I have had the most wonderful customer service experience with Mac & Mabel! I ordered a new desk for my office and one of the legs arrived broken. I received a response promptly when I reached out, the team worked to resolve my issue completely and quickly and immediately credited my account an amount for the inconvenience! Customer service like this is unheard of today. They’ve kept me updated on the status of my replacement desk and have been an absolute pleasure. I will definitely be showing at Mac & Mabel whenever possible!

This shop is a gem in Redmond Town Center! They have a great selection of home and office decor, gifts, seasonal items, and unique finds. Ive found modern decor for my sons apartment, perfect hostess gifts for friends, seasonal decor for our farm house, and just general perfect wall-hangings, rugs and accent furniture for our home. I always get compliments on my finds!The prices are very reasonable and merchandise of great quality. The customer service is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It has the feel of a neighborhood shop with a very impressive selection of items!

Came into to purchase an antique clock and one caught my eye right away. Went to a few other stores in the town and they didn’t have what I needed. The staff was really friendly and was able to help me find some matching accessory decals for other placements on my wall and accent table.

I have actually never stepped into their store. Had not even heard of them till lock down and taking rainy day walks at the Redmond Town Center. Looked into the window.. and loved what I saw. Ordered a couple things online. Saw something else.. but couldn’t find it... so I contacted them. Their customer service is amazing. Even a heartfelt thank you and email after I received my item. Pandemic aside.. they are truly on top of their customer service. When we open up our state.. this will be one of my favorite stores to shop in person!

I wanted to purchase a few decor items from their website after learning about them on Facebook. The owner was rude, they are not a customer oriented business. Their merchandise is also made in China, they mark up the price and they are not a reputable or professional shop. They want our community to support their local business but they don’t support their community.
