BEWARE! Bad internal communications, money hungry, and poor workmanship! Requested review for sublimental insurance claim for damage to rear bumper.Held car for additional payment for work not requested! Shop didnt confirm work order, performed unauthorized repàirs, replaced rear bumper and left covers off and portions of bumper not intacted! Still have wires hanging in the truck!!!Car returned filthy inside and someone removed my State issued Registration Sticker from the window!!!Tacky!Your response to this review was unnecessary and stupid to say the least!Interesting how youve been trying to reach me for weeks; when the car was in the shop for only a week and a day!Oh, make that one week and three days when you held my Vechicle for non-payment on repairing my bumper. The same bumper I told you and one of your mechanics not repair!The insurance company paid you directly for other services to i.e replacement of muffler, brackets, and emblems to name a few.Yesterday, two seprate shops have concluded that the only work, replacement, and repair that was perform on my car was that of the Rear Bumper Cover Only, you didnt even replace the rack!The insurance company is aware of this matter, and I will contact them in reference to the sticker. The Mass States Attorney Generals Office has also been contacted.You should spend more time doing actual Mechanical work and less time responding to reviews!  See you in Court!

Its review for Juan Santos who owned a shop called Juans Auto next door... I bought a car from him (he is a mechanics himself) and he is best mechanics Ive ever known! Honest and nice. I was about to buy a car, did not have a car at the time, so he drove me from Cambridge to Revere, and then back, even though I told him that I might not buy a car from him...2nd, he fixed the problem of the car for me, FOR FREE! I mean, Yes, i know he is supposed to do so By law, but honestly, how many people will follow the law? In fact, once he knows about the problem, he fixed it for me without complaints or negotiation.If you have problem with your car, bring it to him!
