I had a great experience in March 2021 with Daniel at the Customer Service counter at the Home Depot on Virginia St in Reno. I purchase a trailer and was not very prepared with my truck, the trailer hitch and wiring connectors. Daniel sold me the trailer, took care of all the paperwork, and went well above and beyond getting me on the road. The customer service was excellent and very appreciated.
