If I could give Ryan and Strength Industry a zero star I would. Terrible post sale customer service, $5k Stairmaster unit was missing wheels when it arrived, Ryan (the owner) promised to ship them with the unit and then did not. Then he promised to reimburse us for the inconvenience and extra cost of hiring movers and he did not. A little less than 6 months later the unit failed and he has spent the last 5 months evading us and has not honored his warranty. We are now pursuing him through the San Bernardino courts, we still hope he can resolve the problem before our court date as we just want a working unit, but at this points were not holding our breath. Well report back our results and the court process for anyone else in the same situation.

My arc trainer arrived about a month ago. From order to deliver, Strength Industry had great customer service! Since then, I have used it daily. It works like new!! Extremely happy with the quality and functionality of the unit:)

Amazing service everyone there is helpful and gives their honest expertise. The warehouse is full of high quality commercial machines, barbells, etc. I Bought an adjustable bench, Barbell, and some plates for a very reasonable price. 100% would do business with them again.

Just bought some weights from place!! Got a great deal especially now when everything everywhere is sold out or on back order. Huge selection of barbell plates, machines, dumbbells, etc. They have a huge warehouse full of stuff. Def recommend giving them a call before going anywhere else. The guy was super helpful!

Poor Customer Service, communication and delivery. Equipment came in damaged from freighter and order not shipped complete with items still not shipped but paid for since early September 2020. Sometimes things get damaged when they are shipped. However, resolution is TOTALLY on Strength Industry. Most companies choose to resolve issues as an opportunity to Make Lemonade out of Lemons and Strength Industry has not differentiated themselves, resolved issues NOR communicated. I have sent additional correspondence to company contact to get resolved without any follow up. They just dont seem to care about their customers. Many places around the country to buy used work out equipment. Thought this Company was different but they proved me wrong.

Buyer Beware!!!! This is the same company as Gym Pros. Changing company names. Look at Gym Pros reviews before buying. I purchased a $3800.00 piece of gym equipment and it is broken. They do NOT refurbish. Its junk. The customer service is terrible and they will lie! Save yourself a headache.

After my Costco treadmill died after a year of use I was looking for commercial grade equipment the same from LA fitness or 24 hour fitness. First I bought a life fitness eliptical and second a precor treadmill. The equipment is not brand new but refurbished, they replaced the grips for me and the belt on the treadmill. I would highly recommend. Just recently after a couple months I had an issue with my eliptical and they came picked it up, fixed it and returned it quickly.

Justin was awesome and they had exactly what I wanted. Well worth the drive from Los Angeles to check out the warehouse.I’ll be using these guys to build my home gym once I move. Great work, guys.Side note: they’re now in San Bernardino. Give them a call before you stop by.

The Cybex machine arrived as ordered and in excellent condition. They shipped from Califronia all the way to my rural home in Eastern Nebraska. I was half expecting to have to go pick it up at the hub in Omaha, which is the closest city, they got it up the gravel roads and driveway and right into my gym building. The only thing I would like is a little more communication, but overall great experience.

I bought equipment a week ago and Justin brought my gym to my house personally with his team to set up and design my home gym! Best customer service. Thank you for fixing my gym that another company had made a mistake on.
