They are affordable but the customer service could use some work. I couldnt get in touch with a human and I had to go to one of thier locations to get my problem resolved. But the guy helped me and even went outside to my truck to fix my android auto issue now my stereo works and i have boost mobile to thank. Useless sales clerks. The staff at closed Reno Mall were ALWAYS helpful, not so at this location. Ended up (after $150 upgrade which started at $49) - went to Cricket and for $131: new, phone, new plan and ALL previous APP loaded. No you gotta do it yoself.

I live in Carson, but I love coming to boost mobile at wells location. Their customers service is excellent, they help me transfer all of my information to the new phone and they always answer all of my questions politely. If you stop by the store always ask for Stephanie or Nataly.

The woman could not get the first phone to scan and when she sold me the second one all it would do was text. I had to contact a friend who sells boost in Tacoma WA to activate my phone and get it working. Avoid this outlet. She also wanted a $25 fee if she were to try to correct her own mistake.

Boost is a good service at a low price, but whenever you need to go to the store prepare to spend about 3 hours there.

Canary Wireless owns multiple stores in Reno and does business as Boost Mobile. I have long awaited the arrival of a New Phone which arrived today. After calling every store, and finding out they received only like 10 of these in today. I located one at the store on Neil. When I arrived and the store was empty, the girl brought the phone out, and when I went to pay I was told they don’t accept a Credit Cards its only Cash or Debit card. WHAT!!!! a Cell phone store that doesn’t allow Credit cards!If you not paying like you did a back room deal, then don’t bother coming to a Canary Wireless Store DBA Boost Mobile.

I just call this store asking which phones they had for sale, after the rundown I asked if she had the s7. She said no I didnt mention that! Iphone s6 but the s7 is far fetched? And just because you didnt mention it doesnt mean you couldnt have forgotten it! Rude ass people!

The woman working here was terrible. We just wanted to buy a phone, but she would not sell it without first charging us an activation fee and other service fees. Completely bogus.

Cheap, efficient, always have a quality phone for $30 out less if I need a new one. Going on 2 years and I love it.

Excellent Customer Service from Nataly

Morgan from the meadwood mall kiosk was very unprofessional and rude, we bought a Bluetooth headset that did not hold a charge so we were unable to use it we wanted to inquire if we could exchange it for a different item. He wouldnt even let us get a word in and tell him what we wanted right off the bat he stated he will not give us a refund and that all transactions are final as it states on the receipt that he never gave to us.

Paid my bill Friday and still have no service! Boost is trash. Thanks for nothing.
