This store apparently routinely closes for long stretches whenever they feel like it. Pay no attention to their operating hours… They are meaningless. Oh, and you have to pay to park in the parking lot now. So when the store closes on a whim, and no one can validate your parking ticket, you have to pay to get out of the lot, leaving without actually having gone to the FedEx store. Go somewhere else, anywhere else, other than this store.
An absolute pleasure to use this small but efficient location. One copier and one fax machine, no PC self-serve stations. [Note - just a customer, typically not a FedEx fan, but use this location regularly.] Its rarely busy since it seems to cater to the office buildings. Offers all necessities except a PC station (as some bigger facilities - ex at Reston Towne Center). Open 9am, closed on week-ends. Offer receive service, i.e. have something shipped there for pick up, which helps a lot if you dont want to have to deal w/missed deliveries hassle.My consistent experiences over couple of years: Always quick to answer calls, efficient, friendly and always very responsive with call backs or emails. My example: They did a security video cam search going back a couple of months if provided date and time interval before I had a chance to ask when receipt didnt help. Located right next to the Reston Metro (.2 mi walking distance), tucked away on the first floor with a separate street entrance facing Sunrise Valley Drive. Buildings in a cluster of office buildings - driveway entrance across Great Meadow Dr residential streets. Free parking with authorization stamp. [Great little deli w/a few Korean dishes is a bonus]. Call for closing hours just in case, dont go by on line listing (latest was 8pm?) Last pick up is close to 5:30pm-ish. Hope they dont close it.
Sham and Richard are out of this planet! They are always EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA helpful. They surprise me with their dedication and hard-work each and every time I am at their location.Do they meet meet my expectations?NO! They always Always exceed them.Need I say more?:-))))))

Fantastic service, they helped me quickly get very heavy materials packaged and shipped. It was an urgent shipment, they packaged everything up within 30 mins, it was quite complicated.
People working here are friendly and helpful. Note- this is small location but usually not busy.You need a ticket stub to get into the area, it doesnt need to validated if you leave within 15 -30 minutes. During COVID the parking area is open, so no tickets. (this was to avoid metro parking)One time a FedEx delivery driver picking up from this location was not wearing mask inside. It is not easy, but hope people stay diligent.
I found this place confusing to get to. Luckily once I got to the store entrance, after entering through the gate and getting a ticket stub - I was happy to see that my parking was validated by FedEx. I went to drop off a package, staff was friendly - easy transaction.
Worst customer service I have ever had from a shipping company. Went on vacation and forgot a bag with my meds inside. They promised overnight delivery for an additional charge of 120 dollars. Found out I wouldnt get the package until three days later. This store refused to help me get my 120 dollars back and told me to file a claim. Then the employee who spoke very little English started to help another customer while I was on the phone with her. Customer service is definitely not a priority with this place.

I waited in line while an inexperienced FedEx worker spent over 45 minutes asking questions and filling out a form on-line for the customer to send a cell phone internationally. I finally asked if I could leave my 2 ground shipments since they were being charged to our FedEx account. At first she said I could not, then she said I could; which I did. Poor customer service.
