This place is great! I went in there knowing nothing about heading. The owner Andy and his employee Kumi were so awesome. Not only did they help me navigate the store, Kumi also showed me some really great tips for making some bracelets. They even gave me a couple of very small things to help me so I didn’t have to buy it in large quantity. I went in again to ask some questions about something I bought that wasn’t working, they helped me figure it out with an alternative way. I will definitely be going here again!

What an unfriendly place! When I entered the store, the lady hollered at me from across the store if I needed help, like I had walked in the wrong place. Yes, a man might need some mineral beads for a project. Imagine that. Put away the torches and pitchforks, Im not the invading enemy. After selecting a string of mineral beads, I asked to verify if they were the gemstone, Peridot, pronounced Peh-ruh-dat, after the Arizona town where the gem was first mined. The lady corrected me, by saying yes, it Peh-ruh-doe. Nope, sorry lady, you are wrong. Google it. Careful who you correct. The person you are being rude to might just know more than you.

The owner is so sweet and knowledgeable, always willing to help when my spouse goes here. O dont understand everything they talk about but, if this were one of my hobbies, the helpful and knowledgeable staff would make this a go-to location for me.

I had visited a couple of weeks ago, really good place to enthusiastically play with beads,such an elegant collection of beads never seen before.

I love The Bead Gallery!! I wish I could give it more than five stars!! The customer service is excellent! The staff always greets you with a welcoming hello and smile! I have taken several of the classes they offer and the instructors, Jennifer and Karyn, are amazingly knowledgeable and super patient. It is obvious they love what they do and it shows with how much fun we have while learning! Jennifer, Karyn and Toni are always happy to share their knowledge, answer questions, or help with color selections (which I always need help with)! The store has an unbelievable display of beads, findings and supplies. Its a beaders paradise!!

Tony is awesome! Ive been slightly interested in getting into beading and jewelry making for quite some time, however it wasnt until I discovered this store and met Tony that I decided to take the plunge. Thanks to Tonys patience, helpfulness, knowledge, and sense of humor, I am totally jazzed about my new hobby. Tony, you are a true inspiration - thank you!!

I always like to come to this store when we visit Reno. They have a large selection of beautiful beads and the lady who helped me today was very friendly and gave me some great ideas. Ill definitely be back.

The selection of merchandise is something that has to be seen in order to believe. If you cant find what you are looking for here ask the girls, they will be more than happy to assist you. There is NEVER any pressure to buy anything that you dont want; but with that being said ....be careful....it is easy to spend money in here. I shopped at Bead Gallery a few months ago while on vacation and lost a picture I took of a sample that I wanted to make. I live in Fort Collins Colorado so it wasnt going to be easy to go back and look at the sample again. Bead Gallery took a couple of pictures of the sample and sent them to me. What outstanding customer service. The stock of beads is incredible!
