Friendly and helpful staff. The problem is they never have what I want in stock, even though it says they do on their website.

This place is my Disneyland…located around the corner from my other happy place - Total Wine. I go buy and take a couple of shots, then shuffle around the corner to buy a bunch of makeup that I don’t need. It’s the circle of life.

Very poor customer service from both the manager and the cashier. The only one that was nice and helpful was a guy near the makeup station. I would avoid coming here. I had a terrible experience the first time I visited this place in 2018 and I went in again today just to be met with poor and rude customer service. If you want to be ignored or looked over and have snarky comments spewed at you when you need help or ask a question, then this is the perfect place. I WAS THERE 5/15/21 AROUND 6:40 p.m.I was thereUpdate:8/1/21 I had a good experience this time, I saw a few new faces, good customer service now.

Great place for online pickups! Pus, had an issue w my mailed delivery products and the manager here went out of her way on 5/11 to assist me with the return . Inventory here is a hit or miss but the customer service is solid

Staff here are rude. They stare at you like you dont belong. Made me feel very unwelcome. Especially when I paid half my total with over $80 in MY points. She kept staring at me then requested my ID. I had never been asked to show my ID to redeem points before. Will be avoiding this location.

Awesome place to shop for any beauty item. Their selection is very big as they do offer drugstore and high end make up. They also have coupons and deals. Staff is nice and attentive. I just like coming here for any beauty item I need. Recommend to all.

We booked an appointment for 12 pm two weeks ago with Alejandra and Candace. When we came to the store they were all busy with other people and Alejandra was dyeing someone’s hair when she was supposed to do my hair. They gave me another stylist who tried to do an half updo, but she didn’t know what she was doing and I ended up wearing my hair down with just curls. The makeup was fine. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I want to zero it. They ripped me off. Dont fall for the scam

Always a great beauty store full of many brands and items. We go here whenever we are in search of new makeup or hair products and they always deliver! Lines can get a bit long at the front but besides that its a great place to shop.

I came in and Sarah immediately greeted me. She gave me a face touch up (Which was gorgeous.) we had great conversation. I was visiting from Seattle. She made me feel comfortable and beautiful! Our conversation was great and she did a great job on my makeup and recommended me with new product! She was fantastic. I’d highly recommend this ultra. Great service and spectacular customer service !

Worst experience ever. Long and slow line only one cashier. I asked her if she could have someone else come up and ring us up. She said she was the only one there. Meanwhile there’s another lady behind the counter gabbing with somebody across the store when it was my turn to get helped that other lady behind the counter went up to register and said I can help the next person in line. When I asked the cashier how come she couldn’t call her when I asked her, and she said she’s the manager. So the manager couldn’t come help me but could come help other customers? She also didn’t scan the coupon that I Handed her and didn’t notice until after I got home and looked at my receipt. Won’t be shopping at that store again.

They have everything as far as hair and makeup go. I don’t like the lack of attention at Ulta in general or Sephora, you’re treated like cattle there. But I do watch for great deals and buy the products I know and love on sale. Also, on line purchases can be returned at the store.

I dont come to this location of theirs very often, but they usually have the Macadamia Leave in Spray Conditioner I use and I had to go here today.They are just like all their other stores, the entire staff is very courteous and very willing to be of help... however at this one the gal who helped me check out (Forgot to get her name) did inform me of looking up a much larger size to order online and they could then waive the shipping cost for me, so that was nice to learn of.Being a guy with long hair I only go their stores for my hair products, but are now also looking at colognes there too.If you have never been to one of their stores you should definitely do so, they have an enormous selection of items and I know for you ladies that is important when shopping for cosmetics, hair stuff, perfumes and numerous other things too.

You would think this was Wxlmart or something.The stores are always dirty and disheveled . The stations are always out of the basics such as Kleenex and cotton wool and this line of 25+ people....I am NEVER coming here again. If businesses want to compete, this is not the way to do it. BIG fat fail. It would be 0 starts if it were up to me.

Finally!! Dakota at the Benefit Brow Bar, is my new go to gal! Im new in the area, and after visiting 4 other places... none could get it right. Definitely recommend her.

I had a terrible experience here.1. No one around to help me or if I did see a worker they purposely would walk around fast trying to not make eye contact with me.(as I was walking around looking for someone to help me I ended up helping a lady find a certain shade of NYX lipliner and helped her compare colors since she also had no luck finding someone to help her. I worked at an ulta before and my store was so much more customer service oriented than this one.)2. I then found someone already helping another customer in the benefit section so I asked of she could find someone to help me. She looked annoyed because I interrupted her then told me there was no one and asked if I would wait a few min which I said yes.3. Waited a few min by walking to the next section to look at the lipsticks I wanted help with then I turn back around to check her progress and shes gone and the customer is on there way to checkout.4.picked out my own lipstick then went to checkout to what seemed like the manager asking where her staff was and there was noone in line and noone to ring me up.5. The manager lady ring me up with sub par customer service and then she gave me the bag that was in her hand and when I looked inside of it to get my makeup out it was filled with hair like it was from the salon. So gross! Especially since it was someone elses hair!Just a location I WILL NOT BE VISITING AGAIN.

Today was my second time going in to get my hair done. Candice has worked on me both times. I first got a hair cut 2 weeks ago, and today I dyed my hair. She did and amazing job!! Candice is extremely helpful and gives great tips and recommendations. She even convinced me that cosmotology school should be on my mind. I love hair and makeup.All the ladies at the salon are really sweet and maintain busy. I love that they remember their customers and are super friendly. Hands down my #1 go too place for hair. For the salon- I have been here twice now. Both times they were late for the appointment. The second time I asked for a balayage and received horrible, streaky highlights instead, while the woman went on and on about her dates with men. And she would stop to text them during the middle of my appointment. When I went in to get it fixed, they were late AGAIN. I am done trying with this place and I highly recommend against going here.

Great customer service... Only flag I have is the long line ups to pay for your products.If youre visiting in the area, theres a Nordstrom Rack beside Ulta and Target in the same plaza. I wish I discovered this plaza sooner when I was visiting LA!

Visited during time time on a week day. Although I was able to find all the products I was looking for and even more, there was no one around to help me find them or give your information if I was to have questions. Once we arrived at the cashier, there was another customer already paying for their items and they took quite a long time to get processed and there was no other cashiers available. While waiting, more customers ended up coming into the line and now there was 7 or 8 other people waiting in line with us. Once we where called to go to pay, the cashier lady was surprised that my Ulta members information was under my name and not my girlfriends, not sure why that was but they do have a whole male section as well. maybe they could use some more staff to be out on the floor to help customers if need to and a few more cashiers when there is a long tine of people waiting.

People there are extremely friendly and make great suggestions for products. Waited there for some time while my girlfriend got her hair and a facial done, they offered me water and gave me updates on her.

I had gone in because a product I wanted was listed as in-store at this location, but when I went, the product was not on the shelves. Staff was helpful and friendly however, I bought other products instead.

Came in on a Wednesday, workers here are not great. Felt like I was at a Sephora, Im not white so like Sephora I was being ignored. It took more than 20 minutes after me helping myself for someone to ask me if I needed help. Mind you there were less than 10 customers in the store. A lady with a pink jacket who kept staring at me and passing by me without one word, turns out she was one of the workers who started chatting with a white customer as I was waiting to pay. Being friendly and saying its a slow day. Heres a thought, maybe help all customers no matter the skin tone to help pass the time. This location sucks, enough said.

I dont spend too much time going to the store because I dont have a car but this is my 2 or 3rd fav place.

I like this ulta. They have a fair stock. Although the brow bar is impossible to get an appointment. Maria in the salon does good work. She did my color and was able to match great. Im a natural brunette level 4 but I currently have level 6 color and level 8 highlights. She also did great work on my cousin who needed a lot of gray coverage. Happy shopping. Dont forget to check out ulta. Com for in store coupons.

I like Sephora. I feel like going to Alta is a downgrade. The stores not kept it clean they seem to be out of a lot of product often. But I like to go in there and browse and look at some of the lines that Sephora does not carry. Especially if youre trying to save some money on makeup products. Ill definitely continue to go to Ulta and really looking forward to the new one that they are opening in my neighborhood.

I am a loyal Platinum member who has spent thousands of dollars in the Redondo Beach ULTA.Although the individual employees are nice and attentive, the manager of this salon clearly does not respect the simple policies/procedures that should be considered when in the customer sevice industry or possibly it is something else that encourages this manager to show no regard for customers time and satisfaction.I am wondering if the customers race could be a factor.Apparently, the salon has instituted a new process to cancel your appointment, giving it to walk-in customers when it is expident.The store is also horrible at answering the phone rendering it nearly impossible and extremely time consuming to confirm via telephone.I have never missed an appointment but this was not considered.In the past, I had been told that it wasnt necessary to confirm due to the difficulty.Dont trust that your salon appointment is confirmed here!
