Had one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had, with their staff named Lisa who said we wasted an hour of her time because she didnt know what a Medi-Cal card is when it was given to her and Kaiser doesnt have the right code on my moms paperwork. I told her she was being rude because she said we wasted her time and she yelled at me. Really upsetting for my 72 yrar old mom and gave my daughter an anxiety attack because she kept yelling at us as she walked us to the door. I cant believe a professional would have this kind of behavior. We will not be going back to this location. Submitted a complaint to Kaiser audiology Hilda who books the appointments with Hear USA, because Kaiser contracts with them. Hilda advised she will notify company of my complaint and she is very nicely helping us with our issues. Thank you Kaiser for caring about your members, we appreciate it.
