Ive been having a problem hearing for many years. I went to connect hearing and they service my ears extremely well. I got a hearing aid Within two and a half weeks. When I had an appointments they would call me and let me know that my appointment was coming up. Theyre very courteous. The office has a very clean and a pleasant atmosphere. The technician there are knowledgeable and helpful. Im now wearing a new hearing aid and I can hear so many things that I didnt hear before. I know it will improve my hearing life. I Marina was fitted with a pair of hearing aids with Carol my Technician on May 4, 2021. Today 6-29-2021 I am still totally satisfied with hearing aids and with the excellent way I was treated. We have visited with my elderly mother Connect Hearing on Orange Tree Street in Redlands twice. We were pleasantly surprised, when we walked inside, it is so clean and light, looks like it was recently renovated, huge TV, chairs are soft and comfortable, reception staff is very attentive and polite, we waited to be called less than 2-3 minutes, keeping safe social distance, bathroom is spacious, white, shiny and clean with soap, paper towels, toilet paper.The doctors office has enough chairs for patients and accompanying care givers/relatives.The doctor is very knowledgeable, kind, professional and helpful, was very attentive to my elderly disabled mother.We have gotten very light, miniature size natural tan color hearing aids for my mother. The doctor has explained how to use these new hearing aids, put it on, and we have received a beatiful bag with new batteries and instructions!!!We are very happy and thankful, that our appointment was scheduled early in the morning with big respect to 89 years old mother, and my mother have not suffered from hot temperatures.We want to recommend Connect Hearing Clinic on Orange Tree street in Redlands to all elderly people and those, who had lost hearing due to post Coronavirus complications, also others.Thank very much.

Brought my dad here and let me tell you he can be very difficult. However the help here was amazing, great attention to detail. Also they didn’t have a translator but everyone was so welcoming and trying their best to communicate which I can truly appreciate especially nowadays!

This place may have moved the last time I visit. It looks well decorate and I enjoyed myself visiting there.

Nadine and her crew are professional, knowledgeable and with this pandemic they have the patients well-being totally covered. By having one patient and family member in the office at a time and sanitizing it after each patient which is second to none in my book. they have your hearing needs totally covered I would highly recommend seeing them.

Nadine is always so friendly and helpful. She was even able to get authorization from his insurance to issue him a new pair of hearing aids that are more suitable for his needs. The entire staff was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout the entire process and aided my grandfather with adjusting his hearing aids each time he had any concerns. Nadine was excellent in delivering instructions for the hearing aids and was accommodating when my grandfather had to issues with the echo and volume of the hearing aids. It was easy to make appointments and all of our questions/concerns were always answered. All in all, I would highly recommend this place! Absolutely 5 stars, my first hearing test as adult. Didnt know.what to expect. A very short wait, a thorough examine that didnt take too long. An easy to understand explanation of the results immediately after test. A copy of results to compare with future tests. Staff was awesome, Jessica (the patient care coordinator) was equally awesome. We thought our mother was almost deaf and didn’t know if she would hear again until we came to Connect Hearing. Melinda was very helpful and helped my mother hear again! She was very detailed and gave us good explanation on how to use them and how they will help her. We were pleased with the technology and have noticed the change in my mother since she got them. She speaks to us now lol and Jessica was very kind, and friendly in the front end. She offered coffee and water to us while we waited and helped prepare us on what to expect before the test. These girls are great and the office is very clean and nice inside as well. Great place and I recommend for anybody to come and get a hearing test and hearing aids if needed in the city of Redlands! The staff there was wonderful. This experience was tough. No one wants to accept the awful truth that your losing your hearing, and in my case it has happened. They made me feel welcomed, comfortable and understood my feelings at the time of my appointment. I came home with something that has completely changed my life in a positive way. I couldnt be anymore thankful for the way Connect Hearing helped me. Not to mention the hearing aid devices look marvelous, arent noticeable and work wonderful. Friendly staff, and amazing service! We were out of town when my husband urgently needed a minor repair to his hearing aid, and they got him back up and running lightning fast! We are so pleased with the service and staff here, wed definitely be getting his next hearing aids here if it werent a 9 hour drive from our home (but we still might!). A+ For the last 10 or so years I have been bringing patients to this business for all of their hearing needs. I have seen them do everything from testing to cleaning to just listening to the patients stories. I even had one patient tell me not to let anyone know about their miracle so that they could hear what people really said about them. Now that I am in that position myself, after 50+ years of motorcycles, target practicing & a fun filled life ~ of course I went to the best - Connect Hearing. I do know that they are a nationwide company,beven an international company but I am so delighted with Nadine Pascual and her polite, caring, respectful and efficient staff here, I would go nowhere else other than for an absolute emergency service, even though it would be covered elsewhere. You will not regret going here. They ROCK!
