Worse pharmacy ever. Leave you ok hold for more than half hour without picking up phone every time I call. Nasty attitudes from tech. Prescription filled wrong and never corrected in the system and to boot they keep on auto fill prescriptions when I get them filled from a mail order company screwing up my back account and then my parents prescriptions. If this continues I will have to go up the ladder until it’s resolved because it’s starting to get out of control. I suggest you teach your pharmacy staff how to talk to customers on hold nicely and how to not fill unauthorized prescriptions. If I was able to I would of given zero stars.

One of the most appallingly dire shopping experiences I have had in years. Long line at the tills and two people working. One was dealing with some customer that was all shrouded up and had apparently brought in the world’s largest collection of expired coupons (pro tip: if you can’t even afford to buy three piddling items at CVS without resorting to ten plus coupons, you should probably reconsider your budgeting skills) while his octogenarian colleague was taking his sweet old time trying to get the newfangled eeeelectronic till to work. Would have been the next person in the queue but after twelve minutes had just about lost the will to live and decided to go to the grocery store next door to buy my water and chewing gum.

The worst. My father needed a prescription for his diabetes supply the took 3 days to write the prescription And when we when to pick it up at the farmacy the prescription was missing some important information so the farmacy could not give us the prescription The farmacy and I we reach out to them 6 times and did not responded. They didnt care that my father needs to check his sugar level I will need tu buy the prescription with my limited buyet. Cause who knows qhen they will fix his prescription .

During a pandemic they could not follow the hours they have posted on google. I’m Not asking them to stay open more than they need, just to follow what they have posted online, it would have saved me time. They were closed 10 mins before 8pm on 04/25.

They really should communicate better. I was told my daughter’s prescription would be available at a certain date, and went there a day AFTER that date, and another person said there was nothing in the system. Sooo frustrating!

I was sending a money gram today, we needed help from the manager, I was short and needed to stop at the atm and didnt have time so I told her forget it Ill come back, she looks at the name of the person Im sending money to and tells me this person gets people to send them money all the time eventually it has to stop, mind your ps and qs lady you have no idea what people might be going through. I hope I get a chance to speak to someone even higher up than you so I can tell them just how unprofessional you are.

Probably the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Absolute and utter incompetence. I ordered a photobook online and UPS told me that it was delivered and all I had to do was pick it up. The woman decided to look through these 5x7 picture packages even though I told her that it was an 8x10 book. She relectantly calls her manager over and he does an absolute excelent job of scanning the perimiter of the photo center with minimal effort. He told me that he couldnt find it and that there was a problem with the delivery and that he would call me tomorrow morning. Guess who didnt call. I go there the next day and I see the box with my name on it on the floor and decided to test their competence to see if they realized that it was just sitting there. The girl reluctantly calls the manager over one more time and I swear he goes on the computer and types for about a minute and told me that he spoke with the UPS guy that it would get shipped 100% on Sunday. I had to point out the box that was about 4 feet from his feet and ask him to pick it up to see if it was mine. Never coming back to this CVS again.

The shopping mall as a whole was mediocre but my one star is specifically for CVS store. I needed to buy a few items. As soon as I walked in, I was nauseated with dog urine smell. It was so overwhelming, I had to leave the store without purchasing anything. I asked one of the employee why the store smells like urine, she said see, what we are dealing with!!! Apparently elderly customers come with their pets and pets pee all over. This is definitely unsanitary! I felt so bad for all the employee at that store.

This is the worst Pharmacy to get your prescription as far as customer service goes. They dont have a good comunication with the customers.I called this place 4 times on Thursday to make sure they had received my daughters prescription and they said YES. They said I only needed to come in before 6:30 to update my health insurance information so they could submit the order. I had to leave work early to get there on time. When I arrived, they said they DIDNT have the prescription request. I then called the Doctors office and they said they DID sent the request to the pharmacy. Finally CVS said they had finally received my daughters prescription and that they would submit the order so I can pick it up the next day (Friday).On Friday I go to CVS and they said the prescription was backordered and they would receive it until Monday.Monday I called and they said they DID have the prescription but they didnt seem very confident when they said that. Turns out they DIDNT have the prescription and they were NOT going to have it because it was backordered.If they would have had the courtesy to say they couldnt provide the medicine, I wouldnt have spent to much time with this pharmacy and would have tried getting the prescription somewhere else.

Extremely rude staff. A pregnant lady asked to use their bathroom for an emergency. The staff said even though you are a customer here, you still cant use the bathroom. I will never come to this store again.

The manager is the only one who is worth the entire booth of workers on this site a few days ago I went to send money by money gram that CVS works with this system and I made a mistake for which meney gram gave me a refund and I had to charge and send again, when I approach the display, the one who was attending tells me that he could not send more than the system told him no when he did not even try to enter the reference number, then 2 of his colleagues who were there They started saying the same thing, you cant do more here, cross the street and do it from there, without listening to what I was saying, because Im going to cross the street if they can do it here. And all the time talking badly to each other about me, and the one who solved my problem was the manager, while the employees kept talking about me. A very bad experience. IF THEY DONT WANT TO DO THEIR WORK, LET THEM BE AT YOUR HOUSE. BUT DONT SAY LIE OR TRY TO MAKE YOU LOOK FOOLISH.
