If I could give them a 0 star I would. They’re con artists. Do not go there for your inspection sticker. I had a healthy car. He fails it for no reason and tells me he doesn’t know why he failed it either. He just did because it seemed something may be wrong. Do not invest $1 into this horrible business they run. The employees are extremely rude and so is the manager in charge. A complete utter mess.

Been a customer for a longtime and the mechanics and management have always been great, the owner Anthony always takes the time to listen and take care of the customers first and the girls in the office are very friendly especially Maria very knowledgeable about what your needs are and time of service, I would highly recommend master auto to everyone who wants a honest and friendly place to take your vehicle, and these days that’s hard to find .

If anyone’s trying to buy a used car and is hoping they are getting the right car for the right price I would recommend to go see Anthony at Master Auto sales. He not only sold me a car he was very honest and gave 3 months warranty which most places don’t. My car needed service a month later and I was working in Connecticut so he went out of his way and had me bring my car in on a Saturday so I can have it back before I head back to work. I’ve been screwed plenty of times buying a car. I’m very happy with my car and wouldn’t buy a car anywhere else!!!!

I just bought a van from this dealer, I needed the van quickly because I was stuck with lots work, they did their best to have it ready when I needed it, I was aware it needed some minor repairs, they were very diligent to order parts and fix it properly on time, Anthony is a very nice and honest guy, front desk Marie was so helpful answering the phone and taking notes of what I was asking for, they have a very good team, for sure this will be my shop to repair my vehicles from now on, highly recommended this place, they deserve more than 5 stars!

I stopped here for some gas⛽️ and then I noticed that my the car tire was pretty empty. I asked Anthony if he could please fill it up for me, mind you I didn’t have an appointment and they seemed pretty busy. However, he did NOT refuse me service because of this, in the contrary he was very eager to put some air in my tire. Now, I only have 2 months living in Revere months, yet I pump my gas ⛽️ here all the time and service it as well.

Purchased a 2005 Honda CRV with ~155K from Master Auto, and very much pleased with the entire process. Anthony and Marie were exceptional. Ive bought many cars in my past, new and used, and thanks to those two I didn’t have to deal with lies, pressure, or any other bs related hassles. The car was obviously old, and I expressed a few concerns about the state of certain aspects of the vehicle. Anthony was very accommodating, fair, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to work with. He addressed all of my concerns. Then on the front office side, we interacted with Marie and she was nothing short of exceptional as well. So recently I went to Master Auto because I had some weird sounds coming from my car and it was driving me crazy the owner himself came out drove up and down lynn marsh road with me to listen to it, they found out the problem. It was the Stabilizers on my wheels Asked me if i wanted to order the parts, I did, and a few days later i dropped my car off and got a call a couple hours later, and the sound was gone.. they are great, im making them my regular mechanic the lady Marie is very nice, and very knowledgeable. As a single mom they really worked with me on timing and I really appreciated it

When I went The Master Auto Sales & Service, My daughter in-law read reviews and referred them to me. So she took me there to check some out. Their were two awesome ladies that were most helpful. We went in to test drive a specific car we saw on line. I’ve had Nissan’ Altima for the most part of my life and was kind of going for that model. ( Well. I really wanted a convertible) but it wasn’t practical so I chose The Nissan Rogue instead of the Altima. So we put a deposit on it. It took approximately 3+weeks of calling to find out when we could pick it up. We were told it was a title issue. Something about a 3rd party sales. Shortly after getting the car I noticed after the breaks were grinding and the AC stopped working. I brought it to my mechanic whom has been my mechanic for many years and have the upmost trust & respect when fixing my cars.,he told me the AC needed a new com-pressure which I considered that a luxury so I told the gentleman whose name was never told. I would pay out of pocket even though it had a 3 month warranty. But when I told him about the breaks being rusted as well as the rotor cuffs needed replacement both front and rear. The man said he wouldn’t take the word of some other mechanic and to bring up to him. Knowing he charged 100.00 per hr just to check it out I told my mechanic to fix it.The man was very passive aggressive and treated me as a dumb female and I didn’t want to take the risk of getting into an accident to his location. Not only is the location dangerous to get to but the man was far to rude to even bother. He then told me he would not pay someone else to fix it even though my mechanic was far cheaper than him. I would never recommend any of my friends to go out of their way to buy a car there.

Really great experience here. Was able to schedule my state inspection and an oil change quickly, and service was completed timely. They did my fiancé a big favor by quickly pointing out his car’s tires wouldn’t pass inspection, instead of making us wait thru the entire thing.

Got sold a car from them there was no emergency brake the windshield wipers werent attached the lady who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional Anthony ended up calling me back telling me that theres a middle man which there was but they work together if they never passed it Nick moulaison would have never been able to sell me that car after I stated facts they told me they arent going to believe no random mechanic from East Boston they wouldnt give me my money back they wanted me to drop the car off I told Anthony I was going to call the RMV the next day I had $1,700 in cash and 3,900 from Master Auto but it was definitely a fight at first

I had just dropped my daughter off at Logan, pulled out of the terminal and the tire literally fell off my car. I was prepared to pay big money to tow it back to my mechanic in Carver. However I took a chance and called Master Auto- Marie answered the phone and immediately put me at ease- it is difficult to find a place you can trust. They replaced my ball joint and axel for a very reasonable price. If I lived in Revere Master Auto would be home mechanic- highly recommend.

The gas attendant was taking in the phone when I ask him for a full tank then he puts only 10$ and I’ve told him to make it full but he got mad and he told me I should have told him Fill it up instead of full tank and he got mad I told him have a nice day he said NO I won’t how RUDE is that but it’s his fault bcz he was taking in his phone and he didn’t pay attention to what’s I’ve said. I live in New York and have been in the market for a vehicle for some time. I came across a beautiful vehicle that was well priced and was willing to travel 4 hours to buy. I spent a lot of time working with Anthony and Marie throughout the process of finding a bank who will finance out of state. I had placed a deposit on the vehicle which they honored while we tried to overcome this issue despite having much interest in this truck from other customers. Between the 3 of us making many phone calls over several days to different banks were unable to make this sale happen. The purpose of this review is to let anyone out there shopping for a vehicle know how honest, hardworking, accommodating, friendly, and professional Anthony and Marie are. I hope this review reaches some of you. I am unbelievably grateful for all of your help and wish all the best to you two. I can not explain how stupid I am to give then a chance to have me as a costumer, I went there a few minutes ago looking for a n air pump( 1.50$ coin ones ) they don’t have it, and I respectfully asked if they have some air pump and I got Answer with the must rude way possible . I will never stop there again even for gas and with my experience I don’t recomend no one go there at this time “ they must be to busy to treat very well their costumers “.

I just moved to Revere and Master Auto is the best!! I had purchased a battery from AAA a month ago, and my car just died again. It wouldn’t jump, so I got it towed to Master Auto. Anthony called me first thing in the morning with a quote and told me I needed a new alternator and battery. He mentioned that my battery was from AAA and asked me how long ago I had purchased it. When I said only one month ago, he advised me to call and see if I could get a replacement through their warranty. AAA had to come out and test the battery, which “passed” on their equipment, but when Anthony hooked it up to his more durable equipment, it failed. When AAA said they wouldn’t replace it, Anthony and Marie took it upon themselves to call AAA supervisors for me! The supervisors said to charge the battery again overnight and they would retest it in the morning. Although, I couldn’t get home because my car wouldn’t start, so, Anthony installed a brand new battery in my car (to loan to me) so I could get home!! In the morning, my battery still wouldn’t work (shocker) so Anthony called AAA again on his own, and they were able to finally give me a refund. I kept Anthony’s battery and when he charged me, he took off all labor charges. This was a huge help since I am currently out of work due to this crazy virus. I can’t recommend them highly enough! Marie in the office is the sweetest lady as well and everyone makes you feel very well taken care of!

Got my inspection sticker on a Saturday morning. The employee I dealt with was so friendly and helpful I needed to write this review. Had to wait about 10 mins but was told that when I pulled up. Very helpful staff and very friendly. Other places Ive been have been intimidating as a single female just needing an Inspection!

Went in to Master Auto today to get an inspection sticker. When I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist and one of the owners. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. This is my first car and first time I had to get an inspection sticker. They answered every single one of my questions and were really professional. I will definitely be coming back to Master Auto! Great service, good people, and reasonable prices!

Made a mistake of pulling in here for an inspection sticker. Three year old vehicle, no issues, just bought brand new tires. Figure I would stop here for a quick sticker and be on my way.Handed over my registration and money, waited in the tiny waiting room for a bit. After about 15 minutes the mechanic comes out. Sorry he said, we had to put a rejection sticker on your car. Why, I asked. It was the windshield wipers, they arent any good. You have to be joking, right, I said. 12/26/2019I know it is not easy to find an honest car mechanic when something goes wrong with your car, but I had a good honest man (Anthony at Master Auto in Revere) just fixed my car for a good price when it broke down.Last week, I was at a red light and my 2012 Honda Fit started to rattle and the check engine light went on. The car would not go over 22 mph anywhere.I scanned the car myself wFuelith tool that is called “FIXD” and it said injector #4 problem, and I did research and it said my car may also have a computer problem. The next day I took it to the Gulf gas station and the mechanic who is very honest there and has saved me a lot of money in the past (a 250 transmission switch compared to getting ripped off for 4 thousand dollars for a rebuilt transmission) he also said my car may have a computer problem, but the good news is the light was off and the car was driving ok when I drove it to him.Nabil at Gulf said take it to a dealer to have them scan it and if they say it is the computer then let them fix it, and if it is just the fuel injector #4 then (Nabil) will fix it himself. I took my car to Kelley Honda in Lynn and they scanned it and charged me $160 to scan it and told me I need new spark plugs and coils and mentioned nothing to me about injector #4. Nabil at Gulf said he still thinks it is a computer problem and told me I should take it to another Honda dealer and find out if it is a computer problem. So instead of towing my car (thank you AAA) to another dealer, I drove my car, 22 mph, down the road to Master Auto at 1027 Broadway. I met Anthony and Anthony scanned the car and he told me he that his scan told him it is injector # 4, the computer in the car is sending the wrong signals, and the spark plugs need replacing. He said he will replace and get to work on all three things. He gave me a very fair price to fix all three issues with my car. (Injector #4, spark plugs, and the computer in the car) Anthony at Master Auto even gave me an option to save a few hundred more if I wanted to send out my computer in my car engine to be reworked, but I decided to get a new engine computer. Thank you Anthony and the secretary who works at Master Auto is also real nice over the phone. I drove my car yesterday and the car drives fine now. Anthony called and made sure and double checked that I am aware that all his work is guaranteed for 2 years, except the engine computer he said can only last one year. It was a fine job Anthony did at a super affordable price.Thank you all to Master Auto in Revere. My car broke down in Revere at the worst possible time. I have aaa so i called them and was told that if i take it to a aaa shop i would get 10% off. I had it taken there. Not only did i get the discount i told them i would not have the money to pay for it till next week and i would gladly pay a storage fee. They said no storage fee they would hold the car till i could pay it. They also guarantee their work for 2 yrs. Great shop i will be bringing all my car care needs here. You should too.

My car got totaled, 38,000, and PAID FOR! Im in my 50s, the last thing I needed or wanted to do, was look for a car. I saw this one first. I went to several other places and dealers and went back to Master Auto because I knew the feeling! I bought the car, stress free, Anthony was a gem. Look I see all these negative posts. This place is not in the most easy spot to get in and out of but thats your choice. Go anywhere else in Revere and youll get bad reviews. Stay away from this place! The guy tells me that I failed for exhaust as he shows me by KICKING my exhaust and telling me its loose. My car has never had a problem starting and as soon as I tried it after they were done it barely turned over. I told him I should have listened to the reviews so he ran up to my car and opened my drivers side door as Im trying to leave and started yelling at me to go ahead and write a review. Then a woman pulls into the gas pump as Im trying to back out and my bumper pops off because there is literally no space to maneuver out with all the cars they have everywhere. Worst experience getting an inspection Ive ever had.

I would recomend this family business outo repair to any one looking for a amazing engine and general mechanics on your car. I bought my Chrysler 300 with Anthony and John almost 3 year again and they have been great that i feel like part of the family.They care for each costumer like it was their own. Last week I went to Mater Auto to get my brakes fixed. I had gone to other garages to get some prices and I could tell they were trying to take advantage of me because I am a female. They tried to tell me that I needed other things replaced. I stopped by Master Auto and talked to one of the owners. He took a look at my car personally and gave me the best estimate for my brakes. I asked him if I needed anything else fixed in my car based on what the other garages told me, and he said I just needed my brakes fixed, just as I suspected. I was treated very professionally and I will definitely be coming back to Master Auto for any future repairs.

They fail you for safety . Thinking they can Rob you for labor. When they messed my car up in the 1st place.! I couldnt believe it. These guys are scumbags . Go somewhere else !!!!!! Save your money. I went to get the state inspection sticker. They replaced one brake light bulb for me and charged $20 for a bulb + $10 labor. One bulb costs like 4 bucks and they sold to me at 500% higher.

Never will I go there again. Horrible service. Boooooo
