Previously in was not so bad, but now they have got very lazy unprofessional stuff. Yesterday I have got a email notification that my package has arrived at this ups location and is ready for pickup. This morning I came to this location, but stuff was not able to find it. Moreover, they told me to come again next Friday. When I came home, I checked my items tracking number, and it was clearly written that it is ready to pickup, and if I dont pick it up before next Friday they will send it back to sender! So I had to go back to this ups store again, and only when those people understood that I dont want to go away without my package they started searching it and found rather quickly.

Excellent service. Had to print a document and mail it out of state. Printing was free and so I only had to pay for an envelope and a forever stamp. Under $2. Fast and efficient.

I don’t know what happened to this store but what POOR customer service with the kids that work there. It’s shameful! So clueless on how to do their jobs. The manager has a BADx2 attitude!!! I’ll make the drive some where else. I will be calling corporate on what I experienced here!

Leslie went above and beyond!! Very thorough professional experience. Had to ship multiple packages, and was a little stressed out. She’s the type of employee you hold onto! Appreciate it UPS. Give the girl a raise

This store has the best customer service ever. The employees are very friendly welcoming customers with a smile. I ship many items and sometimes heavy itmes for my online store and they always handle everything without complaining. Very professional and knowledgeable in everything they do. I highly recommend this store to everyone.

I arrived at the store on Thursday at 7:55 am June 4th and walked in to use the computer and instead of being greeted in a respectful way, the lady working was extremely rude. I told her I just needed to print and gave me an attitude for coming in 5 minutes before opening although the door was open. I told her that I dont need your service and ended up leaving. I will never do business at this location ever again.

Well I AM HUGE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. For Apple you can drop off apple products instead of going to the Apple store all the way in Rancho. Instead of being knowledgeable for the services that they provide for Apple, she told me that I would need to pay for services? Which isn’t true at all. If you have service understand how the service works. I schedule this time at another UPS store. So annoying I just left because I rather go somewhere else that understands their services.

Worst customer service. I will never go to this store again. All UPS store charge 25 cents to print one page and they charged me $3.30 saying you used our computer

Went in to print/scan/resend some documents i needed to fill out for a job i just got. My two boys werent letting me fill out the paperwork in peace and of the employees noticed and kept them busy by drawing with them. Small gesture but it was big for me. Thank you!

I purchased an antique lamp from Redlands Antique Auctions which then was boxed and shipped to San Francisco from this UPS store. My experience with all the employees here, and especially Eric, was primo. Very helpful and professional. Would definitely use this service again.

They lost my package despite me having a receipt of drop off. No one even bothered to help figure it out. I don’t recommend this location. Now I have to file it as a missing package and count it as a loss.

Fast and friendly until you get a bill adjustment after your package drop off. I’m not going to cry over $3 and some change but what I don’t like is possible dishonesty at a business with a big name you can trust.And in all honesty, I’ve been so busy I didn’t notice the email until a month after I sent my package.Not only did they adjust the weight +2 lbs after I weighed it at home AND double checked as it sat on their scale, but they also goofed on the box measurements. Something they would have had to manually retype in their system. This may be the fatal error ‘if’ nefarious intentions are at play here. Since they do not make a 19x18x18 box. In fact such measurements on a standard box does not exist anywhere on the internet! Trust me, I take my word seriously so before risking my neck I looked far and wide for such a box. Did I mention the 18x18x18 is clearly printed on the box?I purchased the 18x18x18 box at the Redlands Blvd UPS days before.Perhaps this was a simple duo mistake.I’ve had unicorns fall on my lap once or twice before. But it should be noted and I hope if this has happened to someone else, they take the time as I have to make this issue know. Am I the unicorn? Has anyone else encountered this problem?That’s business. Don’t like the president? Don’t stay at his hotels, right? That’s business.I’m a business owner. I’ve been in business for 19 years. Dishonest people don’t stay in business for very long. That’s why I am spending 10 minutes of my precious time to share my experience in this review instead of disputing the measily $3 and 20 odd cents charged on my card 30 days or so ago.My goal isn’t to deter would be costumers as much as it is to bring potential issue last to the owner’s attention.Perhaps they made a mistake on the weight. Or maybe the mistake was made while measuring the box that clearly stated 18x18x18 on the box. A box I purchased from the other UPS store in town. Goofing up both the measurement and the weight seems like a suspicious folly to me.I don’t know...BUYER BEWARE?I apologize for going in circles here. I’m trying to make myself and my experience very clear.$3 or $4 may not be much but let’s say if 100 people or no, more conservativly 50 people a day get readjusted prices automatically withdrawn from their credit cards with an average of...let’s say $2.50, that would equal $125 a day, 6 days a week=$750, average of 30.4 days a month minus Sundays =$3,375 per month which equates to a nice little $40,500.00 of extra creamy Starbucks lattes, a gym membership to work off said lattes, and a few Vegas trips in between! Now if the numbers are more like 100 customers being skimmed per day than we’re talking $81,000.00 of extra income. Not bad, eh? Now we’re talking rental property money!I’m not saying that this is what this company is doing but, wow...how easy it would be... Even an honest guy like myself would feel that temptation.In conclusion, I HAVE NO CONCLUSION! I’m not the IRS. I’m not Sherlock Holmes. I’m just a small business owner doing my thing just like they are.I hope they do well and perhaps spend a little more time when assessing their weight and measurements for the next patron.This won’t stop me from using them again by any means but next time my radars will be on full alert.I hope we all can be abundantly prosperous in all aspects of our lives without scratching each other to get there.This unicorn feels better after writing this review and now it is time to hang my horn, clean off all this darn rainbow glitter, go back to the stables, and hit the hay...Thank you for your time.Peace, love and prosperity,Doug R
