This place was great! Well managed and convenient hours of access was a bonus. The fact that it is climate controlled with no direct access to outdoors (no easy access for rodents) is great. Pricey but well worth it plus they had a 50% of first month storage fee. Would use again.

I love this storage facility. Its clean, very secure, very accessible, and heated. I appreciate all the precautions taken to protect my stored belongings. And the two staff that I met were terrific.

People are amazing both are intuitive ready to talk and give advice and help if need be pricing a bit higher for the fact that it has individually alarmed doors also jas cameras very secure best in many different ways cant go wrong

I came into Benson storage one to look at a you haul and a unit, because I will be moving within the next 6 months, Nicole helped me, and she was very knowledgeable about the size of the unit that I needed based on everything Im putting in it, she was very up front on what units were available and the prices, she was very kind, and she brought a friendly atmosphere to the office, and I absolutely love the customer service she gave me, I will be storing at the Benson location, once I get ready to move, thank you so much Nicole for making my visit so informative and fun.

I did not have a good experience renting this storage the customer service could be a lot better ALOT BETTER POOR 😔!!!!

This location told us they had looked at all the other UHauls in WA and that our request could not be accommodated. Once the woman we spoke to knew we needed something outside the norm she suddenly didnt want to try to help us. We called the location in Auburn who were easily able to do so.We wont attempt to do business with them again.

This place would have gotten a 5 start but the place was understaffed and the location was not ready even though we had an appointment.Otherwise, the transaction to pick up and rent a u-haul truck was very good.

Never had any issues with this place. Very Secure site I just wish I could get access to my unit after hours if I needed too. But no complaints.

I’ve never had any issues I love this place ! My onlyIssue is one of the workers said they be gone for 30mins and was gone for over a hour ! And still isn’t back yet

It would be nice if their website was functional for looking at units and current pricing. Totally blank, then when I try to send email, it loads and never comes up.
