This company sucks. The workers are dishonest, they surprise you with promotion info that doesnt match what is on their website and other bad policies. Would probably be best to avoid their extremely shady math and go with another carrier.
Its 7 pmand the store is closed even though it says here it closes at 8. Fix your times so I dont have to drive 20 min to a closed store.

Sunday I go to a Metro PCS store and they have no Iphone SE to sell us. They say come back during the week. I go online at Metro last night to buy and Ipone SE. The card goes through and gets refunded immediately twice. I go to the store twice and they dont have Iphone SE. I go to an apple dealer and purchase an unlocked phone for $50 more than the list price from Metro. I go to the Metro website and cant set up my phone. The IMEI checker always says, please enter a valdid IMEI. I try several times. It does not work. I enter IMEIs from other unlocked phones I own. Same ANSWER. I worked at an apple store for two years, and a phone repair store for another year. I hold a masters degree in technology. I have come to the conclusion that it is you METRO. Your systems and service are sub par and dont work.

I have come here 2x for a new phone. They acknowledge you when you walk in and offer to help. My only qualm is that they take forever. Sometimes its nice to get in and get out.
Seems like its always understaffed, but I can understand that as its probably not a high-profit store (in the area its in). The girls that work are always very patient and nice (with the inpatient customers). I understand that some people can get annoyed at wait-times, but if you know this store is understaffed and it bothers you, just go to a different location instead of giving the staff a hard time. They do their job well and always try to make customers satisfied.
Beware- This store is all sales final (even if you never opened the pkg. This includes phones & the accessories). No Bueno! Also, had the experience of the store being closed for a long time during the hours that their sign says theyre open (Silverado Store). Again, No Bueno! On the positive side, they did a good job of porting me over when i switched with them. Also, they helped me fix problems such as when it wasnt charging.
Very helpful didnt have my phone but texted another store close by and had them hold one for me. Again my only complaint is understaffed... Especially on a weekend
About 2 monthes ago I called there at 4 p.m asked what time they closed. The lady that did actually answer the phone pretty quickly told me 5 p.m. I said great i desperately need to replace my phone immediately i need for my job. I told her which model of phone i was picking to see if they had in stock she said im good come on down. I said i would be down Definitely before 5 p.m. Half an hour later at 4:30 p.m. i showed up AND THE FREAKING DOOR WAS LOCKED!!!!!😒😔 so i knocked and knocked and knocked and waited and knocked some more thinking she by herself and lock door to use the restroom. meantime i noticed the sign in the window said close at 6 p.m. after 15 minutes of waiting I said forget this and went down the Street to the store off of Oddie blvd. and Silverada and she told me they actually close at 6 p.m. and so does Clear acre store. 😵😲😤😤. The girl working at the Oddie store was extremely helpful and professional. I go there now for all my ?s and needs. Never have had any issues with them and treat you the same everytime i have been there.😇😇😇😇😇😇😀😀😎😎😎😎

Liz Garcia General Manager provided me with the worst customer service experience as a long time customer of Metro PCS.My phone died and I went in on my lunch time to an empty store where I met Liz. Upon her greeting me I could tell she had an additude. I explained my situation to her and a trainee to which she informed me of my options. Ultimately I ended buying another phone and having my phone replaced. After I had already paid she informs me that she that she has the right to refuse service and that she was refusing mine. After I already paid. I asked why but she couldnt give me a specific reason.This lady definetly has a power Trip and does not provide any customer service. My intent is to have someone at MetroPCS contact me with a resolution. And some training for Liz Garcia of Reno metropcs.
I been there 2 times . Couldnt get professional help with my questions beside I was thinking to upgrade my phone but thanks to the person is there changed my mine and walk out. Sorry but thats what happens.
