This place is super clean and the staff is awesome! Theres always somebody there on staff! Large washers and cheap pricing! They also vend water!

Ive been coming here for a long time because there is not much drama here. Today tho I needed assistance and the lady was to busy dealing with personal matters..then gave me an attitude after I waited patiently to get help. Afterwards she came and critiqued me about how I was helping myself solve the situation. Literally followed me around while all smiles to the white customers. Wont be back

New Owners; yet still has Laundry Love the last Wed of the month!!!

I feel during the heat wave we are constantly experiencing in southern California, air conditioning is necessary for both customers and staff. Its almost unbearable to sit and do your laundry inside facility.

Love this place! I come here on a weekly basis and this location is my number one laundry spot hands down. It is always clean and the ladies are super helpful. Nicole and Chela are the best. I usually come in the evenings since I feel it is not as busy. Washers work extremely well and I always feel like my clothes are extra clean. Nicole is by far the best she is always super helpful and makes sure you feel welcome and is on top of making sure the place is clean.

Im happy with my experience here, the washer and dryer worked fine. Of course there are some out of service, but they are labeled.The staff is friendly and helped me with all my beginners questions, how to load the voucher card with $ and so on.Just the magnetic readers on some machines sometimes need several attempts until it can charge for the load, needed to stick in the card 5 times.The price for a load is good. There is a clean restroom for 25c coin. Coming back for sure.

I get a free $15 laundry card at the end of the month. It has really helped since my washer broke down a few months ago and cant afford a new one yet, l am grateful🙏☺✌

Great little place. Clean and convenient.

Its not actually coin-op, you load a card and use that on the machines. The machines seem fine, 3 or 4 sizes of washers, the lady working there was really nice and walked me through the whole process of loading the card and how to use it.

You should stay away from this laundry mat. Most of the equipment is from the 1980s. The dryers will run very hot. A good portion of them have signs stating this. The cleanliness is an issue. Have had shirts get bleach stains on them, even though i never used bleach. Customer service is a joke. I used a dryer that was next to another dryer that was labeled hot. I never had any issues prior, with using hot to dry my clothes. Used hot on this occasion and smoke was coming out of the machine after 18 mins, it melted half my clothes. The owner claims it was my fault and refused to pay any damages. I would stay away from this place. The laundry mat up the street near 7/11 has better machines.

Machines are constantly breaking down!

This place is really in need of some attention to their machines. A LOT of machines are out of order...I mean a WHOLE lot! Fortunately its a big place and it wasnt super busy so I was able to find some machines. The best thing about the place was their employee Nicole. She was working hard... asking each customer if they needed help and cleaning the place up. I hope the owners sppreciate her and I hope they are able to get their machines taken care of.

Dont lose your time and money, most the dryer and washers is not working and you cant get refund. We used coming here and employees dont care it is your first time or regular patron they said no refund.

This place is the best around.what stands out about this place is that employee nicole i would jump on that in a heart beat.haha thats why i keep coming back. She is super helpful and shes the only one with high standards when it comes to keeping the place clean bc the place is spotless when shes there. Only when shes there.Best laundrymat in the So. Bay.

Clean efficient and courteous.

$2 wash and $0.35 for 10 min drying. Uses card system. Lots of broken dryers and several washers, owner is not maximizing profit but im not the owner. Very friendly attendant.

Close to home, but a lot of their machines are out of order.
