Able to pick up everything I needed for my project and the sales associate was very friendly and helpful in suggesting products.

Great location! The pricing may not be as cheap as you can get elsewhere, but they are there to help and support you! They also gave me a pin wheel of colors to take home and show my wife the options we have a pain in our walls. The pain itself was awesome and I was able to get a 10% off discount for being part of their membership, and an extra 30% off because of a certain sell they’re doing today. The paint looks great on my wall, and I know it is good quality. The sales associates were very kind and nice. I would highly recommend getting the frog tape, a lot stronger than the typical blue tape.

I needed a specific satin finish on a wall for my business. I am CERTAIN I told the correct finish to the store clerk. They gave me the wrong sheen of paint and refused to replace it. I was told it was store policy. Apparently, if they give you the wrong paint, you have to pay to replace it. Too bad! Used to like this place. It was 100% the store employees fault and they still refuse to help me. I wont be getting paint here again. Make sure to check your buckets before you leave.

Love the paint, but they always have the hardest time looking me up in their computer. Ive been in there at least a dozen times in the past 10 years, but it always takes a good 10-15 minutes for them to find me in their system. I joke about it each time, but it is frustrating. Sometimes I just give up and buy paint without being found. Crazy.

The employees are SO helpful. I went in running an errand for my husband with my baby in one arm. They helped me find what I needed, made friendly conversation, and carried it out to my car for me. Great experience!

Sherwin-Williams has excellent paint. It covers well and lasts a long time.

The customer service vice was awful because there was very little. 1 employee in the whole store. Waited in line for 45 minutes. There were 5 people behind me. The associate was very helpful but was completely overwhelmed. I guess customer service is a thing of the past.
