Good customer service. Deli order was easily put together and done correctly. The food was good. Produce was excellent but was a little bit limited in supply. Especially in the citrus fruit area.

Really great place to go for busy moms and women who need their grocery shopping done right! They have a lot of good variety of brands and the pre chopped vegetables and the pre-peeled garlic have saved me so many times!! The meat department manager is very friendly and the stocker named Scott helped me when I really needed a recommendation! This is great when you need meals for the week done fast. Go to this store once a week!!!

Great location for a grocery store close to two gas stations, a gym, an appliance store, a home decor store, and a hardware store too. Also their prices arent too bad, but they almost always have some kind of sell going on to meet your needs. They have a little bit of everything, and the employees are pretty frendly.

Poor customer service. By cashier, lead, additionally the manager. Was about honoring an expired sales date on item, it was there fault it was left up, they eventually honored, but not without hassle.

Well stocked, good parking and handicapped access. Friendly and helpful staff. Not sure why but it just doesnt have the I like this store feeling. Could be the overall design, starting with the carts just outside the front door to the right underneath a dark roof. Easy to walk by and not see. Suggest lighting that area.

Service is great and the employees are super helpful. Must try the baked chicken at the hot deli, It is to die for!

I love this store. They have a small town feel but are always fairly well stocked. They finally added a few self checkout stations, and that has helped immensely with line lengths. The staff is fantastic and out of the hundreds of times I’ve been there, the staff has treated me kindly and courteously. Really thankful to have this store around the corner from my house!

This store has hands down, the BEST staff! I have 4 choices for grocery stores in my neighborhood and even though its not the newest, I always choose this one first. Why? because the staff here are friendly and will go out of their way to help you. They make shopping there enjoyable.

Main grocery store we shop at. It has lots of the foods we both like.Firat and foremost at this time of a global pandemic, is how the store is kept quite clean. All the employees wear masks and make sure the shoppers do as well. I feel as safe as possible shopping here.The deli is great for sandwich meat. The deli workers cut the meat thin for us by request. They also often let us have a small sample of the meat!All the employees are friendly and hard working. Check out lines that look long move quickly. The employees bag the groceries and for the most part do a good job with the somewhat tricky task of bagging and sorting fresh produce.Also, the store has a Red Box. It can be fun to rent a movie with my wife after we shop.Thanks to the essential workers at Renton Highlands Albertsons!

Friendly peeps like the deli

I want to love this place, but recently Ive seen a lot of price gouging. I can buy Kodiak protein pancake mix elsewhere for $4.49, and they hiked the price here to $7.79. Their -store brand- tomato juice is a dollar more than most places, and three times the cost of walmarts store brand, which is -the same product with a different label-. It doesnt make me want to continue shopping somewhere when I watch a place that USED to have reasonable prices slowly hike the price of everything.

Pretty nice for an Albertsons. The hot food is always fresh. Nice folks working there. It doesnt have nonsense like an indoor Starbucks and bank and all that stuff; its just a grocery store.Oh and it has a coin changer machine, every grocery store should have those.Go on Fridays, thats the best day for good prices. Check the meat section for markdowns too, Ive found lamb and steak for half price many times. Thats pretty much the only time youll find me buying meat at a regular store and not, like, gross out or sars.

First time I have ever shopped at a grocery store and not a word was said to me at checkout, either by the cashier and the person, Nate, bagging my groceries. Nothing at all! Just pushed my cart to the side and ignored me the entire teansaction.

I recently ordered a cake and it came with a smash cake(for my son who turned 1) and 10 cupcakes. The cake and cupcakes were delicious! Donna is amazing! And so is the rest of the staff. I had tasted their cakes from my nephews birthday party. Highly recommend.

Lady said I didnt buy the batteries that I had bought there earlier that week. Kinda confused!!! Its the only place I bought that type of battery!! Asked if the club card would make a difference. She didnt even try-so now Im stuck with batteries I dont need! Wont be back!

Parking lot is huge. Feels older. I prefer Safeway and QFC in Newcastle.

I like Albertsons because I can get all the same specials that Safeway has with out shopping at Safeway. Will not shop at Safeway unless there are no other choices. Albertsons has a larger variety of individual items than most grocery stores. This location is huge and very well stocked. The deli is wonderful and the baked chicken is a common purchase for us. Easy, delicious and very reasonably priced. Almost every isle has stuff that you dont find in other stores.

Good idea to add self service cashier standing. Ease and fast. Dont have to wait for pay.

Lots of fresh produce and dinner ideas. The cashier Stella is so friendly and helpful. A real asset to your company. Thats the main reason for the 5 stars. Lyle at Starbucks makes the best coffee ever and is very courteous

They have no clue how to handle more than 3 shoppers at a time. They all stand around with their thumbs in their mouths hoping youll self check your 45 items.

Nice store I can easily find what I need and they have a good meat selection. Also, cheep chicken Mondays are great as well.

We usually go in the evening and every time its kinda empty no customers like it used to be I always think did I miss the memo is their a reason its not busy like it use to be and the checkers are all young and just kinda leaning on the check out stand like they are either bored or lazy none have any customer service skills what so ever its like your bothering them when you check out even though they wasnt doing nothing to begin with but hey gotta eat just my thoughts.....

They have everything laid out in an orderly fashion that makes it easy to find what you are looking for. They dont place the item in three locations to make the store appear bigger. They have faster lines than any other store in the area. Generally they are less expensive than the other stores nearby. All of their produce is great. No real reason not to shop here. The great staff just makes it all that much better.

This store is never very crowded, and the staff are usually pretty fast. I like it. As with most other grocery stores though, its apparently policy that only music from 1985 easy listening radio stations can be played. I sometimes shop faster to escape the music. But otherwise, no complaints from me.

As a dear friend and I arrived at this store just the other day we were greeted by an exceptionally friendly staff who not only greeted us as we arrived but went the extra mile to not only do their job which is often hard to find these days but went far beyond any customer service worker I have come across in a number of years. This place was amazing in every way. Very clean fully stocked with their sale priced items and great management. When my dear friend faced a most embarrassing moment the most remarkable experience took place. And I just wanted to extend my gratitude and appreciation for everyone working there Wednesday evening. Thanks Albertsons you guys are a 10 in my book

While shopping with my mother at the Renton Highlands Albertsons. My mom asked Juanita where the dates were located. Not only did Juanita show her where the nearest dates were located she went to the baking isle and graves even more dates and their prices for my mom to pick from. This was above and beyond. I love it here the cashiers are ALWAYS friendly and their manager Stacee (not sure of spelling) is great!! He knows many customers by name and he makes you feel at home in this store.. I usually choose this place over others because of the great customer service. Keep up the great work guys!!!!

I like this place because they have the same deals at Safeway but they dont get nearly as much traffic so are more likely to find items that are on sale and not as many people in the store.
