This has to of been the worse examples of customer service I have ever seen. I walked in and wanted to ask a few questions and the people at the counter didn’t even look up. When I asked them if they could help me they flat out refused. It was very discouraging. I would never go back there and would not recommend them to anyone.

I love this place! There is so much variety! They have tons of beads, charms, crystals, and all kinds of different beading tools and materials. I have been going here for years and have found that it is becoming quite popular.

Has literally anything you could need regarding beads. Excellent prices, local suppliers, and top notch customer service. Will be back to this place in the future.

Love this place. They are do helpful here and the bead selection is huge. Love that its a locally owned place and is still open.I showed them a project I wanted to give some one as a gift and they pulled everything together that I needed. All I had to do was pick the colors! Cant get that service at the big crafty places.

I started getting into necklace and bracelet making and bought the beads at Walmart, my grandma was so shook that I was using beads from Walmart so she took me to the Reno Bead Shop and that’s when I fell in love. They have such a wide variety of beads and many other things, legit they have every color of bead imaginable(which is so dope).and the prices are very affordable.

Excellent selection of beads & supplies. Carries Swarovski crystal beads at a fair price too. I have been here twice, have been able to get all but 1 thing needed for my projects.Would like to see single strand box spring clasps there.

I love this place! They have the best selection of any place locally and very affordable. The customer service is excellent and so helpful if you need an opinion or suggestion to help with your design. Classes are fun and affordable and taught by people who know what they are doing. I have shopped their on countless occasions and have always had a welcoming pleasant experience.

I still go to Reno Beads after many years. They have the small sead beads that I use in my beadwork. Plus the really tiny beading needles and the c-lon nylon thread that you can buy on a large spool.

The shop is clean but they were low on stock, customer service was decent besides I wasn’t knowledged once entering the shop and the cashier charging me more for a purchase that wasn’t even made also they don’t do refunds.

This shop has it all, imho. Their inventory covers all beading applications and more. The staff is personable & helpful. Ive shopped there over several years & Ive no complaints.

This is seriously a charming and oldworld little place. Virtually unchanged since its inception. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, patient and full of light. There are a whole plethora of beads and bobbles to enflame the imagination and freeze the soul. If you just cant find anything to match that new outfits you bought for that big date, make it. There are all the tools and supplies that you could possibly want to make anything your heart desires.

I agree with the other person- the Reno Bead Shop needs to work on their PR and service to customers. Maybe they just dont like minorities or someone they perceive as not having as much money. The older women they have working there are kind of snotty or elitist. Although they have a great selection of merchandise, I think I am going to re-think about going in there again. I think I have gone in there more than five times and Ive been treated totally nice once...work on the attitudes ladies.

Great selection and most of the staff Is super nice, 1 lady is always REALLY unfriendly to me though, Ive seen her be friendly to all the other customers in the store except me & Ive spent hundreds of dollars there.

This is my only goto shop for beads hardware, tools, periodicals, ect....A clear example of what a quality bead shop should be. Living in the bay area prior to finding a home in Reno, this shop is the only one that comes remotely close to those that riddle the north bay.The customer service is educated, helpful, and charming. It its my favorite place to shop.

But rude & judgmental- dont run in if youve been painting & cleaning- or may otherwise look unsavory-they will follow you around & i think even attempted to look in my purse as i was PAYING for my purchases-wish there was more of a choice but its conveniently located near me- so im kind of stuck-but the location is great & a wonderful building

Ive been going Reno bead for years local artist . Working artist and want to support local so Ive been buying from bead shop instead. I asked for mounths to order items . When I went back things were not ordered and told me could not would not order and go to bead ect if u want . And rude about it.

If you have store hours stick to them....
