UPDATE: Deanna the Pharmacy tech is also extremely rude! They blast the radio inside and then she yells at me to speak up when she cant hear me. Extremely unprofessional. I will be taking my business to CVS.Pharmacist is rude and treats customers like they don’t know what they’re doing. He ran my insurance card and insisted that my coverage had expired. I asked him to run it again because I knew it was my up-to-date card. He rolled his eyes and gave the card to his technician to run. Voila, it worked fine! I didn’t care for the attitude. I know that it went through the first time; they are trained to scam customers by convincing them that their insurance expired!

Came from out of town for a friends birthday. My kid is having asthma problems, the pharmacists was so rude. The manager was awful, Ill never return to this location again. This type of service will ensure that customers dont come back. Take your business elsewhere, no kindness here.Walgreens should really audit the pharmacy and managers for poor service. Theres a Cvs nearby, Ill try that next year.

Saddest selection of what you would want. Instead of having a little bit of everything they would have about 200 variations of the SAME type of item but an embarrassing selection. 300 flavors of an antacid but almost no ointments, creams, lotions or about 300 brands of Salt n Vinegar Potato Chips but no other flavors to choose from... Also prices here are much higher for Rx and non Rx items than elsewhere

Follow social distancing guidelines. I had a customer stand right next to me as I payed for my purchase and cashier didnt say a word. I felt uncomfortable.

I live down the street from Walgreens at 535 S. PCH in Redondo Beach.I dont write reviews but this is one I felt should be mentioned. I have switched pharmacies recently due to one of the pharmacists (Phong) at this location is extremely rude to customers; she talks over people and she hangs up before your finished talking. I did attempt to speak to her regarding the way she speaks before I wrote this review. She made excuse,s which I am not interested in hearing. She has developed quite a name in our community as I am finding out from neighbors.I have a large company myself and this is not someone I would hire in a customer service position.Thank you for taking time to read review.

The staff in the pharmacy is rude. Plain and simple. The pharmacist acts like any interaction with the customer is a burden and other employees there act annoyed that they have to do their job. Yes, some employees are nice, but there are multiple people there that seem to follow the pharmacists approach of being annoyed. God forbid you have to talk to them on the phone, its even worse.

These pharmacy employees are extremely awful. No regard for people or their medical conditions. The pharmacist says one thing, and in one hour another employee says another. Its disgusting to know that people with conditions requiring certain medications are being controlled by people like these. One person says yes weve got that med here, we will fill it for you. Another person who gets it ready, is filling the incorrect meds. We tried to say, no thats not it, thats not what I take, your pharmacist just said you had them. They said no. Lied. Strait to us. And when we tried to get corrected via the doctor, we are told they arent filling anymore prescriptions, with an hour to go before closing time. They should be very ashamed of themselves. They have a serious job, and should be able to be counted on for problem solving and helping others to correct their situation. This is human health and lives we are talking here. Unbelievable.

Absolutely terrible service. So slow and not organized in any way, shape or form. The literal definition of garbage. Highly recommend you not to go to this awful pharmacy. If I could give them 0 stars instead of 1 I would.

Ive always been able to pick up my meds as I walk up with no problem and minimum wait time.

Drop off my meds for a refill, pharmacy tech says your refill was processed yesterday for refill I said I never did and would like to have it refill now, he said well have it ready soon. I was so sick so I came back after 2 days... my meds was not refill and dont know if they processed or not. It been sitting their for 2 days and no one bother to refill it. Id says these people does not only care if you have your meds or not!!! These people insisting for me to call my doctor so it can be processed; mind you other pharmacy Ive experienced they call the doctor themselves and all you need to do is pick it up! These pharmacy personnel seems too lazy to do it. So much for their slogan Happy and Healthy which NOT!!!!!!!!

I had to call/travel to 5 stores in order to get prescription med. Glad that found here.
