Watch out for your mask queen Karen there. She loves to make threats, and definitely a tweaker . She works there, and loves to threaten her customers, dont forget her name calling. I got the video recordings for this Karen. Recommendation do not come or go to this store. Very unprofessional.

I have been in this dollar store every day for a week. At the end of one of the aisles is an empty drink container. No one has picked it up FOR A WEEK. That is disgusting. Does management even exist? I really dont want to go in there if they havent spotted this for at least a week. YUCK!!!

The best thing, its a Dollar Tree!This particular Dollar Tree has bare shelves since the beginning of Covid. Frequently they do not have anything tidy. Their staff is always at a minimum and chores seem to accumulate. You will however walk out with more than you planned on purchasing, after all it is a Dollar Tree❗

Horrible management they have a helium tank but can’t fill up the balloons they sell on THEIR shelf but can fill up a bunch of other ones. Shouldn’t even sell the item then when they have a functioning helium tank. Manager just didn’t want to & store is a mess.

One of the more dangerous locations. Always at least 2 people outside door asking for money, today there was 3, and when I said I didnt have cash I was cursed at..... And as always only 1 cashier but not too long of a wait

I found the usual good deals on a variety of essential products, but there were a fair number of goods on my list that werent on the shelves. These ranged from medicinals to foodstuffs to the coveted cat litter that I desperately need. Some say that this particular store has gone downhill in recent years, though it used to be the best one in Reno/Sparks.

This store is very busy. Its always a mess, never stocked and usually one clerk at the register with a dozen people in line. Today I went in to grab a couple things and Wow! The store looked great. Shelves were clean, orgainized and well stocked PLUS two clerks were working the registers! I hope its under new management so this store can continue on this path!

This location is smaller than most but should over order for the first of the month. They have a high volume of customers the first week of each month and it takes over a week or two for them to recover n get more product in, causing people to go to another location! The employees are awesome here though and very kind.

Dollar tree is what the 99 cent store used to be without fresh produce. But nothing is more than a dollar. They have a lot of brand names, they are always busy so bring your patients at check out time.

Every time I come into this store the lines are extremely long, the one cashier is extremely slow and all the other employees are hiding in the office, wandering around pretending to be stocking (although they never have anything in stock so I dont know what theyre doing).A couple weeks ago I asked one employee who was loitering that perhaps she should take a register. She snapped back cant I have a break?.Yesterday while there was at least 30 people in line they closed one of the lines and brought a cashier to the office. I asked why they dont bring out a 2nd cashier and someone hollered we dont have any!.Today I went in, waited in this slow line. I said something about it and this lady came out of the office telling me that if I dont like it I should shop somewhere else.This place is never stocked and always a mess. I contacted corporate about this. Just because this is a lower class minority neighborhood doesnt give them the right to be jerks.OBVIOUSLY RUN BY RACISTS!!!!

The crew at this store never lag.They work around the clock to keep up with supply and demand and their customers.One must go to appreciate its content.

I only go here because it’s the nearest location to where I live. The manager at least I think she’s the manager walks around talking on her phone making personal calls . Heard the wholeConversation as I do speak Spanish . While yelling at kids who are simply looking at the toys . I have experience rude service every single time I’m there. Today a group of kids I would say between the ages of 9-11 where trying to figure out what to buy as a snack and the cashier repeatedly humiliated them speaking at the microphone that they needed to leave because they were alone with no adult. I can understand keeping an eye on them or even going to speak to them but they humiliated screaming at them over the intercom and the whole line was looking at them from head to toe. Not to mention there was a lot of people . The kids left what they were going to buy and later returned with an adult. Poor poor service.

There are never enough checkers. Usually only one register open and the cashiers are sooooo slow. This caused me to drive farther for better customer experience

This is one of the worst dollar trees weve been to. The shelves are not stocked, products on the floor, in general dismay. Transients sitting outside the front door begging. Not the place to visit.

This particular Dollar Tree is not well stocked and I saw only one employee working entire store. The store is large.

This one was very clean, very organized & stocked up on the things we came in for. Though a bit busy, many open registers & lines not bad.

Always have what I need when Im in a hurry. Just wish they had a full staff. It seems only 1 or 2 registers are open at one time

This place has always been a nightmare every time I go. Theres always only one cashier and the line can get so long that I find myself waiting to get checked out longer than it takes for me to find what I am looking for. The cashiers and customer service have always been pretty rude, the place is always low on stock and dirty. Even if it is close, I go out of my way to avoid going there and take the trip to head elsewhere. But then again, its a dollar tree.

Love all Dollar stores. BUT having 1 casher with a line of 12 customers. Not cool. Then when I asked if the casher named Monica was opening up to check out, I got a rude response “gotta check the time” then she walks around in front of me to say “next customer in line.” With her arm out But rudely. The next customer was telling me to go ahead. But MONICA insisted on making me wait. So I stayed in my line and checked out. I rather go to a different dollar store as of now. Even if I gotta drive a lil distance, rather that then to be talked down to as Monica did! SMH#NotCustomerFriendly

Place is garbage. When I walked in on my most recent visit, immediately the associate mentioned on the intercom security lock the doors. That to me seems sketchy enough for me to never want to set foot in there again.

I walked in to buy tp real fast because I didnt want to go into a big grocery store at 9 am. Well one the store was decent. My kids always find little goodies. Anyways, the past experiences were good our cashier was awesome. This time the cashier had the nerve to state how much she hates people as Im paying another cashier that had just opened her line. Well before the hate statement she was very rude to an elderly man. She asked him if he was moving up in line or not!? One you dont speak to people that way in general and you certainly dont do it at work! Then when he stated if the line was going to move up he would or hed go to another open register. She proceeds to state well you are next so move up. The man is in his maybe mids 70s atleast! A woman being this rude to a man who just wanted to buy a few things. She made sure to show him how much she was bothered by his presence alone?! He didnt even know her. He was just shopping. Well after the people kind of cleared in the store she makes her I hate people statement so I turned around and let her know she shouldnt be working there then. She was very stunned I even turned around. So I said if you hate people you need to get another job. If you are stating it in front of guests, costumers, clients that you hate us go to another job where you dont have to see people. This creature then says EXCUSE me!!??? Confused and even more mad ofcourse... I said you heard me! Your turn over rates are horrible because of lack of training and lack of caring. People bring there money to buy things and have a decent experience. But she continuously screamed excuse me and kept saying what did I say then what did I say then?! Like she was in high school . I honestly believe if I stayed longer I would have finally shut her up! However I had my daughter and she stated how the lady was crazy. The point is dont assume you are safe to be rude to whoever for no reason. I reported her to her corporate office and I am making this review I also called another dollar store and spoke to an actual manager and she laughed and said she had almost the same experience there before. But they didnt know she was a manager either. By then it was way too late. They had been reported then too! I would just hope that this store specifically can get their heads out of their butts or clean house and hire people who are willing to train and take it serious. If you do not like working with the public go work in a hole or somewhere that no one else has to deal with personal negativity from a jerk who doesnt want to make a person want to come back!
