I had my car aligned ten months ago by a different company and they offer a free alignment within a year, so I took my car in. The rear end seized and I was advised to get it checked out right away. I called Good Neighbor Tire, because the shop in right around the corner from my office and they had good reviews. I was grateful to get an appointment quickly and the job was done within a few hours, since I had an afternoon appointment. Plus the customer service was top notch.

What I thought was Check Engin light came on one night. Took it to Good Neighbor.. I have taken my vehicle there before. Turn out, my Tire pressure light was what came on, not check engine. They corrected my problem with the tire and sent me on my Merry way. Thats what I consider good, honest customer service.We need more of that these days.. I was referred to Good Neighbor Tire in Renton by my regular mechanic who was completely booked out for 2 weeks when I had some very urgent work come up that needed to be done: new tires and an alignment. In addition, I had a busted rear shock. From the very beginning of my conversation with Good Neighbor, they worked with me and were also able to get me the tires I wanted as well as the after-market shocks of my choice for my car. They were also able to apply their warranty to both the tires AND the after-market shocks.My car is a Genesis Coupe 3.8 Ultimate, which requires some special care. The front tires are a different size than the rear tires. The shocks are very high-end. All in all, I would highly recommend this business as a go to for most of (if not all) of your automotive needs. Theyll get it done right the first time and will inspect your car for any issues like its never been before.5 stars, A+

I was just in for an oil change and routine check. The front desk person was very sweet. She remembered my voice from the phone call the day before, she was professional and friendly. But when card had an issue (just a simple bank error funds being held up) but she was very patient with me while I ended up calling the bank and eventually just getting my bf to pay while the bank sorted itself out. I was really embarrassed but the front desk person made it feel like no big deal, which I suppose it was. But she made me feel fine about it and thats the part of the experience I actually remember. But yes my car runs fine lol

They were friendly and helpful with finding tires in my price range when the ones I wanted werent in stock. They were also super communicative and specific about all maintenance needs that came up, even sending pictures of the needs.

They were very helpful in helping me find someone to get and recharge my A/C. However they only carry a specific type which isnt the one I need for my vehicle.That particular location had some issues with a local street pacer that required them to lock up and have LEOs on site for a bit.

Great experience with them this week. Blew out my tire on the freeway. Had found Good Neighbor online. Had good reviews. Called and spoke to Jaden, their service advisor. He was very polite, informative and was able to fit me in right away. I had looked at tire prices online and had received a quote earlier from another tire shop and he offered me the lowest price between all of them. The repair took as long as he expected it to take. Was very happy with their service and would use them again and recommend.

I am so impressed by Point S businesses and grateful to Good Neighbor and Chelsea . I had a little mishap on Highway 18 and blew out my tire. I am from Portland so I got the car to another tire place in North Bend. They said they would have to sell me 4 new tires because I have a AWD ( I just bought these ones in November). I love my Nokian tires. So I said no thanks and took my car with the spare. I found another well known tire company that sold Nokian tires, they said they couldnt find my tire anywhere in the country and that they must be discontinued, so they would sell me 4 new tires. SO I CALLED MY shop, Olsen Brothers in Milwaukie Oregon. Brad was awesome, he had 44 of these tires available. He found another Point S shop near me, Good Neighbor Tire, and sent the tire up in 24 hours and they mounted the tire and I was good to go. Everyone was so professional and accommodating. Four new tires would have cost me would have cost me $800-$1000. And I love the Nokian tires. They are the absolute best: quiet on my Pilot and awesome in the snow and ice. Thank you everyone!!!!

They were very understanding of my situation. The situation being that my car wouldnt start. They were kind enough to allow me to keep it at their shop while I weighed the pros and cons of replacing the motor or the whole car. Five stars isnt enough. They were prompt when answering the phone. I would most certainly go to them in the future, whether its being broken down in Renton or just general maintenance.

Did not try to push me to get any extra service. They were very professional towards me and explained anything I didn’t understand. Good Neighbor did a very thorough diagnostic of my entire vehicle. The Jeep dealership had checked my car the day before and was unable to find the area causing the loud screeching. Good Neighbor found the problem right away and gave me a report that included photos of the areas needing to be addressed with a competitive estimate. The service tech was knowledgeable in all areas and had my car completed in a timely fashion.

Terrific staff. I made an appointment online over a weekend and was able to go in first thing Monday morning. They were very careful and thoughtful when taking notes as I dropped off the car and carefully determined the issue. Maybe not the cheapest shop Ive been to, but I wouldnt call it overpriced either. And I would gladly pay a little more per service to have this crew take care of my vehicles. Quality was great and attitudes were excellent.

I went in because my car had an intermittent idle issues I sat there for 4 hours and after it was all said and done because nothing could be taken care of and fixed the general manager Travis basically took care of the bill that was going to be owed since nothing could be figured out with regards to my car he figured theres no point taking your money if the problem is not fixed they worked on it diligently 4 hours and came up with no solutions I thought that was pretty fair of them. Once I get the idle air control valve if it needs to be relearned I will be coming back to they have more work done on it so that it can be relearned if thats the case. Thank you guys keep up the good work word of mouth is how your business grows and mine as well.

On Friday September 27, 2019 I needed to get a waiver from emissions to get my car tabs. This team of Point S consultants really worked together to help me.They were kind, considerate and really knew what they were doing. I was in and out of the shop within an hour. I love the 22 inspection that they do with pictures theyre very detailed and it really helps and breaks down what I need done to my car whats good about my car what needs future attention. Techs at GN took 2 hours to thoroughly diagnose my new-used vehicle. I was impressed that GN took photos of problem areas and included proper notes in the email they sent. I had taken my car to another shop where they took only 20 mins to diagnose and they told me everything was kosher. The car clearly was making noises and had driving issues. I will continue to take my vehicles to GN as well as recommend their services to family and friends.

After noticing a leak from our vehicle we called our regular mechanic. They were unable to get us in for several days. Thankfully that led us to Good Neighbor Tire & Auto Service, who were able to get us in right away. After a comprehensive inspection of our entire vehicle (which included helpful photographs and explanations) they quickly went to work repairing our vehicle & had it ready for us in less than 24 hours. In addition to the work on our car, I was especially impressed by the kindness and customer service Chelsea provided. We will definitely be return customers.

Got some work done here. Turns out, mechanics get your car dirty and dont use preventative covers to protect the interior of oil/dirt. The front desk guy was uninterested in customer service. 0 personally.I feel they over charge in Diag. I had already told them the problem.The ONLY redeeming quality is Chelsea. She is super friendly and customer service oriented. She got this company 2 ☆s.

I was driving by point s in Renton and I noticed stem coming from my hood I left my car there and walked home they charged me 131$ for a diignostic check and 27 for a radiator cap told me my struts were bad and I needed to replace my tires. All that was Rong with my car was the radiator cap our tires have 20,00 miles left on the and my struts are fine according to discount tirs.this was my first interaction who can just tell you your bill beforehand luckily I got a second opinion and didnt need to replace my tires or my struts.

Different name, same great service! Ive been to them for routine maintenance and emergency repairs and they have been absolutely amazing everytime. Ive called them up multiple times with a minor tire repair needed (broken valve stems) and they were able to get it turned around very quickly and at a price that most shops in the area cant touch. Ive never felt like they are trying to take advantage of me or dont have my best interest in mind and theyve always seemed to be very up front with recommendations. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Been coming here since 2001. And during that time we’ve had a few different vehicles. Year after year we have felt very well taken care of and we appreciate the honesty of putting in order what work needs our attention now and what can wait. Last year they added these digital inspections and I love that especially if I’m at work I can see what their talking about if they find an issue. We hope Travis never leaves since we’ve been dealing with him from the start!

Nothing good!! I sat in theyre est for 2 hrs for them to tell me they did not hve the correct size tire after telling me they did!!! Then it takes the mechanic an hr to put my original tires back on!!! :( The desk Rep was good about directing me to Tire Discount, but it doesnt mke up for the 3hrs I spent there for nothing & oh god theyre techs are lazy!!

Wonderful experience with these guys they mounted 4 new tires and I was on my way. Have used them for general repair on my other vehicles and found them dependable and professional.

I wouldve given a 5star.....The people were very friendly and helpful but I was a little bummed they were so busy so it seems a little rushed cords or wires under the hood (whatever they may be called) were not snapped in and they didnt get to the inspection but I will be back to try again...just couldve been that day

Good Neighbor has consistently over time given me excellent service and care for my car. I am always greeted nicely and they try their best to accommodate my requests. Waiting is never a problem in their lounge with TV, coffee and a restroom. I never worry about my car because they give me a status report on its condition and what needs to be done. They keep records on my car. Due to their good work I am assured I will never be stranded on the road. If any of their work is not up to snuff they will redo the repair at their expense. I was calling around to get our flat on our van fixed and every place I called gave me a 5 hour to 2 day wait plus 300+ for the 2 tires, I seen good neighbor on Google while searching for tire places and gave them a call, they got me in right away and took a look at my tire and seen it only needed to be repaired instead of replaced. saved me alot of money and had me in and out in 30 min. save the day and my check book.

Update:After putting in a complaint regarding my broken tail light cover, I received a call back a little over a week after the complaint that they will be replacing the tail light cover. It took about 3 weeks, but it’s done now and looks good. I of course was not charged for any of the replacement parts or labor, understandably. I’m happy they fixed what they broke, but still and not sure if I’ll be going back. Giving them 2 stars since they actually replaced what they broke.Edit:I originally gave this shop a 5 star review. I thought they did a good job until I noticed about a week after my service appointment that my tail light cover was broken. They had replaced my tail light and had for some reason taken off the cover (was not necessary as the light could be replaced through the trunk). First of all, they never mentioned to me that this happened - I discovered it on my own. Second, I called and spoke to the manager about this as soon as I discovered it because it’s very expensive to fix. He said in my notes the tech mentioned the cover being broken but didn’t mention he did it so he was going to investigate and call me the next day. I never received a call back from him. I know 100% that it was not broken before I had gone in to this shop and there is no reason it would have gotten damaged other than by the shop. The issue has still not been resolved, however I will continue to try and get them to replace it. I changed my review because this is very shady and I hope no one else is ripped off. I was charged a lot of money for the labor on replacing the light and in the end my car was damaged.Original:This was my first time in (I usually went to a dealership for anything I needed) and got my oil changed and a free inspection. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite part is that they actually take pictures of your car and send you a text with a link that shows you what is good, needs future attention, and what needs immediate attention. This feature is really nice because I actually could see what they were talking about. I would definitely recommend going here and will be returning myself.

Horrible. I brought my car in to have new tires put on and they botched what should be a simple job. Tires were on backwards and lug nuts EXTREMELY over torqued (to the point of damaging the car). This is completely unacceptable - do not use this shop.

This was my first time at this auto shop, I was referred to them by a couple co workers, they got my sons car in quickly for a diagnostic and got back to us right away with what needs to be fixed, and had his car finished earlier than expected . Russ was extremely nice and helpful, he explained everything so I could understand it. He was very knowledgable and put my mind at ease that this auto shop knew what they were doing and the work would be done well. Thank you Russ, I will be back for all my other car needs.

Fair pricing, generous discounts, and great service with photos taken of inspection results.I took my chevy sonic there because of a loud engine a rattling/knocking sound coming from the suspension. They cleaned out the air intake and replaced a sway bar link, and did some other small maintenance repairs, which practically transformed the cars performance for less than $600.Thank you!

Amazing experience! A few days ago a tire of mine blew out and needed to be replaced. The team was efficient and speedy completing the process. Not only did they keep me up to date on the progress of my repair, they called me to let me know recommendations for my car that they found. I brought my car in because the check engine light was on and the heat was not working, otherwise the car was running fine. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I paid almost $300 to get a full inspection. There were so many things they found wrong with the car and one of the things they couldnt guarantee would be fixed after they worked on it, so I decided not to get the work done. My car has not functioned properly since I brought it home from the inspection! Coincidence?
