Truly disgusting to interact with these people. To say their staff is incompetent would be kind. I have spent 11 months attempting to get the promised BOGO and bill credit applied and finally have to escalate to the Costco store manager, Yelp and here. If you are reading this before buying from one of their kiosks, DO NOT buy from them. They are tall on promises and short on delivery. They define apathy and incompetence.
