Elvis and Angelo were an absolute pleasure to work with. They set me up with 4 phones for my kids, parents and me. They were very informative and transparent with actual costs and what I can expect in the coming months on my bill. They transferred over data to each of our phones and ElVis completely set up a Samsung for my parents. This is the store I will go to from now on to work with Elvis and Angelo, although it is not the closet Verizon store for me. They were great to work with, very friendly and polite and well informed on Verizon products and services. I highly recommend this Verizon store in Hermosa Beach where they work. I will be coming back!
RUN... do not walk away from this store. All of the 1-star reviews are very similar to my experience so I wont go into details. I wish I could give a no star rating.This has cost me so much time, emotional energy, and anxiety. Not to mention financially.This store has some real big ethical problems.1-No upfront disclosure that this is an authorized indirect sales Verizon store. NOT a corporate Verizon store. It is made to look and feel like a corporate store.2-The salespeople were not upfront on presale that they are not technically trained, yet gave quite the opposite feel during the sale. Only post sale are customers told they dont know anything technical.3-They have a predator approach and those who are not tech savoy, maybe didnt do heavy due diligence, under duress(as I feel this was in my case), or just have general anxiety walking into a device store. This is fully exploited. And your staff is fully aware of it.4-I was sold something that I didnt need through sales tactics that did not involve your customers best interests. Now I have nearly doubled the monthly bill and am left with a very bad experience. A cost I cannot afford. The month of waiting for the bill has been extremely unpleasant.5-I was lied to and/or not given full truth multiple times.
I have been so pleased with Verizon since our original contract numerous years ago. We have found the Verizon Wireless Store in Redondo Beach especially helpful. Anthony has assisted me in an upgrade today. His expertise are exceptional. He has been patient and a delight. Thank you.
This store has been through so many people. Finally Cristina Guzman has been the only one there that cares to help! Shes been at the location for about a year now and with Verizon for sometime. Please do not move her!!!!!! She is beyond knowledgeable and helpful! She is professional and well mannered! She is the only one I trust with any of my Verizon needs. Finally this store is where it needs to be. Highly recommend this store and its professionalism! You wont be disappointed and ask for Cristina Guzman you will be glad you did!
Loved this store Anthony and Cristina are great at what they do! Will never visit another Verizon again! They saved me money and have been the best service Ive revived make sure you ask for Anthony or Cristina they are worth your time!

Be very aware. This is not a direct Verizon store. They are a retailer and make commissions based on how much they sell. I was scammed with a HUM device that I was told was free for 30 days - a trial. When I received my bill there were charges and I learned that I was now in a 2 year contract. I tried to return the product. The gal that sold it to me was no longer with the company. Store staff refused to take the device back. They said they would follow-up with customer service and get back to me. They did not. Long story short, after several visits and phone calls, I got zero customer service from the store staff including management. I called Verizon direct and they took care of me including an inconvenience credit. Verizon is aware of the issues with this store. Lots of turnover, fraudulent practices, etc. You are forewarned! Verizon told me to avoid retail stores. Shop at direct Verizon stores.
Very friendly staff. Went to inquire on my plan and a new phone. Jonathan was able to give me more data and a new phone with a tablet for less monthly. Will tell all my friends and family.
The whole staff is amazing, made me feel very welcomed and helped me to get a great deal!!! Nick helped me save on my plan, and Maria and Brittany helped my kids Bella and Cody set up their new gizmo watches. Even though I wasnt Eders client he helped set up my hum and car Bluetooth to my new iPhone. Thank you guys again, definitely recommending them to my friends and family
Do not patronize this store! Was scammed into a free tablet and unbeknownst to me was locked into a 2 year contract. Conveniently, the invoice would just be emailed to you to escape scrutiny at the moment. I had to pay $170 to get out of the monthly $20 charge for a tablet that I did not need. Very dishonest store! Beware! Run away, dont let them talk you into any free stuff!
Guys in store were very nice and helped me to set up a new plan in order to save money. Afterwards, I come to find out that they sold me certified pre-owned iPhone 5s and charged me full retail price for the phones. Thats $200 more than what I should have paid. Upon trying to return my phones to rectify the issue, they were far from cooperative and refused to give us the name of the district manager. This is still an ongoing issue. Please save yourself the trouble and go to a real Verizon Wireless store!

Only give them 1 star cuz otherwise I wouldn’t be able to leave reviews.this place is the worth Verizon location ever .customer service is poor the manager is a liar just give you promises to sell you the service and after that every month you receive your bill you get deferent surprise charges .it says that that open 9-9 but every time I got here they put a sign that we are at lunch will be back for ever

It seems like they want to help you at this store but it takes forever to get service and by the time you are done you feel like something is not going to work they way you expect and then it turns out you are right. This is not a real verizon store. Find a real one insetad
First time in this store. I walked in with my brand new Note 7, purchased from Verizon on-line, and was immediately helped by Tony. He was great, he took about 45 mins to an hour of his time and we set up my new phone. He answered all my questions, showed me some new features on the phone, we transferred all my apps/data/contacts/txt msgs/etc. I explained to Tony that we were new to the area and had been looking for a new Verizon store to replace our former store from where we had moved. After this great experience & because of this outstanding employee (Thank you Tony) we have found our new store. DO NOT GO TO A WIRELESS ON AVIATION BLVD. & ARTESIA BLVD.-THEY SUCK!!!
