The people here are all nice and friendly. Ive been here a lot and each time I come here they are extremely helpful. They go above and beyond for their customers. I walked in today with a few questions about my phone. This took courage as I have been in many Verizon stores, not only in the South Bay, but also across the country with unpleasant outcomes. I was shocked !! at how pleasant, kind, helpful, professional, understanding and willing to help Jonathan and Armando were. Trust me, I will drive here EVERY time I need anything from Verizon to work with these two. They were nothing short of AWESOME and should be recognized for doing the job the right way. Boyfriend and I just switched over from T-Mobile. Armando the sales rep is very knowledgeable and friendly. Team work was done with the help of the store manager Krysnie. She was very friendly fast and efficient. Working in management as myself, I must say that I am impress with these two. They work really well together and team work is the key. Had problems transferring service to my new phone that I got off ebay. Was told by Verizon corporate to go to a store to get the problem resolved. Turns out the phone was reported stolen and then was sold to me. Esmeralda was extremely nice and helpful in getting my service reactivated on my old phone (which was suspended after I put my old sim in the stolen phone). She even showed me how to check if a future phone I purchase is stolen before I buy it! Very satisfied with the service here. Not so much with ebay.

I was in a hurry but she did everything in a flash. Told her that I have to come back on tomorrow to finished the port process because I didnt know my password or account number. She told me she was off on Sunday but to give her a call and she would come in assist me. That is great customer service there. She came in and did all my transferring,porting and make everything a wonderful experience. Highly recommend and she make me a customer forever. I will only work directly with her. Shes the best.

Purchased anS7 from Verizon on the phone but the phone was accidentally in Chinese. I went to the store for assistance and Priscilla Matthews was very helpful in resolving all my problems and transferred the old phone to the new. Very knowledgeable and courteous and patient with me during the whole time.

Bought 2 screen protectors and case. Accessories were supposed to be 25% off. Girl rang it up and I said it was a lot. Asked if it included my discount...she said yes...it didnt. Then turns out the screen protectors have a special where you get one free (online ) SO they dont have a 25% discount. Too bad she didnt mention this BEFORE putting it on my phone. Stick to online where there is no questionabout price and my UCLA discount isautomatic.

This was the first time my wife and I came here given the positive reviews, however really felt the service was very unprofessional.We wanted to get a new iPhone X, but the store manager (Navine I believe his name was) was incredibly insistent on my wife changing her old grandfathered unlimited plan to a new plan. I understand that Verizon employees get incentives to encourage customers off the unlimited plan, but at least dont be so blatant and unprofessional about it.Then we wished to buy a new iPhone X 256 Gb for my wife. The manager told me that he didnt have it in stock and that no one carries the 256 in stock. Believing him, we decided to order it to get shipped. After having left, we decided to check another store, and lo and behold they have the 256gb in stock. We then called the first stores manager Nevine and when confronted with the previously false statement, he replied that he meant all of HIS stores didnt carry it, not that there werent stores that carried the phone in the area. Definitely misleading. We then asked to cancel the order, but then he lied and said he could not do it from the store and that we would have to call Verizon customer service ourselves. We did, and when we talked to the rep, they told us this was not the case, and while we were on hold, called the store manager. The manager stated he would give us a call when it was cancelled, but after 10 minutes, he called us and said it was now too late for him to cancel from the store. We had literally been in his store only 30 minutes ago and now its too late to cancel since it is in shipping statusNow we have to wait for the iPhone X to arrive at his store before we can cancel. The manager stated that there would be no fee to cancel after it arrives. I hope this is true but am weary of trusting what he tells us at this point. Nonetheless, we will not be visiting this store again, and hopefully can warn other customers about the unprofessionalism and poor customer service from their store manager Navine

The new store manager does everything possible to take care of his customers and ensure any prior issues are cleared up in no time. Went to three Verizon stores to get a belt clip for my phone; none had them in stock.
UPDATE/CORRECTION AND WARNING TO OTHERS:After spending weeks trying to get this issue resolved, Verizon Corporate and I found out just how much we got SCREWED over. When we came here a month ago for a new phone, we received an Android tablet as a promotional gift, of which we said we didnt want. We told them we dont use Android products and we are strictly Apple users. To this, Krysnie told us No problem! Give it away as a gift! Its FREE So we took it hesitantly. BIG MISTAKE. So while we were updating our own phones, Krysnie took it to the back for some reason...and then we found out why. When we received our bill, they had added an extra line to our plan for this stupid tablet we didnt even want, of which we were paying an extra $60 for MONTHLY. We NEVER agreed to this and they NEVER informed us of any of this! We called Krysnie to query this, and she started crying, saying we had hurt her feelings, and that she was so shocked we would do this to her as she had done [us] a favor, and how upset she was that we called her out on her duplicity, as we felt cheated. It was nauseating to experience this level of unprofessionalism. Krysnie ended up hanging up on us after saying she would take care of it, and that she would remove it from our plan (still crying). She didnt. The next bill came and it was STILL THERE. Verizon Corporate got involved and finally were able to override her poor management. Probably a good thing she didnt answer the phone when Verizon Corporate and myself conference called her, or else we would have hurt her feelings and made her cry again.
Do not go to this store!!! The staff here including their manager, Krysnie are deceitful and untrustworthy. They will illegally add numbers to your plan in an attempt to gain more commission from you (as it is a dealership and not a corporate store). Krysnie is highly emotional and unprofessional as I recently witnessed whilst calling her out on her lying and general discontempt for the rights of customers. She will back handedly gossip about you to her staff and refuse to accept responsibility for her unethical decisions.

3 month ago I bought a car charger for my Samsung phone at this store for around 30USD plus. Expensive for a charger but I expect a quality product backed by great service and I am willing to pay some more. The Naztech charger phone plug fell appart after around 20 uses what seemed to be a design flaw. Anyhow paid a high price went back and expected that the store will exchange the charger without any issues. However, it turned out that they store manager was not willing to do any exchanges because they do no longer carry Naztech. I guess because they had to many returns ... bottom line I expected better customer service . I say: do not buy here, store is expensive, they do not stand behind their products and you receive bad customer service.
