California Closets - Reno did an amazing job on my walk in closet, pantry, den and garage in our new home. The walk in closet was so fabulous that I had to add another one in the guest room. Why? Because the closet is so incredible it has to be all mine so my husband is now going to have to use the other, just as nice closet, down the hall. HA!Maybe a new slogan should be Closets so nice, you might need a divorce lawyer. LOL

I love my new closets. They came out and designed the shelving to suit my needs utilizing one closet as part guest room closet/linen closet/kitchen appliance. Truly custom. Thank you!

Excellent quality workmanship and attention to detail. Responsive to the design requests we had and kept the installation on schedule. Not a rushed job, the installer paid a lot of attention to making things correct and beautiful. Not inexpensive, but we definitely went with the right closet company. Took about 10 or 12 weeks to get the closets installed, but we knew that was inevitable, given Covid supply chain issues and the high number of customers in our area.

Friendly people fast unload ..Only thing is hard to get in n out..Be very careful fellow truckers!!!

Ordered a built in shelving unit and bar for our living room. The design process and installment were a breeze, but when I got home the day of install the glass installed was not what I had chosen and the hardware was the wrong color. I also have my selections in email. I called Dan immediately that evening and he told me not to worry, hell fix it and they will call me to schedule to replace the mistake within 3-4 weeks. I emailed him with an ETA at 4 weeks no response. I called 2 weeks later and was told he would call me that day - no call. Again I called the next day, no call. Now Im getting annoyed. Then I call AGAIN and they say someone will call me by the end of the day to schedule the install. Someone calls a couple hours later saying they are 10 minutes from my house on a weekday when I am at work to take the doors back to redo the glass. Really??? Im expected to sit with an unfinished product for who knows how long after I was told it would be a quick fix in my home and no one will ever get back to me? The installer said Dan would call me the next day to explain further, but he still has not called amazingly. The communication here is terrible and I STILL dont have what I ordered.I was planning to use them for the rest of my home as projects come up but I will never again. Well see if I ever get my glass and hardware replaced Im now on day 5 of hounding them after waiting 6 weeks from the day of install.Update: a few hours after posting this review they called and a week later we had everything finally fixed painlessly.

Great experience. Dan gave us excellent suggestions and drew up several scenarios. Mike, the installer, was on time and did a superb job. Everything turned out better than expected.

We purchased a home in Reno recently and had a few cabinet/closet shelving needs. We needed some additional hardware to expand an existing California Closets custom install, and they were prompt, kind and courteous during my visit. They have a great showroom and everything I needed was acquired promptly at an excellent price. Thank you to the CC staff for taking care of me! Ill be back soon for the bathroom remodel.

The designer, Chuck, was prompt, friendly and worked well with my wife with the design. When it was time to install, the installer was also professional and did a great job. One small piece was broken and it was replaced the next day. The finished product looks great and has increased our storage 4x over. Very good price compared to other estimates.

We had our closet installed today. Our installer, Dennis, was awesome. He arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable. Our closet was installed very professionally. Dennis was extremely clean. We had a small design issue that Dennis was able to adjust for and the closet was completed in a timely manner!! Great experience.

Dan did a great job in showing alternative and the graphics were a huge plus. Josh dids a great job with the installation. Very pleased.

Just plain awesome!!
