The grab and go sweets section didnt have as much as I hoped for. There were bagged cookies and breakfast foods like scones and bread. Getting in and out was very quick and convenient. The indoor seating looked cozy.The chocolate chip brownie was more airy and crumbly than dense and moistApple pie bar was heavy on cinnamon and shredded apple, not the gooey wet inside kindPecan mini pie looked like it had a mix of walnut and pecan. Had a burnt sugar taste and nice crunch from the nutsThe last mini pie was like a muffin dumped into a pie crust? It was actually my favorite one. I think it had pear and almond?

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVA SWEETS BAKERY and Tal, the woman I worked with!! This is my second year using them and they have been so great to work with.Last year during the pandemic, I was going to miss my dads birthday and worked with Tal to get a cake that he would want and had it delivered. My parents said they LOVED the cake! So this year, we had to order it again. It was a last minute thought, but I was so thankful how accommodating and easy it was with Tal to get a cake delivered in time for his birthday!Finally trying it this year— THE Fruit TART is INCREDIBLE!!! Can’t imagine how good the other baked goods are in her shop.We will be ordering from Eva Sweets Bakery for all our cake needs!

I ordered a birthday cake for a friend and received wonderful service! Tal was very prompt in replying to all my inquiries by email. They prepared a Basque Cake on short notice (about 24 hours), included a card with a personalized message on my behalf, delivered the cake with care and were very communicative throughout the whole process. The recipient loved the Basque Cake and the custard filling inside!

I love Eva sweets ! Everytime Im in the area I go in. Everything is delicious fresh and Hand made ! Its family owned and the owner is super sweet and nice.When they turned the bakery to a small coffee shop I was super excited. The place is warn and quiet you can work, read a book or hang out with your friends.Dont miss out.

I ordered a cake from Eva Sweets for my wedding (venue: my living room, guests: on Zoom). Tal organized with the florist next door (Paradise Flowers) to incorporate flowers from my bouquet as a cake topper. Even better, she arranged pickup of the cake and flowers for me, so I had one less thing to worry about on The Big Day. Honestly, I was hesitant to get a cake for my low key wedding, but the minute my fiancé walked through the door with the cake the whole day felt a lot more special.

I wanted to send a sweet box as a gift. I called Eva Sweets bakery and got an excellent service. The owner helped me customized my gift and provided generous portions of cookies. They also shipped the box quickly and added a card on my behalf. I couldnt ask for a better service. My friend absolutely LOVED everything in the box!! Definitely my go-to place for gifts for my loved ones!

Love coming here. They have the best angel cupcakes. They used to come orange angel cupcakes which were by far the best. And the frosting is very delicious. Not too sweet. Just perfect it melts in your mouth. I recommend coming here. They also make other types of desserts.

This place is amazing. Small shop but fantastic baked goods. I highly recommend the strawberry jelly donut and blueberry-raspberry pocket pie. Also, the cinnamon and chocolate morning pastry. Spacious, quiet, relaxing place.

My go-to place in the Bay Area! When I used to live there I would go to Redwood just to have one of their amazing babkas once a week, super recommended!

What pastries they had looked very pretty, and the scone I tried was good. But, there is so little selection. They have like five teeny cubbies sparsely filled with baked goods (see pictures on Google) and some packaged sweet loaves and cookies. Their coffee/tea offerings are not made to order (thermoses of coffee or hot water that you self-serve), so if you want a decent quality beverage to go with your pastry, Starbucks is across the parking lot... Maybe this place is meant more for ordering take away for special occasions, but their store front is really lame. The setup feels unnecessarily contrived and pretentious. Whats wrong with the classic model of having big cases of baked goods by the register where you point out what you want and someone grabs it and rings you up? Here, the lady at the tiny register cubicle has to come out and pluck your chosen item from the tiny cubbies along the wall--it just feels ridiculous.

When I need something to bring to a party I order her Lemon/Lavender Angel Food Cake. It is ALWAYS a big hit with everyone. AND while I am there ordering and then picking it up I indulge in her scones or sandwiches just for me!
