I come here to feel like I’m a student again, and reminisce the simpler days when I had nothing to be worried about. It’s a huge store so you’ll definitely find what you are looking for. Moreover, they have printing services. Not to mention lots of free parking available in front of the store

These people hired incompetent people to deliver one chair and 7 days later, they can only tell me to call a number to get a refund. Except no one is there to answer calls today.Took them too long to find out what happened and they never could send an email explaining a delay.Seriously, don’t buy from these people.

I printed 182 page. A girl have started this week. She doesnt know how can print, cover etc. anyone doesnt help her. I waited almost a hour. And They gave so bad coil to documents. And I paid 25$!! Dont do print here. There is so bad.

Selection wasnt up yo par with what I was hoping for.

The girl at counter told me not to touch the counter, then wouldnt allow me to pay cash to print 3 pieces of paper. She scoffed at me like it inconvenient to her. Avoid this store at all cost

The Reno Office Depot is the best office supply store. Its large, clean, and has everything always in stock!

Very poor customer service. Two employees stood and chatted with each other while customers came into the store. Had to approach them to get any help. Will not return to this store. Went to another Office Depot store in north Reno and the service was fantastic and employees greeted customers and made a point to ask if they could be of assistance.

The store is pretty standard. Nothing stands out. Although they didnt have the sturdy cardboard envelopes is was looking for.

The Assistant Store Manager, Laureen gave me updated information on the Canon, and Epson printer lines. After going home and checking... I found her information was 100 Percent Accurate, it was also helpful to me in making my Printer Purchase.THANK YOU .
