Eric has a real gift for artistry in woodwork. Weve given his beautiful cutting boards to family and friends as gifts. They all love them. We also have a large custom cutting board at home. Love the walnut confetti butchers block. Eric paid attention to all the details from start to finish: he asked if I wanted a monogram, let me know when it shipped, packaged it sturdily, and included clear instructions and a bottle of wood-conditioner.The finished product is beautiful. Although the center is composed of probably 200 pieces of wood (hence the confetti), its sanded to perfection and feels like one block.Erics products would make excellent gifts. They could become family heirlooms. Plus, Eric is a nice guy.

There are so many beautiful choices at Hardenbrook Hardwoods LLC, that it took some time for us to make a final decision. But we are very pleased with the cutting board we selected from Eric. We purchased a customized cutting board as a wedding present. The woods were beautiful and the bride was touched that Eric was able to engrave her new last name and a bible verse into the board. Im the owner of Immersion Brewing in Bend Oregon. We purchased over 30 table tops from Hardenbrook, and they are absolutely fantastic. The craftsmanship of the tables is apparent, and everyday we get remarks about the high quality of our tables.While we were selecting the tables, Eric Hardenbrook took the extra time to work within our budget and also give us the most durable wood and finish to hold up in a restaurant. Picking tables for a restaurant is stressful, so it was nice to work with someone with Erics depth of knowledge and confidence in his finished product.On a side note, we started purchasing other wooden products from Hardenbrook too. We have beer coasters, a cutting boards, and Immersion cheese and meat boards are all served on Hardenbrook wood. The look and quality of his work is amazing.I cant stress enough how great their products are, and how nice it is to work with Hardenbrook.

Eric did a masterful job on a large wood laminated kitchen countertop for a house we remodeled in Bend. He also provided a custom engraved cutting board as a house warming gift for the customer. He was professional and accurate in his time estimates. I would be glad to use him on future projects and give his cutting boards as a unique gift.

For a Christmas present to my wife, I hired Hardenbrook Hardwoods to build a solid butcher block top for the island in our kitchen. The result was a perfect blend of functional design, quality and beauty.
