I’ve only been in here (Redlands location) a day now so I can only review the customer service which was impeccable!!! Allie was very kind and patient as I was a bit unsure. She walked me through everything and didn’t rush me into signing on. The prices are a bit higher than most places but I’m a true believer in you get what you pay for and the premises are very clean, plus they’re one of very few that has longer access times. If everything else is as good as the CS was then I’m sure my time here will be a pleasant one.

This place looks good going in. They give you a cheap first month (not free as they claim). Then they charge $165.00 for the second month even if you vacate a week into it. No pro-rating here! So they get paid twice that month- once by the former renter and once by the new one for the same unit! Almost as good as stealing, but terrible business policy!

Paul at the Redlands location is super helpful and thorough! We signed up for the space via online and I accidentally put the wrong email for our lease and he made sure we were good to go before we ended our call. Thank you and so impressed with the customer service! I would highly recommend.

Well if you seen the toco bell camershal years ago with the chiwawas dogs I THINK I NEED A BIGER BOX.. WELL no one filled up u-haul and now my storage is to small. But thats okay..I thought they were gonna kick me out for being in there to long .they didnt nice people too realy nice...

Staff is professional. They take all precautions in the health and safety of all customers. Application was completed online and over the phone. it was easy and fast, staff walks you through the application, very safe and was easy to get my storage, lock, and gate code. Very clean and secure.

Ali was awesome!! Super friendly and answered all of my questions. The site is super clean and my unit was just the right size! The renting process was really quick and I was in and out in about 15 minutes and that was with her showing me the unit!

My mother in law needed to rent a storage and we had originally went to a Public Storage thinking it would be a good idea since they advertise the $1 first months rent. Well to move in first month came to much more than we had expected. They wanted $91.00 a month. They also wanted me to purchase their lock and was trying to push other items on me even after we had mentioned to the lady that we didnt need anything else.I immediately searched for another storage place and found Extra Space storage and asked about the unit that I needed. I spoke with Ernest Hernandez over the phone and he gave me the quote. Not only did my mother in law only pay $66 for move in but she got a senior citizen discount which dropped the original $72 a month to $69.05 a month. We were also able to purchase our own lock and pay a reasonable price. Ernest was friendly and not pushy. He is the right guy for the job. Unlike that other lady at Public Storage. If I could give Extra Space Storage 100 stars I would. And I definitely will recommend you guys to everyone.

Erin was Most helpful. She went out of her way to show us all of our options, made sure we were aware of discounts available. She was just very pleasant to work with.Storage area as well as the entire facility very clean and welcoming.Erin made sure we knew how to use locks and gate codes.

The WORST experience Ive ever had at a storage facility. This place is a total rip off and steals your money!!!From the beginnin, they offered a discounted rate if you order online said the lady on the phone, OK I wanted a 10x15 Reg. $200+ (online only) was $99. Ordered it it was great!!!About 8 goes by everything is good, I get phone call saying Im late and my unit is going to auction, Or pay the balance of $580 or (something close) Im like, HOW?They said Im over 2mo late and late fees. I asked how is it over $500 if my mo is only $99. They said that was just a temporary promotion and your mo is $206 now. (Nowhere did it say temporary or promotion online)Now when I went to close out my unit with the young unqualified office girl that was out doing her end of day rounds. I asked her if she wanted to check my unit that it was all clean. She said she would check it out on her way back up and close me out she had me waiting outside for 35 mins. She finally came back and said oh your still here? I was gonna call you.... She was very unprofessional and very rude!!! Then I didnt have a mask after she was literally talking to me about how she said she was going to call me when she came back (mind you she had a mask and a plexiglass barrier) so she made me stand outside and call her. She said I dont owe anything (which I knew already) and I ask ok what about pro-rating me back 1/2 the months rent? Ohhh we dont do that, she says. Ohhh so you guys just steal peoples money every direction you can huh....!Never again.... Extra space storage is the WORST!!!!

Oh man, where do I start? The facility is 10/10 well kept and clean. Entry and security are safe, which is why I left the “orange” storage location where I had my belongings beforehand.I usually dread the signing on procedure and was not looking forward to doing it again. Enter Anthony, this man made the process so simple and efficient, it felt like a hot knife through butter. Oh yeah, that good. Helped me choose a proper size unit for my things. I mentioned in passing that I’ve been having back problems as of recently and he found me a convenient location without me even asking!Highly recommend this location to everyone.Thank you for your help! I want to thank Store Manager Melissa Mora and Assistant Store Manager Ernest Hernandez for their quick response in getting two roll-up doors repaired at a storage unit I was using. They determined new springs needed to be installed, and took responsibility for the maintenance of the unit. They immediately submitted an order for the repair, and they scheduled the installation on a day that was convenient for me. Also, Mr. Hernandez was present during the installation. The installer was friendly and did great job. Once the new springs were installed, everything worked great. Assistant Store Manager Ernest Hernandez added two new light bulbs. I thanked Mr. Hernandez and Ms. Mora, but they said it needed to be done and was no prob. This is the first time I met the two staff members, who are relatively new to this particular Extra Space Storage facility. Thank you for your friendliness and quick action in solving this problem. The customer service was outstanding. Thanks!

My experiences with extra space storage has been a rewarding experience. The staff I have come into contact with have been extremely helpful to everyone especially me. I have been dealing with public storage for years simply because I started with them in Miami Florida. I thought they were really good until I met the people at Extra space. The care, and the time and effort, they put into trying to find just the right unit to fit your needs is excellent. Melissa at the manager at Redland store is absolutely great. Her assistant manager Brittany is definitely a sweetheart and super nice. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Personality is the key, to do great business. I love them both. I am caught up with public storage but thinking about switching over to Extra space if the right unit is available to my location. Thanks extra space. You are next to none one of the very best storage facilities.

So my friend had a storage unit at this place. For what he told me the people that work there are not customer centrict they wouldnt let him near his storage even if the bill was up to date. Always picking at him about how long he been there or how many times he frequent the place. But this last one was the icing to the cake. So the unit next door got broken into and right away they accused my friend they didnt even conduct and investigation or called the cops or checked the cameras they just blamed him when the unit next door could of done it hence the female looks like she can fit thru the top. So this wouldnt recommend it save yourself headache and money and getting your stuff stolen cause sounds like inside job to me.

Ali was such a great help! Had to move my things in the same day and I was able to get assisted and sign for the unit in less than 30 minutes.

Great experience!! we relocated from Oceanside and they made the move easy and convenient for us.. we reserved the night before showed up midday the next day.. they got us in quickly and met our needs since we had reserved a smaller space then what we actually needed.. they got us the bigger space we needed with no problem.

I thought this place was legit until after renting a space for a couple of months the rates jumped 30% from $223 to $268. That is nuts and by far the most expensive in town. Movin out.Well, as I worked toward moving out my identity was stolen....Called the office and told them my methods of payment were on hold, as soon as it was cleared, I would get them paid. $30 late fee. Then I notified them that I was moving out and was out earlier then necessary...but was charged for the next month anyway. Unclear when I will be reimbursed.

I recently moved all my stuff into Extra Space Storage in Redlands because we came from MN to CA and it’s tough to afford a decent sized apartment out here. HoneyLynn has been amazing! We needed to leave a 16’x8’ steel container on-site for a long weekend just to get our things out. Honey bent over backwards to find a unit for us that was close to a level site for the big container unit to sit. And they held over an especially nice price for an extra week. Could not be more pleased.

Just rented 2 units here. We picked this place because its location was close to our place. I contacted them last Saturday and due to being out of town they offered to place a hold on the unit for me to give me time to go in and sign the contract. The process was quick and super easy. Melissa was great to work with. She was friendly, extremely helpful and very professional. I appreciate that their gate hours are 6am to 10pm 7 days a week- totally convenient!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage place in Redlands.

6 years. No troubled. My tools were kept safe and dry. Sold or gave away everything last December. Entered 2018 without having to pay for storing stuff I was never going to use. Staff was very helpful with closing my account. Would recommend them if you need a safe place to store your stuff.

He helped me with sizing suggestions and provided me with all the pertinent pricing information so I could make the best educated decision. Phenomenal service.

This site Is one of the cleanest sites I have stored with. I highly recomend this Extra space storage sites. Very safe. Both the site manager and Assistant manager are very aware and attentive. They frequently check yhe units to insure a very good quality experiance.

Fantastic service all around! Also two large trash bins ... one for regular and one for recycle. Furniture we planned to donate was rejected at charity drop off... no problem to toss it into trash bin at Extra Space. Friendly knowledgeable staff that really knows their job.
