Very happy with our experience working with Carpet Direct & Flooring! They were able to squeeze us into a tight schedule in time for us to get into our new house the weekend we were hoping to. Every employee we talked to was super kind and professional.In spirit of leaving an honest review, they did say they were confident their prices would be less than our Home Depot quote, which ultimately it was not. They were willing to work with us to get us closer to our budget and gave us some options to cut costs. We chose to do the carpet and staple removal and the Kilz paint application ourselves and they gave us a couple bids so we could make informed decisions and stick within that budget.The father daughter team who did our install was SO nice and were super happy with how it turned out. Everyone who has come over has commented on how soft it is. Would absolutely recommend these guys!

I went in because I needed a piece of carpet to patch an area our cats destroyed. They not only helped me find a piece to match, but when I asked what I owed for the piece (probably around 14 by 48 inches) I was told that a thanks was enough. It was so incredibly kind and generous of them! I would honestly recommend them to anyone who needs new flooring.

They had an opening in their schedule and were able to come out and measure that same day. The process from when I decided I needed to replace the carpet in my basement to the moment it was installed and finished was so easy and hassle free. I went in with a budget and just a general idea of what I wanted and carpet direct took care of the rest for me from that point. The entire staff is so kind and welcoming! Clay, my main carpet installer, was very professional and went above and beyond in his work! He was on time and always kept me in the loop with updates. I choose Carpet Direct first when I look for flooring. They did my basement carpet two years ago. The carpet still looks great after 2 years even though my kids have been all over it. He made sure our stairs were done with a top of the line installed look! We upgraded our pad to the softer urethane pad and have been so glad that we did. Although they didnt recommend the softer pad for steps from a safety/wear standpoint. Very pleased customer! We did our own tear out/haul away/furniture moving and it worked out well.

This store had many samples to choose from. The salesman was knowledgeable and explained the differences between my choices. I took several samples home and decided which one I preferred. It was ordered and delivered on time.The installers kept me informed as to when they expected to arrive to lay my laminate flooring. When they came they were professional and worked quickly. They were pleasant to visit with and worked around obstacles easily and without complaint.I enjoyed this experience and will purchase from them again. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would. Carpet Direct has completely bent over backwards on multiple occasions to do work for our apartments in a super timely fashion. I cant say enough good about them, and as long as Im a manager I will only be using them any time we need new carpets installed at our complex.
