This is my current favorite location ... they greet you with a smile and wonderful service... In the mornings I get a bacon & Guda breakfast sandwich with a difficult black and white mocha ... due to all the variations I add to it.... Dispite my best efforts to be difficult .... they make it perfect..never overheated ... (D.B.)....ptoday the morning shift leader remembered my name with only one visit, I was so very impressed with her and her staff... as they happily manage the rush of coffee lovers ... hope she and hee staff are treated well ... Busy location. Hit or miss customer service. Pushy clients always trying to be first. Drive through only now due to covid. Even before covid made it drive through this parking lot has always been dangerous to drive through. Probably why I dont come down here much. Gotta love business that put number locks on bathrooms.

New to Kent. Wasnt thrilled that we sat there for fifteen minutes and wasnt even approached by wait staff to ask about water or coffee. We will go again in a couple of months. Its only been open a week. I am sure things will get better.

Super busy Starbucks. They were very efficient at the register. However, getting the food and drink out to the customer was a sloooow process. The baristas and the food people looked overworked....But, I could tell. They were doing the best they could.

SO friendly & quick! I had a really great experience here this morning. Everyone was talking to everyone, partners/employees knew their customers names, they were talking about their kids and life. It was festive and friendly. It had a Cheers-like environment, where everybody knows your name :)

Always a solid experience. Even when busy, the team gets drinks out at a good rate 👍.More pros; clean, roomy, lots of extra non-drink items to pick from.

What can I say? Its a Starbucks. Its the main Starbucks for the downtown Renton area. Two walls of this establishment is wall to wall glass so provides a nice bright open atmosphere. Ample parking and good access. Perfect place to meet for online purchases like Craigslist, OfferUp etc.

Quiet.Out of most treats.People were rude and not wearing their masks correctly.Drink was good.

Cashier got my order wrong, made my Green Tea a Iced Green Tea. I just asked for my correct order. Then the other ladies behind the counter jumped in the conversation, & rudely tried to tell me what I ordered? I understand people are under stress during the pandemic. It wasnt that big of a deal until they made it a big deal.

Ive been coming to this location since they built it and I love the employees but this location is extremely dangerous at the drive thru, I always worry about getting shot in the drive thru line because there are always 2 lines and no signage directing anyone so fights break out daily in the line up....I just dont think I can continue to go to this location, its upsetting to witness all these fights in the line up, honestly Im astonished they havent put up a sign directing people to the correct line for the drive thru lane, the police have been called more times than I can count, why isnt starbucks putting up a sign to solve this issue? Its absurd to let it go this long.... someone is going to get hurt if they havent already.

Wish they had more options but its understandable that theres a shortage.

From a delivery driver standpoint, this store was easy to deliver to and the large parking lot makes the drop off extremely easy.

I REALLY want to like this Starbucks. I come here frequently because it is the most convenient spot for me when I am heading into work. There are some really great baristas and then there are a couple of rude ones. I’ve had to speak to the manager a few times and have had another barista apologize for others terrible customer service. Unfortunately nothing seemed to change. I have been there and watched every single customer that had multiple items be offered bags or drink carriers and when my name is called (whenever they get it right) they expect me to carry multiple drinks and food. It is clear that they pick and choose who gets a pleasant experience here. Although I come 3-4 times a week I have never felt like a valued customer. Needless to say today was my last visit here, honestly I shouldn’t have returned a while ago.

Ordered egg bites and a ice tea, had to wait for the egg bites, they seemed to be under staffed for a Monday morning

It does not have a drive thru. However it sits at a corner of the building, and there is at least 3 assigned order ahead parking available right in front of the store.

The best Starbucks in Renton! I love that even though I dont come in everyday, the employees always remember my name and my drink. This is the only one with a Clover machine in the area, Im hooked on the stuff. I only wish they were open a little later on the weekends.

They managed to mess up my coffee bean order which I ordered for French press grind but got a finely ground coffee. I found out 2 days later after I tried to make coffee using my French press. I also waited a long time for it since she was grinding 2 other peoples coffee beans who came in much,much, later than I did. I also had to ask for receipt again since she never gave me one when I asked for it the first time. I wont be buying from this store again!

Good stuff

Several new faces can be found behind the counter to compliment long-standing pros, and the decorations and drinks for the winter season is here! My partner and I come here every morning, not only to get that welcome cup of coffee, but the even more welcome of friends on both sides of that counter. How nice to start the day off with smiles, warmth, nourishment, and news.

Its hard to find a cozy spot and relax in here. I feel like I am in a fish bowl. I do not like the outrageous high priced coffee with high fruitous syrup that will kill me.

It was clean. Jayme was awesome. Great customer service from the 2 staffers that I saw. My iced tea was fresh and my breakfast sandwich, ham and Swiss, was warmed to the perfect temperature. Met an old friend here and we had a delightful visit catching up and it was a great place to meet. Not too loud and no one to interrupt us. It was a great location and one of the best Starbucks Ive visited.

First time coming to this starbucks. Walked in thinking Great long waiting line this will take forever but the service was very fast and friendly and AMAZING service from Becky she just over heard a coworker shout my name to give me my food, showed she was very attentive and let me know she was working on my drink. Just great service that Ive never had from Starbucks before.

Always works with me if there was an issue with my order from the app. Just always nice people.

I love this trail, has an offleash dog park, and the path itself goes all the way out to the black diamond area, so its great for walking, running or biking. The walk is really neat, there are a lot of beautiful sights to see, and many types of birds to potentially catch a glimpse of as well (cormerant, greebe, several species of diving duck, mallards, great blue heron, several types of woodpecker just to name a few that Ive personally seen here).

I have no complaints about the service or the people. But this store is always freezing cold. The employees say its because they get hot running around so they keep the AC on. When you need a coat to stay warm indoors you need to turn the AC off.

The service is great and the nitro cold brew is my new go to drink!

It Starbucks what do you expect. This location is always busy and crowded so probably dont plan on drinking your coffee there. Service was good coffee was good just what I expected.

Starbucks is the best place to fuel up I recommend ordering a short because it is more affordable and comes with the same amount of caffeine if you get a latte they are now $6 which is pretty expensive they are good they do Do seasonal pumpkin spice lattes and such it is a normal Starbucks definitely check it out if you need some Cars and Coffee

Coffee was PERFECT! Drivethru cashier was professional and polite, no syrup settled at the bottom, and because Im a wimp for HOT drinks, it was at kids temp as requested! Ill DEFINITELY be going back!

Dont get the regular coffee. Hot or iced. Pike or bold. Taste like gas station coffee. Watery like they are stretching the product for inventory bonus. Go elsewhere.

Overall it was very clean, they were quick with my order, and sea workers were very nice. It also had a nice atmosphere.

This was my daily stop while working at Triton 2 and I miss the amazing staff at the Grady location. Drinks were always on point and when they werent they fixed it with no hassle. They knew my name, knew my drink, and generally pretty fast as well. Overall, this location has been my favorite of any of the Starbucks Ive regularly visited. Wish I was still in the area so I could get an Iced Decaf Americano with Hazelnut every day. 😆

Always have the cinnamon dolce latte 2 pumps - otherwise too sweet! Love that wherever you go its the same taste !

I must say Ive been to my share of Starbucks throughout the years in the Seattle area and here in Renton but this one has to be the most Ill-equipped one I have ever seen, the manager who does the inventory is the worse, they are out of things like soy milk, decaf coffee and pastries everyday, so much so that the employees even joke about it and I actually get a kick out of it myself, but geez its not like Im coming in at the end of the day Im here at 5pm. Get your stuff together or Ill start going to either another one or Dutch brothers down the street. Positives are the friendly staff and they for the most part make good drinks. The place is clean also. But really Im getting sick of not getting what I want, as a customer I expect things to be stocked.

Awful and the worst experience I had at Starbucks! I am a long time and frequent Starbucks customer. I purchased two drinks and noticed that the stars did not show up on my apps as it usually does immediately. The young lady at the counter told me if you have a problem, call Corporate. I asked the other lady serving the coffee what is the Corporate number, her reply was go look it up on the back of your Starbucks card. I used my app when I paid and she knows that. I said, I have no card, her response was you should be able to find it on your apps....What an awful customer service....Never will go to this Starbucks Grady way again!!! Too bad, I work and live near this location, but I will go to another store now or completely go to a non-Starbucks coffee place. Horrible customer service! The two ladies were working on Monday, 11/21 between 4:35 pm and 5 pm shift.

Very clean inside, private bathrooms that you arent forced to share with others, fantastic variety of coffees, teas, foods, and desserts. Wonderful service, kind cashiers, all this but the prices are high. This is a good place to grab a snack not a meal.

Guy who took my order was a young guy and he was very pleasant. The ladies were very unpleasant. It took 20 minutes to receive my drinks and there was no one in front of me when I ordered. The shift manager was extremely rude and the drive in assistant should find another place to work that does not involve customer service as she acted like it was the last place she wanted to be. Wont be spending my money there again.

Fast friendly service. My only complaint is that its always packed and there isnt much room in the area you wait for your drink. You pretty much have to stand awkwardly and block people from passing by.
