Utopia is one store I can count on always finding a gem, literally. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and respectful, store atmosphere is pleasant and the selection of sterling-silver jewelry is IMHO the best in town. Each piece has a story, most hand-crafted by local designers. Today I was assisted by wonderful Paula. She took time to show me various necklaces, but also gave me space to make my selection. I am a very happy customer and hope to be back soon.

I get a ton of compliments on items I buy there for me and for gifts. Trunk shows can offer unbeatable deals and choices. They really care about their customers...I had a ring repaired at no charge after 6 months and the owner personally reached out to me to assist with a particular gift I wanted for my son. Please continue to buy from fabulous local retailers like this...they offer the personal service we want, fair wages and prices and can’t survive if we all buy online. Absolutely LOVE this store!!!

I appreciate the wide variety of fossils and minerals in addition to the jewelry in this store. The jewelry is displayed quite nicely and grouped by style or designer. Ive been here several times and Ive had friendly and incredible clerks, but Ive also had lazy and rude clerks. I know that people have bad days, but I have a hard time giving this 5 stars as a result.

The Gallery features local jewelry artists and craftsmen . The owner and staff are also very knowledgable and helpful . A very positive vibe offers the perfect time for some shopping therepy...I highly recommend them.

Been going to this store since I was 17, when they used to be located where Soma is now. Ever since they moved to this new location near Uncles Games, the staff follows me and my friends around like we are going to pocket something. They also told one of my friends that we probably cant afford anything there. So rude! Usually its a lady with short blonde hair. So sad that they allow that and caused them to lose a long time customer.
