Don’t even bother picking up anything from here. You are better off just going in the store yourself. My order was “Ready” at 3PM and waited until 8:45 PM ! Hire more people or either yet when a order is truly ready then advise for pick up

Ledena tried billing my script to some one else’s insurance. Even after she had confirmed my insurance with me, at my request prior to filling it. Took hours to get script.

A week ago, my doctor ordered an antibiotic for me. I called and not only paid for it, but told them to mail it to my address. They lied and kept telling me that it was sent. Then, the next lie was that they didnt have my credit card on file. I gave them my card information twice.Yesterday, one of the inept workers realized that it had not been mailed as I had been telling them to do for over a week. I have to wait for the parcel. Also, they lied about not having the correct insurance for me and claimed it had been cancelled last year which is a lie. Ive been going here since early last year. Do not even attempt to cover your errors. It will not work. They are refunding my money, but Im more ill than I was last week. Thanks a lot.

I even dont know where to start .Those people show me how racism can cause damagesI went to drop my prescription, there was a mistake the doctor have made since she wrote my last and first name on the prescription, when i got there i tried to explain it to them hoping i can still have my medicine, they refused saying they have to call my doctor to make sure it was the same person they did so but still refused to fill the prescriptionHopefully it was not for something real bad but imagine if that was the case and i immediately needed medicine ?I am not the kind to play the racist card since i have always said there is only one race the human race but when it is that obvious i need to address it because if one day by this kind of behavior this pharmacy cause someone to die, i will be guilty for not letting people know how dangerous they are .I think it is not acceptable to see such things and that has to change, i repeat i am color blind and nobody has to go through such kind of discriminationthank you

Need more training before they have them taking customers prescriptions, wanted to charge me full price for my medication! Horrible customer service, they didnt even try to help out.

Strangely, this pharmacy is the best in town. The staff is phenomenal and the wait time is always low. I wont go anywhere else again!

We dropped our Rx off at noon & went right home. It was 12:15pm when we walked into our house. The pharmacist said it would be 2-hours. We came back over 4-hours later, just after 4:00pm to pick up the Rx, which wed expected were ready 2-hours prior. The pharmacist argued that our Rx wasnt ready because we had just dropped it off at 3:30pm, only 30-mins before we came to pick it back up! We were in a meeting with our lawyer at 3:30pm, which wed been in since 2:30pm - so my Husband is sitting in excruciating pain while we wait another 2-hours for his Rx that weve already waited 4-hours for.

F U pharmacy!!! Waited 2.5 hours for my meds and I call them to see if they are ready, they said there was an issue with my insurance!!!! BUT WALMART NEVER CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW!!!! WAITED FOR NOTHING!!!

Well I know Walmart pretty well I go there at least 1. 2. Days a week I never had no real problems. Except one time when I was buying a TV. I bought one and. I had to take it back 4 times.But the staff was. Were great about it allThe cashers I have delt with were good and helpful and mostly friendly .

If you are on Accutane, do NOT go to this pharmacy. Ive been coming here for the entire first 6 months of the process (and its a high risk acne medication so the process is difficult) and Im on the 7th month and they still havent figured out how to use the ipledge system.Today was their last chance. I received the text to get my prescription yesterday at 7pm and by noon today my prescription had suddenly expired, even though the text gave me until the 16th to retrieve my medication.I am changing pharmacies and hoping this second session of Accutane will be less stressful. The process to get the medicine is already stressful enough.As a female, I only have a week long window to pick my medication up. I hope the new pharmacy makes this process smoother and faster so I dont stress about the deadline as much.

This is my 2nd review on this pharmacy but it looks like they had my first one January 2018 removed! and i called the customer service who was dumbfounded at the treatment i received and said id get a phone call with in 3 days .. well after 3 days (this happened on a weds) i called Tuesday being the 4th business day and said i hadnt received anything... then at 1pm tuesday i got a phone call saying she would handle it and that she doesnt play with rudeness even from managers and that shed take care of it.. well im reading allllllll of these comments and OBVIOUSLY they dont handle or nip anything in the bud!! i will be calling again because it hasnt sat right with me since tuesday... ill be swithching to Target!

This Walmart is the worst out of the 6! I always see the police there arresting people outside the premises and a shooting over a parking spot on Thanksgiving Day 2016 avoid a possible!

WHY are they ALWAYS out of stock on medications and always blaming it on not getting their shipment????
