I was helped by a nice group of young men. The only name I happen to catch was “Escobar”. He was taking the lead so it wasn’t hard to catch his name. He mad sure that’s everything that was supposed to be done was done. I’ve never gotten this type of service at any other oil change place before. He let me know that my battery needed to be cleaned and I needed new air and cabin filters. I had no idea what needed to be done and I felt like with him there I had someone trustworthy to secure the long lasting of my car .

Quick service but for the second time in a row millage was wrong on paper work even after I told the server guy at the desk before the oil change they were of by 100,000 miles

Went there today and for and oil change and they left a part from my car completely loose which cause it to be dragging once on freeway and now it’s broken. To late to go back there due to them being closed. Most annoying part about it I’m back in SF.

I was there for a car inspection. Because of Jiffy Lube lack of knowledge about regular tires vs race tires. They wanted me to buy tires first and then come back. I went to the vehicle hub to get it inspected. My vehicle passed the inspection by two of their technicians. Tires was good from both inspectors and they said that it meet the requirements. So, what requirements was Jiffy Lube looking for? To be honest. The guy at Jiffy Lube said that I had meet the minimum on thickness. But, the small little groves was not there? That was not what the company wanted because it was at the company hub, who did the inspection. And pass my vehicle. Back yard mechanics? Good figure

Well they forgot to put on sticker and my tires were not balanced very well

Didnt put the gasket back on the drain plug and of course it leaked. Mistakes happen but when you can see the gap between the plug and the oil pan (1/16 - 1/8 gap) and stick your finger in it, dont tell me its fine. They pacified me by putting a new plug in and guess what? It has a gasket and now no gap. They gave me the old plug and insisted theres nothing wrong with it.

The price stated online and on the website was not the price or what was available when we got to the store. Tried to bait & switch to a $100 oil change! What oil change for a Fiat is $100!? And they still attempt to upsell on other things that arent needed.I will not be returning here

The young employee when I arrived was friendly. I had oil changed and asked him to check the brakes. During the middle of this the Manager had just arrived and within minutes he told me I needed new brakes. The Manager then left the room and the young employee came back in and said your brakes are fine without knowing the Manager had already told me I needed new brakes. I trusted the young employee since he is the one who actually checked the brakes. Obviously this was basically a lie by the Manager to get business. This happened Jan. 2015, but has always bothered me. I just ran across the receipt for the oil change while going through files and decided the information needed to be shared. Lesson: no matter how friendly someone seems or what company they work for, these things unfortunately still happen. Always get a 2nd opinion.

140 for the oil change. I needed another oil filter and it was synthetic is why it cost so much. I feel like got a lot of value.

These guys took me for a ride. Came in for an oil change and got up sold on a wheel rotation, which afterwards I find my break pad is not secured right. I come back and they fix it.. With zip ties. Not even mentioning that they did an obviously not going to last fix or trying to sell me a fix, they let me drive off with something that was obviously going to fail at some point when I was on the road. Thankfully it didnt happen on the highway. Writing from the side of the road, waiting for help with the problem they basically deceived me on.

Have been trying to call this location for 3 days as I think I may have left my Id there. Phone has constantly given busy tone, seems something may be up with the line, as they usually are able to answer and put you on hold

Do not take a manual car to this shop, they stalled my baby twice. Overpriced.

Horrible service. Left oil cap off ...dont go there was promised free oil change but decided he forgot. Mmmm gi somewhere else they are sloppy....

Pulled up to area it appeared I was supposed to be, Jiffy Lube employee ignored me for a while, then apparently waved me to the next bay over...problem was I could not see him because of my windshield pillar. This evidently annoyed said employee and he asked me the equivalent of what do you want. I said I required an oil change; I was then told to go inside and sit down.It is important to know all of the statements from the employee were in a rude, nasty manner. I was never asked what type of oil I wanted or told any cost.After also observing how slow progress was going on the cars in the bay I promptly left. As I was leaving jiffy lube employees felt it was appropriate to jeer me as I left. I have had great and long term experiences with jiffy lube in the past (Fresno location) but this one is just garbage.

Even when doing a routine oil change they managed to mess it up. They put a bad washer on the oil draining plug and caused an oil leak. Never going back to jiffy lube

When I arrived I was told there would be a 45 minute wait. I waited an hour and a half and they didnt get to my car. I tried to find someone to talk to to just get my car and go and there was no one at the front desk for 20+ minutes. I wont be returning here.

I paid for a cabin air filter and they never put one in and left the slot empty. Another time they stripped out the oil pan screw and the oil drained in my drive way at home.

Awful service. No floor vacuum, no windshield water added, no tire pressure check. Not sure that they changed oil at all.Choose most expensive synthetic oil service, very disappointed.

I hate giving a bad review because the gents were really nice, but unfortunately they wanted to charge $65 for a code pull (I.e. Why is my check engine on) and wouldnt come down on that at all when Pepboys does the same thing for free.
