I saw a post that said they were giving away free tile. I thought it had to be a scam. I went in and all the employees were so wonderful and helpful. At one point I had three employees helping me select free tile. They gave me 350 ft.² of tile to make room for their new inventory. You have to love a business who gives back to the community. We recently purchased vinyl flooring from Showcase Interiors and we couldnt be happier with their service. We were politely greeted as soon as we arrived in the store. The salesman James was knowledgeable and when told him about our small budget he didnt try to talk us into spending more. He came out and measured our area, he was on time and finished quickly. When he gave us our bid it came in under budget and he didnt grumble about redoing it when we decided to upgrade to a different product.Our installer (I wish I could remember his name) did a FANTASTIC job! we were are so impressed. He showed up on time, worked hard and fast to finish the job.I think you can see from the pictures why we needed new flooring!! (ignore the lack of trim! It was installed after the pic!)If you need flooring go to Showcase! Support local business! You wont be disappointed!

I really enjoyed working with Janet at Showcase Interiors. We did everything by phone or email. Janet was a great help to me since I lived out of state. All my questions were answered so quickly and Janet kept me up to date the whole time on my order. It was nice to be able to work with a company that is reliable.

Great work. New carpet in one room and stretched carpet in another that someone else laid. So much better on both counts.Had tough stairs in hot attic and they worked (and sweated) hard until it was perfect. Love it! Made a huge difference in both rooms. Nice quality—way better than before—and reasonable price.Will go there first every time. Been going to Showcase for flooring for 30 years. Took one detour I regret. Stay with them from now on. The customer service and attention to detail are nothing Ive ever seen in a retail store. Ever.My family and I were moving from California to the Rexburg area. Our new home had a large amount of wood floors to cover and my wife wanted to match an area rug she had gotten in California seven years prior. We had the brand and style number from our current rug, but no matter how much my wife searched on line, she couldnt find where we could purchase that same style number that matched. We looked on the actual brand website, but it appeared the style had been discontinued.Patrick Bjornn took the challenge on. He located the rug business, and found the exact match and style number magically. I say magically because I know we searched the entire web page of the company and what we wanted was not on sale to the general public!!Furthermore, when my wife wasnt sure the size we needed, Patrick got in touch with our realtor, got access to the new home, (it was vacant) and measured the two areas we needed the rugs to fit in. All at no extra cost to us. Incredible customer service!!Then Patrick even gave us a discount on the rugs we ordered. We paid far less than the original rug we had purchased in California. The merchandise was ready to pick up when we arrived in Rexburg. They were absolutely beautiful!And to add to the incredible customer service and friendliness Patrick showed to us, he continued to go the extra mile. We were moving in the middle of a Rexburg blizzard the end of January. So Patrick and his wife took scraps of carpet from the store and laid them in our driveway, in our garage, up our front steps, and front sidewalk, so the movers could gain traction and at the same time wipe their feet off as they entered the house. We will never go anywhere else, we are customers for life. Best place we have ever shopped, hands down.
