Chris Jane assisted me and was highly competent, fully professional, and exceedingly patient throughout the entire transaction. It was by far the best customer service I can remember ever receiving. Great selection on frames! My mission was to get a comfortable set of computer glasses and I was excited to pick these lightweight metal Oakley frames. Milena even recommended these cool computer lenses specially designed by Oakley that made it the perfect fit. Perfect for when I am gaming with my headset too!
Highly recommend this specific LensCrafters!I’ve always had the best service and all staff is super professional. They recommend what is best for me and my specific prescription. I always bring in my older glasses for them to re-adjust and clean! The new glasses I get almost each year always come out as expected! Love everyone here!
Unreal! They fixed and put the nose pads for a pair of sunglasses that I did not buy from them. Just like that! Unbelievable and the customer service is super awesome too. The customer experience when getting completely free service was exactly the same as when I bought 2 pairs of glasses for my son ! I will highly recommend this place.
I was greeted as soon as I entered the door and given immediate, efficient service each time I went (which was 3 times in 2 weeks). I was very impressed by Ramiro who made us feel at ease and gave us great customer service! A criticism I have of my experience is that I was scolded by an employee for trying on more than 10 glasses and placing them on the tray. I was not told of the COVID rules beforehand so after that encounter, I felt uncomfortable. Also, I was told that my glasses would be ready far sooner than it was.
I had a great experience at this LensCrafters store. Excellent customer service. Everyone was extremely helpful and made sure I was getting exactly what I needed with my eye examination and afterwards with my eyeglass selection. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Came In here to buy a pair of frames and when they was looking at some the Rep came up and said that they are only working for emergencies and appointments there was literally not 1 person at the frame section when the employee proceeded to see us out not the kind of place I would like to do business with again very disappointed. Not sure how they handle their business but they definitely have employees that don’t care about there revenue never the less customer service.

Im disappointed in the service that was given at this location. My Dad went to the Lens Crafter (2 weeks ago) in the SouthBay mall which is closed at the moment due to the state guidelines. Understandable. Now, his glasses were sent to this location for pick up. After trying them on, his vision is blurry with the new glasses. We were told that an appointment was needed or walk ins could wait approximately 2hrs. Due to work schedules my Dad chose to wait.The gentleman man working in the lab was courteous and informed my Dad that the prescription for the lens needed to be adjusted. $75 were paid two weeks ago for the eye exam and the lady in the front informed us that another $75 needed to be paid again for another eye exam!!! We were informed that certain locations are not part of the franchise and are privately owed? Yet, over $600 were paid for the eye exam, frames, lenses and extended warranty.We were not told what location we could visit to assist him since this location obviously cant. Overall the staff was rude and not helpful. Privately owed location or not its still a Lens Crafter and should not be brush off.
The store manager,Frank,did an outstanding job for us is a short period of time. We are totally happy with all three pairs of glasses we had to get that day. Thanks Frank Jerry and Mary Kay Carlson

Not only did she help me find exactly what I needed, she even gave me a free upgrade when they didnt have the lens I needed in stock! She took the extra step to accommodate my needs instead of sending me to another store and I was definitely impressed! Definitely look for her! I dont know why this place has some negative views because EVERYONE was super kind and cheerful. I guess haters will be haters. Anyways definitely worth the visit!

This is a great location with a lot of fun staff that helped explaine all the different lenses and coating options they had. They were also super quick and great at helping me figure out what my insurance would cover.
Bad customer service, very snotty employees and terrible nonchalant service overall they need to be retrained. Also if you ask about the AAA discount they act real stupid and say that it ended when it has no end date so don’t bother if I could give them 0 stars I would.

I called for an appointment when the store opened (at 11:00 a.m.). The first available time was 2:20 p.m. and I gladly accepted because I really wanted to get replacement glasses for the pair lost yesterday. I arrived at 2:10 p.m. and there was no record of my appointment. The attendant offered to see if I can get you in, but I would have had to wait for the OTHER 2:20 p.m. appointment (booked after mine) to be completed, and any other appointments that were booked after that.This is no way to run a business.
Your website says you are open till 9:00 pm weekdays. Your phone message says you are open to 8:00 pm. When you get there at 7:10 pm its closed and the person counting out the register just looks away when you point out how nothing line up on your hours. I find your attention to the details that bring customers back is completely absent.
No wonder why they have bad reviews. I asked her what’s special you have for your previous customer, she said I will get %50 off lenses when I buy new fram, I was like this what everyone gets and that’s what you’re advertising, she said “well” we don’t have any special for our repeat clients.Frame is $223 + 448 lenses so my total would be around $460 after the discount, that’s a rip off, not a special and thank you for treating your loyal clients well and mislead them..
Rude staff. I let my wife switch appointment with me and walked in after she was done. I did not realize this was a problem but I would have understood if they informed me politely. I didnt appreciate the rude way that I was informed. Telling me Your late! Does not intice me to drop my usual $400. I will be going somewhere else, thanks.
Excellent experience here from start to finish. My glasses were perfect, ready in an hour, friendly and very helpful staff.
The service here is horrible!!! The dr. Mixed up a contact prescription and we havent gotten replacements because you can reach them by phone or if you drop in you will spend at least an hour waiting.
Worst customer service. Actually said if you dont want the glasses go somewhere else. This was a manager. Wouldnt even give me the eye prescription, quoting policy. Dont give them any business!
My glasses cracked either to cheap lens blanks or over tightening. While they agreed with the cause, they did not honor the repair.
