So very grateful for the guys over at MY-PC-ER that took care of fixing my laptop! They successfully swapped out the hard drive for a new one and got rid of the viruses overrunning it. They did it all for a price that I thought was fair as well, and also did it in the time they told me theyd do it. Very happy!

I went to get a new m.2 ssd installed and they called me twice about my pc having trouble to start even though I use it everyday. It took 6 hours for them to install it and when I went to Rex tech they said they couldve done it in an hour. They didnt install any of the latest drivers even though they told me they did (Rex tech had to fix that for me) and when I went to pick it up he was putting my pc back together wrong right in front of me and was acting sketchy about my pc saying I hope we fixed everything and when the monitor went into sleep mode he said I hope it didnt just turn off showing that he wasnt trusting my pc to run properly. I got an email saying it would be 79.98$ but they made me pay 99$ even after all their poor customer services.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place! First off, they have the BEST customer service. I had originally gone to another place in town close to BYU-Idaho campus to fix my apply computer and they were rude, said they would help but never called me back, and didnt even bother to care. I was frustrated and ended up at MY-PC-ER and it was the greatest blessing. They were kind, assisted me right away, and were able to resolve my computer issues. They are also so patient! I was running late to drop off my computer due to not having a car available sooner and by the time we were able to drop off the computer, they were technically closed but stayed open a bit later to help us. I could go on and on! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!!

Peter and the rest of the gang were incredibly helpful and did excellent work. My laptop (which is not easy to open and get to certain parts) was taken apart and put back together wonderfully. They were supposed to only put in a new fan and thermal paste, but they went above and beyond - letting me know my battery needed to be replaced soon, where to buy a new one, and even installed drivers and monitoring software on my laptop. A++ service! Peter has been in the biz for 20+ years, is very personable and knowledgeable. The whole crew are fun to talk to as well. Great experience overall and Ill be going back again if the need arises.

Very very great place! They spent a day or two trying to figure out exactly what was wrong with our laptop. When they thought they pinpointed what it was (it needed a new part), we happened to have that extra part. We gave them the part, which they tested out and eventually figured out that the poor laptop was just dead and not savable. They got all the data off of the laptop too. Then they didnt charge us anything because they said that they labeled it as diagnosing it.So long story short, they worked on it a few days and extracted the data all for free. Very kind people.

Peter the owner was super helpful and personable. He took time out of his work load to upload some complimentary scanning software I needed. These folks are amazing! Im used to repair and diagnostic times taking days or many hours, but these folks diagnosed my computer in minutes! They ordered the part, and when the shipper failed to deliver on time, they proactively ordered from a new shipper just so I could get my computer fixed on time. When I asked how long the repair would take, thinking theyd tell me to come back hours later, or even the next day, they said it would be done in sixty minutes. And it was! Their prices were reasonable, and theyre friendly and competent. Im typing this on a quiet, fast computer because of their expert help. I will never go to another computer repair shop!

Spilled Powerade over the keyboard and the computer stopped working. Peter let me come in right afterwards and he took the laptop apart and cleaned everything in an hour. I got to stay and watch him do it too, and he made great conversation.An hour later and for only $50, he fixed the computer including other issues he saw with preexisting broken buttonsThanks Peter!

I went into the store because my computers battery had a slight malfunction after a Windows update. They ran some diagnostics and found nothing and after using my laptop I havent ran into any issues. I also mentioned that I had an issue where my laptop wouldnt boot up normal, and they were able to fix it there. It was a great experience, and I left wanting to trust them more than when I walked in. If you have any computer issues, this is the first place I would go check.

The guys there are super chill and easy to talk to. The place was a little cluttered and doesnt appear the most professional though.

Took a super old printed circuit board in that needed a repair with some components needing to be resoldered. They took care of it fantastically, and in a timely manner. Overall a fantastic experience. Definitely come to this spot if you need electronics repaired.

Peter was very helpful and patient in understanding the problem with my computer. Turns out my computer needed a new hard drive due to my computer being super slow and unresponsive. Turns out the parts came earlier then expected and I was able to get my computer fixed in one day then having to wait the whole weekend. I was very impressed with the professional service and Peter was very helpful in answering additional questions I had and explaining the cause of the problem and giving helpful tips. He even stayed after closing hours to make sure I had my computer which was very nice. I was very impressed and happy and definitely recommend this repair shop. I will definitely be coming back if I have any future Problems or questions.

I took my laptop to get a diagnosis and repair because it was failing miserably, within half an hour I was told it was a failing hard drive and it needed replacing. The part got ordered on Saturday and by Tuesday I had a fully working computer once again :)

Went to them to see about getting the power button fixed on my laptop. The guy took my computer apart to look at the piece and then wanted to charge me $140 for the part alone. I told him I would have to think about it since the computer was five years old. I had to demand my computer back because the guy wanted to keep it. The guy then said I guess you want it put back together too?. I said yes that would be nice. he then handed me the computer in pieces. I understand that my computer was not working, but its poor salesmanship to not put things back together after taking them apart. They have five stars, but I would say they are fake reviews. For the way I was dealt with is clearly not five star service. I went to PC Penguin who said the part was only $30 and that it was a very fast fix.

My wife and I just got her laptops touch screen replaced here. (I may have stepped on it) They were much cheaper than online estimates, and also very knowledgeable about electronics repairs and the local competition. We were able to get the screen replaced in a day, and were just blown away by the great service provided. I know, it was just a screen replacement, but I feel like if we need more repairs well be going back here again.

Really good customer service, he was closing but stayed 2 hours later to help me fix my computer. Did all he could to fix it. Definitely recommend if you want friendly service and good pricing!

I went in today, and they are very knowledgeable of what they do. Im giving it one star, not because they didnt got to fix my problem (the problem was unfixable and I was okay with that), its cause they screwed my laptop back together so bad, they put DENTS on the other end of it.If you see the pictures, you might think that its just a feature of the laptop that I havent noticed before. But no. Ive known this computer, and its a new created dent. If you notice, theres a third dent in the middle. Its very frustrating to say the least.Nice guy, but, wouldnt recommend.

I really loved how invested and helpful these people are and that they felt confident in their ability to fix a dent in my laptop. I also appreciate their investment and knowledge, however I was told that it would take at least and hour to fix it and that their hourly rate is 75 dollars. I was also informed that there were a few fixes in front of mine but I got a call 45 minutes later that it was ready. I was grateful for the fast service but not impressed that they still charged me the whole hour even though at most it would have taken them 45 minutes to fix it and probably less since they said other fixes were ahead of mine…
