. When following up with Isaac he reassured me that it was processing, yet days went by and I never Received my money. I had To go in AGAIN and speak directly to garret, and he stated he would follow up with my refund, in which later I received a phone call from Isaac stating my refund is processing and I’d receive it in 7 days (in other words it was never processed, but of course that terminology wasn’t used). When I told Isaac Of the rude customer service Sarah gave me he notified me “that she was new” which is no excuse for horrible customer service. This location has been incredibly dishonest with me through out this entire experience. It is currently the 25th and I have Yet to receive the 19.99. My issue wasn’t only the mistakes made, but also the poor customer service and dishonesty along the way. When I went In to speak with a manager yesterday Sarah was at the front desk and ignored me as I stood There waiting. Mistakes happen, being rude is NOT okay. I have Always appreciated the welcoming faces of this company both Yucaipa and Redlands Fitness 19, but this has absolutely left such a bad taste in my mouth. Occasionally Sarah works the kids club when it is busy and quite frankly I am Not comfortable bringing my 10 month old daughter in, this is problematic. I now Pay for a kids club membership that I am Uncomfortable leaving my daughter in. While Garrett tried to mend this situation by entirely waving my kids club annual fee this year is incredibly appreciated, the continual poor customer service i have received due to a mistake THEY made, is not okay and needs to be fixed. This main issue wasn’t the $133 dollars wrongly withdrawn from my account but the WORST customer service I have experienced.

9/07/21 It would be nice it they made announcements on the intercon reminding the meatheads to rerack their weights. Its hard for some of us women who cant handle the 35/45# plates. When I asked the manager he said they had no way to enforce gym etiquette and to come get one of them, which is unreasonable, by the time I went and got someone, my machine would probably be taken.My suggestion would be to make announcements and put signs outs.1/18 Clean and friendly staff.Update 1/2020.Fitness 19 has helped me tremendously. Today I recieved a complimentary workout session with Andi, she was great and helped me with my form. We also did some new stuff that I havent done before which challenged me and got my heart rate up.Kudos to Andi, Kevin and Joser

This gym has been clean and reasonably priced since it opened. The classes are excellent and so is the staff. They always make sure to say hello and goodbye to us. I really enjoy the Barre and lab class with Gina. Overall, if you are looking for a good gym, this is the place!

The Fitness19 in Redlands has great staff that create a great culture there. Always very clean and never had issues with it being too crowded. Been to multiple gyms in Redlands and this is the best one.
