Awesome place for stuff that comes in seasonally, and I dont go in often enough.

Pretty good prices. Some shelves were a bit empty though. Was able to get most items on my list. Spent more than I intended. Cashier was very friendly and most helpful.

I loved the helpful service and the sign on the door of mask requirements. Its a well organized store. I was disappointed in not one stitch of yarn, a hook, nothing for a crafter. My 5 star was due to the cleanliness, organization and helpful kind staff.

Save yourself the terrible service, being followed, unorganized shelving and rude employees. I reported the employee who followed be the entire time and when she checked me out didnt say a word. Didnt answer my questions. I told her to have a great day and was overly nice... nothing from her. Reported it and manger email me with no real solutions or offer to help. Just Excuses. Go to the other Renton location. Sunset is a not the place.

This big lots is on Sunset Blvd in Renton Highlands across the St from McDonaldsI bought a rug/mat for my shower, it was $4.00on sale 50% off and I also bought a 9 x 7 area rug for $27.00 they were on sale for 50% off. The customer service was very awesome the ladys were very pleasant and exceptional helpful for my 78 yr old Mom with finding her TV stand at another store for her. Stocked store. Employees are freindly and helpful. Isles are very close together. Not a lot of room to maneuver the cart in center store.

Ive always enjoyed wandering there. They have an exceptionally varied inventory. And the prices on nearly everything l can remember going there for were excellent. On good big name products mostly too, theyre just nearing the end of their shelf life. Hey, so am l. And l get started a bit slower than l used to but once lm rolling do as well as ever, just like the older products. It probably wouldnt work if they stocked fresh produce or unfrozen meat but as is its just the means to an end. I grew up one of 9 kids in a low income family, and if mom hadnt been the shopper she was( buying things just like what you sell we would have done without a whole lot more than any of us would have wanted. THANKS FOR DOING WHAT YOU DO, JUST THE WAY YOU DO IT. 👍B+

Had a terrible experience in this store today May 16 Sunday. A high strung customer Preceded to yell at me for not having my mask on which I wasnt wearing because I was under the impression some stores were not requiring masks right now. The woman went over the top I did not respond in yelling at her I responded quietly walking away as she continued to yell at me and then Stated how she hated all of us trump supporters. What ??! how does she know my political party? After obviously notifying the management As I was checking out management Very rudely with very angry faces required me to put a mask on which I graciously did. Management then wanted to continue the discussion.... For what reason I do not know except that they wanted to continue to state their position politically. All in all it was a experience for me my 78 year old mother and my grandbaby.

When shopping here check the price if their is one usually two or three on the product im.always getting over charged so I end up going back in its a headache so many prices then none when your looking its always unorganized. Not the workers.fault Im sure

A good place to get name brands for less. Everything from furniture, bedding, housewares, candy, canned goods, paper products, bathroom, rugs, you name it! Theyve improved the layout of the store, and dont forget seasonal decor!

Its Big Lots....this store is alot of fun to go in. Reminds me of a dang yard sale( except this place isnt a second store) ...lots of nick nack patty whack stuff everywhere..great sales, just at times things are disorganized on the shelf. Staff is very friendly.

I am that shopper who takes her time, investigates to be sure of my purchase. I am also a deal hunter. But being followed around the store like Im stealing is not right or is it the way to keep my business. One particular employee kept popping on every aisle Im on as if I didnt recognize what she was doing. By the way I am a black woman whose helper is a latino woman...

So freaking HAPPY to have found this store in Renton WA. The Burien WA location abruptly closed after Christmas 2019 with no warning and is not reopening. Today I found everything that I was looking for and more! Also my rewards coupon didnt go to waste- used that today as well!! Clean bathroom and friendly staff their today. I will be back!

We love Big Lots!!! They always have what we go looking for. Its always very clean & organized. The store manager walks the store to greet customers and to make sure they are finding what they need. This is something that other managers should do more. 5 star service!!!

Prices are generally far less than at major grocery/general stores.Its difficult passing carts in the aisles, aisles need more space or much smaller carts.Staff are friendly and try to get people thru lines as quickly as possible.

I just cant figure this store out. Their merchandise is always different, so you cant shop by a list. You often find empty shelves, without inventory. Worse yet, the store is just not clean.The good side is that unlike dollar stores, they have real merchandise at pretty good prices.

Inexpensive is the only word to describe Big Lots. This place specializes in overstock and off-brand items. It is a good place to go and pick up something on an impulse but I never go here looking for something specific as you just wont know if it will be there or not. A few exceptions like paper plates or dog treats but mostly, I think of this store as a random impulse buy warehouse.

0 stars.The employees at Renton/Sunset Big Lots need prayer, they are obviously miserable and dont like themselves. Checkout especially requires your patience, expect to get treated like trash and be pleasantly surprised if you dont!

This is a clean place. With everyday things you need to live. Its a bit smaller than most Big Lots I ever seen, but pretty decent. Theres not that much variety.

Great prices as usual but, the store is very small and cramped.

More than happy with my service. I bought a set of dishes from another biglots and 1 of the bowls was broken. I called them, they had 1 set left and offered to exchange the bowl straight across.

Stopped by New Big Lots this morning for the first time and it’s 9:15am and the doors are still locked. Door says they open at 9

25% of selves are empty.

Big lots has lots of good deals on numerous stuff, food quick sale prices out door patio, animal verity of stuff, for you hygene plenty of good deals come here before a bartells

I generally feel that Big Lots has an issue with organization and such and this one was no different. Was the end of the day and staff was in a bit of a hurry to get out of there even though we were making a significant purchase.
