Rush over to the facility after work to give a time sensitive package. Showed up at 5:57 and the doors were locked. They close at 6. Customer service rep at register just completely ignored me. I kept banging on door and someone came to tell me it was 6 and they were closed. When I challenged her to show me her watch and proveit was somehow futureworld inside their store, she explained their systems showed it was 6 and they physically couldnt scan my package. Whack. Wicked whack waste of my time. Go in and fix the time on your computer to be accurate reflection of your store hours, ya lazy jamokes.10.9. 21 UpdateShowed up at 4:54 at the store rushing to be there supposed 4:55 computer shut down. The manager on duty was a super friendly person this time, and actually told me to please not worry about rushing. What a difference in service. As I sat in my car at 4:59 p.m. two people were still walking into the store. So basically whoever that young, short-haired, female manager was whom I dealt with last time was a total liar. OR they actually pay attention to these reviews, and took corrective action. Bumping back up from one to three stars.

The UPS Store in Redmond, Oregon is first class top notch all day, every day of the week. It would require me writing a short novel to include the long list of praises for the super friendly staff and stellar customer service they offer... each and every time.They always go above and beyond, and I cannot say enough about how they rock most triumphantly!

A huge THANK YOU to the employees at the Redmond, Oregon UPS store. In an age where customer service seems to be almost nonexistent, these folks go above and beyond to assist their customers. They efficiently helped me re-route a package, kept in communication with me and followed up until the task was completed. Every contact I have had with the store has been positive and very pleasant. Keep up the great work!

Updated- 😊 I got a call almost immediately from Andde at The UPS Store who was extremely helpful in getting this corrected. The situation was resolved very easily and quickly. Thanks so much Andde!!I returned an Amazon package on Aug 26, 2020 and just found out from Amazon that my return was never received. I have left a voicemail message today- 9/30/20, so I will be happy to upgrade my review as soon as this issue is satisfactorily resolved. I have used this UPS Store location frequently In the past and this is the first time there has been an issue. I sincerely hope it will be fixed in a timely manner.Thanks!

I’ve had great experiences here. The staff are efficient and friendly. They notarize at a reasonable rate. Also they have a little kids area with a table and a coloring book which is a really great plus if you’re toting around kids.

Always have a problem when anything is delivered by ups, they are never able to hold anything for us at there store for us to pick up since there not able to deliver to our apartment complex.

UPyes! We were able to get a bunch of stuff done in a hurry. It got busy at one point and someone came off their break early to help people check out. They seemed genuinely willing to help. Great job guys!

The worst service I faced with in my life. My husband and I wanted to send a package to Russia. We paid 125 bucks for 3-5 business days (priority, I mean) delivery. And it has never been delivered. It way on its way for 2 weeks and came back to us. In this package there was a very important document which is really needed there in Russia. We came to TheUPSStore office again to know the reasons why our package wasn’t delivered. The staff told us that it’s USPS responsibilities to deliver this package. So the result is: 1) TheUPSStore got $125; 2) Our package wasn’t delivered on time and came back to us; 3) We didn’t get a refund or any apologies; 4) I’m pretty sure that it was my last time to use this service cos they don’t care about customers at all, even if you pay for priority.

I never use ups if I get a choice because I have never in all my years of shipping and receiving have had a good experience with them. The automated website will email you stating your package has gotten to one facility when it hasn’t actually left the other. Currently I have a $1000 package just sitting in some container supposedly at the location right near me and they are refusing to let me just come pick it up, my package was suppose to be dilevered wednesday 2/27 it’s not Saturday 3/2. also the business hours at the location near me is honestly one of the most ridiculous schedules a shipping company can have... they are only open for pick up from 10-4:30, most normal people work during those hours so you cant even get there to pick your packages up if you absoutley needed to. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING USPS IF YOU CAN AVOID IT! (This pertains to the company as a whole not this specific location)

Has the worst experience in this location. Was assisted with shipping a package by a very rude employee. She ignored me when I first came in and then seemed disinterested when I needed her help. She has bright blonde hair and was wearing a flower printed top. She didn’t give a name. Will never use this business again

If I have an option I’ll go with something else, always get a last min response saying it will be delayed for the past 4 days. Never had this problem until now

I returned a package to amazon over a month ago, amazon never got it. Called UPS and they say that they never got the package from the store. It was just a set of towels, lesson learned. Shady...

I recently had an issue with a lost package that turned out to be the fault of my eBay seller claiming they never got the package for an item I had to return when in reality it was delivered! The UPS store owner Sandi, has gone out of her way to help me with this and I appreciate that !
