It was wonderful!

Quick service. No line wait. Moderate prices. Friendly staff. Comfy indoor seating. Nice ambiance. They give you your ice cream before you pay and thats baller fs. You get to watch them prepare it too like subway or something. Lot of variation to order (they accommodate anything like dutchbros).

So disappointed with service. This used to be a uplifting store, get greeted with smiles. Today we walked in the store was empty we literally had to stand there while the 4 workers stood with their backs to us. No greeting not how you doing or not even hey what can I get you.My husband made a comment like “what’s wrong, you all look like you don’t wanna be here “ all we got was dirty looks. WOW!!! Disappointed

The customer service was great, and the ice cream was delicious. I went on a Tuesday, which is family night, so the place was crowded. Even so, I didnt have to wait very long to be served. The young lady who helped me actually seemed glad to be at work and happy to serve me. I really appreciated that. I had a scoop of the Flavor of the Month - Moms Making Cookies. It was so good! I hope they keep it as a regular offering.

We normally love Baskin-Robbins (been regulars for years) but this location has THE WORST customer service. We were not greeted as we entered, nor as we stood waiting for an employee to acknowledge that we were there. We were the only customers in the whole place, yet the 3 employees had conversations amongst themselves and ignored us. I asked my child which flavor he wanted to try, one employee acknowledged that he heard us, yet still never spoke a word to us. He continued with his task at hand(drying a cup and talking to the other employees). I had to basically demand a scoop of ice cream. Very small portions, despite the fact we told him NOT child size scoops. We were interrupted part way through our order by a crowd of cheerleader guests entering the store and our server completely lost attention that we were still there and still ordering. When finally done and paid we were not handed spoons nor napkins. No spoons available on the counter either. We will not be returning and despite the fact that we now live close to this location, we will be getting our ice cream elsewhere. Very disappointed. Poor training and poor customer service usually ties back to poor management.

Ice cream was excellent, as expected. But Im even more impressed with the service! He was funny, helpful and super nice! I look forward to going back here in the future!

Rude service from this place. Not like cold stone where people are much more happy serving you. Short brown haired girl is rude, won’t be coming here anymore :)

This place is normally great and is our go-to for ice cream. But tonight was disappointing. We came in to get ice cream and left several minutes later without even a greeting or getting product. Two female workers were standing toward the back of the business, talking with each other. One of them even looked at me and said to the other I think theyre expecting us to help them before she giggled and turned her back on us to work. There was a guy who seemed to be the only person working and helping customers, but the only other customers ordering kept placing orders one at a time as they were made. It wasnt as though we were the only customers there, either. Every seat was filled with customers, so they were busy. Its really unfortunate that the female employees at this location tend to be lazy because they have always done well in the past. But weve just noticed a decline in their service. My 2 stars are only for the past service prior to DQ closing several months ago.

The employees are always super nice and greet you as soon as you walk through the door. They never rush when you are selecting a flavor.

Don’t get ice cream here, they give you kids size scoops saying that it is regular size scoops. Other stores gave much more equal and bigger sizes than here. This occurred to me many times. It was not just me but many other people too. Just to let you know the size is not worth your money.

Come here a lot with the kiddos for a treat as we live near by. I want to commend the hiring manager, because although there are mostly all teens working there they are all wonderful and proffesional employees. Really, a delightful and happy staff. I wish I had names, next time I will remeber to add them. However every experience, with every employee I have had there has been great. Thanks guys! We will be back soon!

Ice cream was good as usual, however we must have come in on an off night. The customer service was weird. Our server had trouble remembering our order, couldn’t look at us when she spoke to us, had trouble handing us our ice cream over the counter, and she served us really small portions. I’ve been to several other B-R’s before and this visit really seemed subpar with the franchise.

This is where I buy one tub of my Pralines and Cream and they let me store it there in their store and retrieve as I need. SWEET

German chocolate cake ice cream, pralines and cream in a sugar cone. Mmmmm.
