My experience here was great. I walked in and was immediately greeted, the technician knew exactly what he was doing and had the parts that I needed ordered within 5 minutes. I’ll definitely be going back for any Apple repairs or issues that I have.

I 100% recommend this place! They had the opportunity to charge me but worked around to get my computer parts fixed for my MacBook Pro for completely free! Very professional and very good quality work. Couldn’t recommend more for those having any technical issues.

Bought wired earphones from here for $30 only to find out directly from the apple store is $19 plus free shipping. I understand trying to make a profit but this is just plain price inflation. Buy from Apple instead

I called to get help for my sister. They were very pleasant on the phone and willing to help.

So disappointed, if I could give zero stars I would. I came in a couple weeks ago looking to get my apple computer looked at and the lady at the front desk was very rude. She told me the techs were not in the office but would call me to see when they could have a look at my computer. I gave her my contact information and NEVER heard back. At this point I was frustrated because I needed this urgently fixed so I just headed over to MY-PC-ER and they actually were able to resolve my issue.

When I dropped off the laptop I explained that it was a work computer and asked the estimate on how long the repair would take, as I would not be able to work while the computer was in for repair. They said they could have it repaired in 1-2 days (which is pretty good). So, I decided to have the laptop repaired at iSource. I called the day that I expected the laptop to be repaired by, to confirm that I could come pick it up, and instead they told me they hadn’t even ordered the part. They had ran into an issue that I need to disable ICould - Find My and needed the password before ordering the part.In future, when you run into an issue, you should call the customer, instead of them having to call and check in on you. Especially when they need the laptop back fast. And, when they call to check on the status, you shouldn’t get defensive. You should just apologize and say you made a mistake and explain what you will do to get their laptop back to them as fast as possible.That said, the repair itself appears to have been well done. And, sending the laptop to Apple would have been a two week repair vs. iSource doing it in four days.Originally, the review was one star, but it has since been increased to three because they called to apologize and talk through how they could improve in future. I dont like leaving negative reviews and the easiest way to avoid this is to keep the customer informed when you run into issues.Bottomline: Would I take my computer back to iSource for warranty work? Yes, I probably would.

I had a great experience too! I dropped my phone in water and these guys were able to diagnosis and confirm that I needed a new phone. They didn’t charge me anything for opening it up and taking a look.

I went in with my dead iPhone that could not be restored. I had stayed up most of the night trying to unlock it. I was sick that I had lost everything that I had on the phone. Remmington was the person that helped me and was so nice and restored everything. I am so grateful for him and iSource for their knowledge and help! Would recommend them highly!!!

Good business that does their best to satisfy the needs of every customer. Originally I was frustrated because of the long turn around time but later learned that it was because Apple was not getting back to them on the repair or parts they needed. They do their best to do things as fast as possible and with patience and understanding, they will be able to fix your electronics

Over the Summer, I had an issue with my Apple Watch. They werent able to do anything about it, but I left with them to send off to Apple. As soon as the Apple Watch arrived at the store, they let me know. Great service and always willing to help.

My Mac Pro was having issues so I called these guys at Apples recommendation....they are an authorized repair center. I primarily worked with Devon (SP?) and could not be more pleased with my experience. He was friendly, professional and prompt. I will continue to support this business via new Apple product purchases and any repair work that needs to be done. Very happy with these guys.

Its extremely frustrating to come to pick up your phone only to find out that another iSource customer walked a way with your phone by accident. I am left to wonder how iSource allowed this to happen. When I pushed back on the question of how this is allowed to happen, I only heard excuses rather than an apology.I asked to speak with a manager/owner, I was rebuffed. Its nice to know that their time is so precious they cant speak with a customer, but my time is worthless enough that I have to come back at their convenience and still pay full price.

This place moved locations. I had an iPhone 8+ that wouldn’t charge. I took it here and they ran some tests on it that didn’t show them anything. They recommended me to go to an apple store. They told me my phone was dead forever. Sob story aside I gave this place 5 stars because of their timeliness they were fast and helpful. It wasn’t the results I wanted but they ensures that I was taken care of. For the rexburg area the is what probably the best you can get with apple service.

My experience was incredible. I had a problem with my laptop and I called two other companies who specialize in working with MacBooks. Both quoted me over $300 to fix the issue. They also said the turn around time to make it happen would be 2-3 days. I brought my computer in to iSource and it was literally fixed in less than half an hour and only cost me $25. These guys are the real deal. They will always be my go to when I am having computer problems, they have completely earned my business.

Our iPad Pro crashed and when we were given false information about our options. Don’t factory reset your iPad if you don’t have it backed up! We were told that data recovery would cost 2,000$ to recover data. Ipad rehab charges 300-600$ for data recovery, Ross Mann in NY (who is a “data recovery legend” according to other data recovery companies) charges 450-650$ for data recovery IF you haven’t factory reset your iPad. We lost two years of art because of ignorant iSource employees. I would give -5 stars if that were possible.

ISource is a wonderful service for apple product repair! They are very helpful and do a great job with whatever needs to be done or fixed. They are experienced and understand just about any problem and have a solution. I experienced great customer service and quick repair.

I am very impressed with the owner of iSource. Im confident that 99.9% of the time iSource delivers excellent service, unfortunately that wasnt my experience this first time I used them. A mistake was made and I was left waiting for a solution over a weekend. The following Monday morning, before 9AM, the owner reached out to me and provided a solution that went beyond my expectations. He is very friendly and service minded. Mistakes happen, but I wont let my one-time experience stop me from using iSource again knowing that its owner works so hard to make sure his customers are well taken care of.

Went in to get an idea of what they could do to fix a water damaged iPad. They were very friendly and informative. They were straightforward and honest with me about what they could and couldnt do.

IPhone 6 battery unexpectedly died this morning. Knowing that Apple still supports iPhone 6 (at the moment), I had full confidence it would be quickly replaced at a somewhat low cost.Waited an hour, and indeed it was. Very good service and customer care.Unless your iPhone is exceptionally outdated (e.g. older than 5S at the time of this writing) you should have no problems getting your iPhone fixed.

Great service! definitely go here! They have great customer service. They find the cheapest way for you to get your Apple products fixed and only charge you if they need to. I went in and they helped me fix my word on my MacBook and didnt charge me a thing! They know what they are doing! I will be going here for all my problems and repairs!

Great service and would recommend! The owner is very nice and knowledgeable. I needed my screen fixed and was hesitant to have it done here because Apple requires you to send in your phone. However, they gave me a loaner phone (The exact same phone I had iPhone 6s) and sent mine in to be repaired. With AppleCare there is no charge for the loaner phone and even without it was only $10. Super nice and great service I would definitely go there again and recommend it to anyone.

I took my MacBook Pro here to have have it wiped and cleaned up. They did a great job, they even cleaned the entire computer inside and out and uploaded Yosemite. My mac works and functions just like brand new. The owner is knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend this place for anyone that is experiencing troubles with their Apple computers.

This is a great place! I first brought my old MacBook Pro to Devon because it would randomly crash and restart. Systematically, he replaced EVERYTHING in it one part at a time, starting with the most likely culprit- the hard drive- until the only thing left to try was the processor, which was no longer available. He credited me what I had spent (which was not very much because he is so very fair and reasonable) towards a newer, much, better, much faster MacBook Pro, and put a used hard drive in my old one so that wed have an extra computer to use until the processor finally gives out completely.Im completely satisfied with the service and with my new(er) MacBook Pro, so satisfied that I later purchased from them a used but VERY nice iMac for the store I manage. Love it! Does Mac AND PC so that I have the speed, versatility, and flexibility of a Mac for Internet and the great suite of Apple products, but it also works for the Windows-based 1980s business software that our company uses, and it does it better than ANY Windows computer Ive ever had at work. Puts them all to shame!I unequivocally and whole-heartedly recommend this place!

Well, my iPhone 7 seemed to have a problem with the battery but unfortunately when I went to that store, the battery looked like it was working perfectly. Well, I insisted that it had a problem and eventually they substituted my iPhone! The are really patience people!

Went in to get a RAM upgrade. He took care of it immediately and, noticing thT my computer was slow, recommended that I get a hard drive upgrade as well. The next day, my computer was even slower. Took it back, asked him to make sure the memory upgrade didnt cause the slowdown. He did so and confirmed it was the hard drive. I got the upgrade and now my computer runs like new! Highly recommend to any BYU-I student who needs repair/upgrade services.

This place was amazing! Devin was really helpful and even showed me the work he did on the inside of my Mac, so I feel super confident in his work. I brought my Macbook in for a solid state upgrade and my computer runs fast now! I recommend iSource to all of my friends. Also, the price was cheaper than both SimplyMac and of course Apple, so it was a win win for me.

I moved to Rexburg two years ago and have had nothing but excellent service from Devin and his staff. They are friendly, efficient and ALL about customer service. My laptop crashed (with some help from the tech guys at the school) and Devin had everything restored and working in less than 24 hours. He dropped everything to get it up and running asap. Through Devin I have purchased a reconditioned laptop, a second hand iPad, and I now have him on the look out for another laptop and two new phones for my returning missionaries.Yesterday, I shattered and damaged the screen (all black) on my iPhone and (was expecting several important calls)...so I arrived in a state of panic regarding retention of the data. Devin dropped everything and proceeded to retrieve absolutely everything and transfer it to my temporary phone.I am so grateful that I have this resource right here in town and that they are so good at all aspects of their job. Dropped off my mac in the morning to get a battery replacement and was told it would be done by that afternoon. Around 8pm, I got a text saying that it would be done the following morning, around 3pm the next day, it was finally done.While it was certainly an inconvenience to unexpectedly be missing my only computer for almost 2 days, not only was the battery replaced, but the whole lower frame (and seemingly keyboard as well) of the laptop was replaced in addition.4/5, wouldve been nice to hear back earlier that they would need to keep it for an additional day.

Just got my old Macbook screen fixed. It was fixed within a day, super friendly, and the price was way below the Apple Store and Simply Mac. I recommend any mac repair to be done here, especially for students that want to save money.

I had a MacBook pro with hard drive issues. Everyone in town said it was beyond lost. Nobody could get to it. Months later we went to iSource to replace the hard drive. I had called 8 other places and this one looked to offer the best value, they were fast, had fair prices, and they were able to recover all of our information (plus there would be no charge if he couldnt)! I WILL be going back to iSource for all of my apple needs. Everyone should! This is business done right.

I have nothing but good things to say about iSource. The guy who owns the place is super cool, friendly and takes care of you. I came in to replace my girlfriends broken screen (which I broke) and he backed up her phone for us, sent it to Apple and gave her a loaner iPhone 6 to use in the meantime while hers got fixed (they dont do that at the other repair shops in Rexburg AFAIK). Within 1 week her phone was back and looked brand new. Ive repaired my old phones with other 3rd party iPhone repair stores here in rexburg and had pretty awful experiences. I didnt even know iSource was here back then but Im never going anywhere else, its absolutely worth the extra price to get the official Apple parts and the certified repairs. The owner was flown out by Apple to get trained in their repair procedures and I wouldnt risk getting anything less than that given how expensive Apple products can be, and you dont wanna be going in multiple times because of a sloppy repair or crappy 3rd party products like I had to with iFixit or whatever its called here. Thank you iSource for getting me out of the dog house with my gf!!

AWFUL service and super SLOW!!I left my iPhone on MONDAY to get the screen replaced, and because I didnt have an apple guarantee, they told me that the price could be different, but I was willing to pay the price to get my phone fixed. The next FRIDAY I went to the store to ask about my phone, but they told me that it would be ready at the next day. I called on SATURDAY, and they told me that they were waiting for my approval so the screen could get replaced. If I left my phone and told them that it didnt matter the price then why theyre asking me again? and why they didnt say anything the day before. Im still waiting to get my phone back by the way. Just because theyre an authorized apple provider they think that its apple, but theyre not.
