This business is SO WORTH a 20, 25min drive on 405fwy if you are in the market for really quality plumbing fixtures, and some really amazing and beautiful lighting fixtures! Retail stores with lots to look at in a specialty area like plumbing ...hi end lines just dont exist! We have one locally that is nice, the staff is very helpful..etc....but they have considerably LESS to look at IN STORE than Fergusons. If you are looking for knowledgeable sales staff who can answer a million questions and help you compare product lines...and they have many...you should ck them out!

As a builder my discount is equal to that of Home Depot, but because Ferguson had in stock items I spent about 20k here. I experience better service at Lowe’s and Home Depot, why? BC wait times are long and the return service is terrible at Ferguson’s. I really don’t see the value of going here in the future unless you need a specific item that the big retailers don’t carry.

Terrible business! Once you buy, they want nothing more to do with you. Our salesperson NEVER communicates with us. When I call, I wait 1/2 hour at least. I would NEVER do business with Fergusons and have told my friends and family of our horrible experience.

Fergusons customer service is horrible! Ive been disputing an overcharge with them for the past 2 months. They dont return calls. Im being forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

The showroom is nice very good setup.People kind of push you out the door if the check book isnt out.

They got the best helpers there a Ferguson Jose the number one person there he speaks two languages Spanish in English hes a good help

Came in after purchasing over $12,000 worth of finish fixtures from them had a couple missing parts and they were no help at all when I came back in. All the information they had was to tell me to re-purchase the whole model number No one had any knowledge about the company that they’re selling or how to get replacement parts. A lot of I don’t knows. Doesn’t seem like the employees care about the customers rather they are just there to put in their hours. I’ll be taking my word of mouth business elsewhere and to let others know about Ferguson’s poor customer service and expensive pricing. Horrible experience.

Good service, yhey say they now have stoves with timers for stovetop, for making sure us forgetfull people or older relatives do not forget to turn off.

Called about a replacement part, and was told to come in on Saturday...only to have driven 50 minutes to be told that the part section closes at noon on Saturday and is not open on Sunday. This would have been incredibly helpful to know ahead of time, especially since I said it was going to be a while before I could get in.

The salesperson named Travor helped me and his customer service was excellent. I purchased everything that I needed and he even put it in the car for me. I recommend everyone to go here and purchase what you need unlike going to Home Depo and cannot find someone that knows about the product. Great place.

We visited showroom and to get help, I was asked to put my name on list, no big deal, we understand. but after waiting about 30 minutes for assistance, I saw another rep totally help someone who just came up to her. he was not asked to put name on list... when I asked when I would be helped, desk girl said that someone was at lunch and other rep helping someone else. there were at least 3 other reps on floor with no customers???? no one even acknowledged us or said hi. we totally felt ignored...snooty, pretentious place...lost my business completely. I had a list of items to purchase, well they lost out.

Great displays, not one person even said hello to us. We walked the entire showroom. Passing several employees. Even a hi would have been nice.

Not a huge showroom but a great selection regardless. Staff are very helpful and not pushy in any way. Orders are easy, and staff follow up with you. Delivery and pick up is easy as pie!

Purchased sinks and knobs for remodel job. My experience was pleasant and professional. Staff was friendly and assisted me throughout transaction period. Love the store.

My wife and I went to this facility and no one approach to us to help at all, another family walked in withing 45 seconds after us and some of this people welcome them and asked them if they need some help and if they wanted a coffee, that was B.S. Why, because we are not to white probably, so we just walked out and bought th blanco sink online.Shame on them, This was a very ugly experience.
